My husband and I was extremely happy with service. He took his Can Am in for 3000 mile service. River Raisins powersports were professional, polite, and prompt. Drop Can Am off at 10:00am and work was complete at 2:00 pm and ready to be pickup. Trust me David Vawters was extremely satisfied with his experience here at this establishment in Monroe County.

Chelsea in the parts department was awesome to work with over the phone. I needed parts shipped states away asap and she got me multiple shipping quotes, sent me tracking information etc. couldn’t have been happier.

Unfriendly staff. Asked for help first thing said is we dont stock those but go ask at parts desk. When asked parts desk was told ill see what i can find 30 mins later i decided to leave said you dont stock it they were working on a total diffrent customer. Because someone else needed to use the computer so we were put off to the side. I will never return here even if they had a part i needed within a 500 mile radius. Sorry

I drove over 1.5 hours to check out a can am Ryker. I was in contact with this dealer and qualified for the first responder discount they were offering. When I walked in to the showroom Bob Hall approached me and I told him what I was looking for. He immediately brought me outside to the most expensive machine. When asked to discuss pricing he went to his computer and relayed the direct prices from brps website. When asked about rebates he immediately says NOPE and if they were we are not offering them due to high demand of Rykers and not being able to hold onto them. I mentioned the first responder discount, as advertised on the dealers website and he said sorry we cant give any discounts. I immediately left and will not return. Very poor service.

Amazing service! They took the time to help me find all the required parts for my can am. Then pressed the bearings and seals for a very low cost. Highly recommended

Worst customer service I have ever had, rudest guy I have ever talked to . I waited until my third disappointing trip in here to review them . Will never step foot back in here JUNK !!!!!

Called about purchasing a Maverick Trail. I was told they were busy and they would call me back. Two days later I still did not receive a call, so I called again. I was once again told they were busy and would call me back later. No call back. I stopped in the store and there was one other customer in the store. I asked about the machine I wanted and was told they dont have any in stock. Called a store an hour away, paid a deposit over the phone, and picked up the machine the same day.Not wanting to drive an hour away again to get accessories for said machine, I called River Raisin Powersports to have them order a part for me. I was told the parts department was out to lunch at 3pm and they will call me when they get back. No call. Waited two days and called again and was told their parts department is too busy and they will have to call me back. Told them thats okay and Ill make the hour drive again.I know a lot of places may be busy during these times, but this is some terrible customer service. I cannot recommend River Raisin Powersports to anyone.

Went in to get my son a halmet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Son got a the halmet he wanted at a good price.

I guess the parts counter guys could be a little nicer. They hung up the phone on me for no good reason. Short tempered. Dont piss them off.

Great experience purchasing a wave runner. Mark went out of his way to find the machine I wanted, answering questions along the way, and had the paperwork ready to go for a quick pick up.

IN JULY WE CAME IN AND BOUGHT 2 Jet Skis and trailer on what we were told that they would go just over 50mph so we bought them and went out on lake and come to find out they only went 42mph so we take back next day and with 3 hours on them and we were to loose 1500 per machine and wanted to upgrade to the 300 and mine were gti 90s and we said ok then he said they couldn’t get the 300s so we got stuck with them so then recently we took back to buy 60000 dollars worth of can am machines and after we sit and wait for them to say what they could give so then he said he couldn’t take them and sit on that money Thru the winter, after what we went thru and spent thru them already would not take there machines back and yesterday I went and priced out a can Am and still not a good deal I drove 20 miles away and gonna save 3000 dollars so needless to say they lost a good customer

Best customer service Ive ever received

Should be no stars,went there for service and what a mistake,go anywhere but here unless you want to be lied to and overcharged,the tool at the service counter lied to me twice because he assumed that I didnt know anything about the machine I brought them,took them almost three months to complete a 3 day at most turn around job,best part was when I finally picked up my machine it had some of the motor cover screws that were so loose they were protruding from the cover,cant make this stuff up,amateur hour.
