I wish I could give them zero stars.I dropped my Yamaha motorcycle off 21 days ago for its 12,000 mile maintenance. They never called to say it was ready. I called today to check the status - they still hadnt gotten to it yet. I told them I would come by and get it - and I wouldnt be back.*Update: Fast-forward three hours and I arrive at the service department to get my bike. A gentleman who I think is the service manager immediately informed me, I think theyre back there working on it now, to which I replied, Im here to get it. He then disappeared into the maintenance area. A lady then came out and said, Im sorry, I lied to you. Your bike was ready. I almost said, Really? Because I dont see it out here and the manager just told me he thinks theyre working on it. I kept my mouth shut instead. After a few moments, I was told all work was complete. I was charged full price and I left. And that was the last time I set foot in there.

This has got to be the absolute sorriest place to get service work done. I took my side by side in because the steering gear box busted, the a-bolt and bushings on one side broke, the starter wasn’t acting right and the hydrostatic drive was creeping. Everything was warranty work but the a-bolt and bushings. I called a couple of weeks after dropping it off and the lady told me they’d get right on it next Monday. They aren’t open on Mondays, so I called the end of the next week and the mechanic got pulled off so it would be ready the next week. Called to check on it and talked to the service manager and he said they had all the parts and it hadn’t been touched. So I called 2 weeks later and guess what? It’s still not ready. I’ll never buy there or take anything to them again. It’s been 6+ weeks and it’s still not ready. Maybe in another week or so... if you take anything there, the tires will go flat before they fix it.

Put my four wheeler in for a broken wench and to require a led light on it. Waited for over a month just for me to call them and they told me why I put it in there, “the wench is toast” and “the led light needs a new wiring harness”. Do not buy or try to service anything from here.

If I could give Zero Stars- I would. It’s been four months since we traded in two ATVs for a side-by-side-side. Bayou Honda has failed to pay off the two ATVs. Now our credit score is starting to be affected. We just filed a complaint through the BBB & and disputing this on our credit. Terrible company that will never receive business from me or my family again.

I went there today to purchase a new 2020 Polaris sportsman 850 Premium . I knew they didnt have the color I wanted, the sales lady told me she could get one there in a day. My credit was approved I also was having a winch, bumper and larger tired put on it more $ for me . I was taking to the business manager and ask her when can I pick it up let me call the sales lady. She came in and started next Friday or so.I Said I was told in a day .So her I was spent an hour or more my credit score took a hard hit .Was told she would call when she found one. Plus you been approved but have to pay $300 before they will go pick it up. Could have told me the truth from the start . I like honesty. Semper Fi Vet

Ive read a few negative reviews about customer service, but all I can tell you is that if I received the service I got from Brian and his service staff I would be ecstatic. I broke down outside of Monroe on a late Friday morning and thought I would be stuck for days. I called around and nobody could do anything. When I called Bayou, Brian the service manager said they were a few days out for service since I was out of town he would see what he could do. A half hour later Brian personally picked me up. Two hours later I was on the road, and he even offered me pizza and a soda while I was waiting. I cant thank Brian and his staff enough. I hope they are all enjoying a well-deserved Thanksgiving dinner. If it werent for them I would not have made it to Colorado before the snow hit. So, thanks again guys.

Bought a 2019 Yamaha YZF-R3 from Rachel. She was very nice, worked hard to get me the best deal. I am very pleased with the outcome. They sell Honda Bikes and ATVS as well as Yamaha products, motorcycle helmets, jackets, sunglasses, and more.They have a full parts department and a service department. Staff was friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Be prepared for bad customer service, high prices and poor quality of work. I took my 4 wheeler and ranger there for specific issues and after spending more than $6k and being there for more than 6 weeks, my vehicles were returned with other problems. My 4 wheeler was returned with no brakes and a tire that came off. After getting the ranger back, I had to replace the transmission on the ranger as well as the steering column, which I had paid them to do but clearly was not done. I will not give Bayou Powersports another dime and you should not trust them as well.You responded that you do not have my number but my bill states Jelks Bayou Hunting Lodge as the customer and you do have my information. If you are customer focused as you claim, you would have reached out to me. I would appreciate a call from you.

The absolute worst service department. Took my ATV in for full service, brakes and water pump. I was told 3-4 weeks, ok. 3 weeks in I call to checkup and I get told it would be another week for brake pads to get in. Call again on week 4, get told it would be another week for repairs to be done. Week 5 I call and they say its done. I get there and in 5 weeks nobody thought to check the brake handles when I told them to fix the entire brake system. I tell the manager and he doesnt have a clue and obviously doesnt check any of the work done. I get told it would be another week for cables to get in and of course I had to call to see if they were in yet. Week 7 I pick up the ATV and the parking brake is still loose and my plastic panels are missing the plastic pins everywhere. McKinney in Ruston will get all my business from now on because the mechanics and service manager at Bayou are straight garbage. This headache also cost $1300.

If your looking to buy a ATV I dont suggest bayou powersports, my husband worked their and was used and not even paid for the work he did for them, they buy old used stuff or do a small trade for if your lucky $2000 then flip it for 6 and 7 thousand dollars, the used stuff gets sent to people like my husband to repaint and list online and on the sales floor. my husband was fired on the day he was quitting for making $10 a hour and they fired him for refusing to refurbish a used Honda foreman with rust and scratches all over it. the employees dive other customers equipment around when they get bored or take them home to play with. this place is unacceptable, take my advise people this is not a place I would want to do business. I highly suggest mollers in Bastrop for better prices and service. trust me this place is a JOKE!!!! I do not know how they are even still in business.

Horrible service. No one will even acknowledge you when you walk in the door you unless you’re looking to by a new ATV, motorcycle, etc. They all act like it will kill them to get off their phones and their !*#! to help you!

Lazy and rude.They Dont seem knoledgable about the products that are carried. Everything is marked up higher than most other dealers. Parts management doesnt keep common parts or accessories in stock . You can order parts yourself way cheaper online. They would rather sit around and do nothing with no buisness than answer a phone call. I really dont understand how there still open. But anywho you can always make the trip to big one motor sports in birmingham alabama to save thousands off a side by side compared to what you will spend at bayou honda. Thats what I did atleast. This isnt a one time experience. Its been like this for a few years with the same thoughts from numerous friends and family.

Rudest people I have ever seen in my life. I brought them a $15,000 check to purchase a ranger, and during the time my dealer was speaking with the financial advisor, I would look around on the show room at other vehicles. When the salesman needed me, he would come out and SCREAM at the top of his lungs for me to come to the counter. I apologized, even though he was the one screaming at me, and he said well were trying to get things done around here!!. The guy in charge of finance then accused me of stealing the check I was paying them with because it was a check from our farm corporation, the corporation that has my name in the title. He then began to tell me I couldnt leave with my own check and told me that people my age dont have this type of money and he knows something is fishy. I ripped the check up and walked out the door. Got the exact same machine at Polaris of Monticello for $11,500 out the door. I would advise anyone reading this to make the trip over there or to Malone in Ruston, I have done business with both and am very pleased.

Worst place to deal with, gave up on this store. You walk in nobody helps you, they close store whenever. They wont call you when your part comes in. Save your money and your time and go to Ruston. I would have given this place a ZERO star but you are unable to.
