Super pleased with my experience with Trojan Powersports. Rob and Jason were excellent. After intense research in choosing my ideal bike, I was met with several dealers with dreary predictions. They assured me that my bike was impossible to get in the current market. But my cousin Joshua from out of state sent me a bike trading website link that had my bike listed as available new at Trojan. Like a dove flying from the ark, the image of this glorious brand new red Honda struck my eye. I called Trojan and it was in fact available. Long story short, this dealership was a little further than I wanted to travel, but within 48 hours, Rob and Jason had worked to get this machine delivered to my home. They made it a very smooth process.

Just picked my quad up from there location..very clean and kept up place..everyother shop around was booked for months..called them and Rob got me in with in 3 weeks..to get some mods done to it.. quoted me a very reasonable price..josh did the work..went and picked it up and the let me run it around to check out the work they did..very pleased with it..and they took very good care of my machine as it was theres..will be doing business with them again..thanks again Rob, Josh,and Craig great bunch of guys!!

Very helpful, my buddy and I decided it was worth driving 2 and a half hours. They were fast friendly and helped load our bikes up in the truck. They were really busy and were able to be helpful with every one there! The owner even went out of his way to see if there a was a helmet for my buddy in the new inventory that was still in boxes by the door. Definitely recommend!

I took my ATV in for a diagnosis and new tires. I was told itd take a few days to diagnose it and a week and a half to get it everything installed (about 12 business days). I dropped off my ATV on April 20th and picked it up June 8th. In total, it took 40 business days for all new tires and a top-end.When I got my ATV back it was running well, tires looked good, and they were informative about things I might notice given the work. In regards to their work, I believe they did a good job.However, when it comes to customer communication, I was very disappointed. At the time of my inquiry, the service department definitely knew a lot of parts had been taking weeks, or sometimes over a month to come in. I wasnt told that until my parts were taking forever to come in.On top of all that frustration, I was told Id be called back probably 6+ times and never was. I later observed why, because after they answer and say theyll call you back, they hang up and resume their day without making a note. For instance, I had to tell two different people (first service, then someone outside service days later) before my new tires were ordered in their system. As it got closer to me being out of the country for months and my ATV still not fixed, I called a manager on June 1st about the urgency. He said hed call me back in a few hours and never did. After a week of silence, and being days before I was about to leave the US, I was forwarded to a different manager (service). Who finally told me my ATV would be done that day.Quick service was important to me when I originally inquired. I even drove an hour and half out of my way for it. In the end, I believe I was mislead with turnaround time and the poor communication didnt help. They really need to work on their customer relations. I would avoid this place for now. Maybe once things get back to normal and parts come in fast, the issues I faced will be less noticeable.

I had never been to this dealership. They did an excellent job on my three bikes. Defiantly my new bike shop. The bikes were even show room condition cleaned when I picked them up!!

I was looking around for an Africa Twin and they immediately got back to me and had a conversation. I also have a Panigale V4 that I was looking to trade and they gave good honest feedback of what/why they were in certain offer ranges. Im currently trying to sell my V4 privately so Im holding with the new bike purchase BUT when Im ready this will be the place I buy from!

I had experience with the service department and sales department (had work done on a bike I owned and purchased one) both were excellent and have very good knowledge on what they are doing, communication was a little rocky starting out but I have to blame myself because I was anxious to get back out but when brought up they already had a way to resolve the issue when it was addressed, that being said a great set of knowledgeable guys and I will be doing business again with them forsure!

Was going to buy a honda pioneer deluxe 1000-5 from these guys... but the sale guy jason was going to sell it to me told me one price so i had him run a credit check and got me approved. called me back was pretty much and set up to pic it up the next time they was open late then tryed raising the price by 1200.00 ....... the manager or him would do anything cause he told me the wrong price after talking with him of and on for two days...... i would of drove two hours to fine this out if i would of question him so much.......... i will never do business with these guys and i will make sure no one i knows buys nothing from me..... i would rather extra for honesty ...

I bought a 2021 honda pioneer 1000 5 from here. Great experience from time I found the unit on facebook market place, messaging with Jason on his day off!!!! He set up most of the deal over the phone and I drove 4 and half hours to get it. I bought my son his first dirt bike from here today. Our salesman Jason was great! He went over everything on the bike with my son and gave him some instruction on riding. I didn’t have a truck to get it home and was going to have a friend go pick it up for me. Since I live fairly close, one of the guys just dropped it off on his way home with no charge. It’s been over two months since someone was supposed to reach out to Austin Conner about his warranty work. The brand new side by side is still having multiple issues, and Honda doesn’t even have record of Trojan Powersports working on the side by side even though they claim they have provided him with adequate service.

My husband I had a great experience with our trade-in and purchase. Bob H. was our salesman and he worked very efficiently to finalize everything. John and Bob greeted us with a friendly attitude and was willing to do anything they could to make sure we were leaving there happy and in the right machine for us! Dave in Service was also very knowledgeable and helped us with accessories. We had to remove a stereo from our previous machine and Chris in service allowed us to use his personal tools to get the job done! They all made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had. We felt good leaving there and will definitely be back for any service or another purchase! I purchased my Pioneer 1000-5 le from Trojan and it was well worth traveling a state away to do business with them. I dealt directly with the owner Rob and he made sure all my questions were answered and that I knew everything about my machine before I left. I would highly recommend these guys for any new Honda powersport equipment. When I was there they had a killer selection of used bikes as well.

We had been traveling for several weeks when it became obvious that the tires on my wifes Goldwing werent going to make it home. One call to Shawn explaining our predicament resulted in come on in and we will get you taken care of and back on the road with no appointment. The parts manager, Tyler dug through inventory until they had exactly what I needed. Donnie, the mechanic, took it under his wing until it was done. They were very quick and even double checked a few other things for us. The owner, Rob, oversaw the whole event and made sure we got first class treatment. Everyone was great to talk to and to work with. The thing that impressed us the most was that they treated it just as if it was their own bike.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Best price on a 2020 Honda Foreman that I could find within 200 miles. New owner Rob even personally delivered my new quad after finding out I didnt have access to a trailer to pick it up. Definitely will be a return customer!

We brought our 1997 Honda Shadow ACE 1100 in for much needed work.... unfortunately, over the following 5 weeks, our experience went from bad to worse and we decided to remove our motorcycle from the shop and do the work ourselves..... after contacting Rob, the owner, we were able to bring the experience to a close.... I am satisfied that he did his best to do the right thing for us and while we were not able to have the repairs completed at the shop..... we are okay with the response from the owner and his follow up to the problem..... while I dont have the knowledge to say whether or not they do good work..... I can say that Rob is a stand up guy and I wouldnt say no to entrusting him to work on our bike in the future.

Had a flat tire when I was heading to work. Dealt with another company and they wouldnt air it up and check it out for me because it was 40 minutes before they opened (even tho they were standing by the shop.) So I drove down to trojan powersports hoping they would help me out even tho they werent open either. So I pulled up and they took my bike right in and aired the tire up and test road it and checked it all out for me! Great custom service and great people! Got me back on the road so I could get to work quickly even tho they didnt open for another half hour! Highly recommended!

Went there looking for a motorcycle for my husband. Found a used bike that we wanted more information about. There were 4 guys working, not counting the parts people. Not one of them would even say hello. They was all waiting on one women who purchased a kids bike. Finally one if them came over to help us. I told him I wanted to purchase the bike lets do a credit app. He was like ok and left. I thought he was getting the application, but when I turned the corner once again they was all taking care of that same women. So I left. I do not recommend this company. Unless your a women purchasing a kids bike.

Bought a barely used(200 miles) CBR250 6 weeks ago. Could not be happier with the purchase. Bike was stored with fuel in it for years. But the folks at Tojan cleaned it up, replaced necessary part and got it in fine condition. Thank you

The parts did not arrive when expected and they were nice enough to take the parts off a bike on the showroom floor to get my bike back for the weekend. They saved my holiday. I am a customer for life. Shawn, the service manager is the best.

Absolutely awful customer service. I Was scolded by the older gentleman and always have to wait ridiculous times just to get a price on something when the store is completely empty. I am a paying customer I should not be treated with disrespect by an employee. Very disappointed with my visit

Found a bike online (from Ohio), sent an email in with an offer afterhours, and the next day, first thing, had a quality response back. Scotty Lee and I traded e-mails three or four times, got the numbers right, and bam the deal was done in a few hours. Having been in the retail automotive industry for the past fifteen years, and the last decade-plus as an Internet Sales Director and GM for a large dealer group, I appreciate communication and service above all else, and Scotty delivered in spades. If you are looking for a New Honda or used bike, you should email, call or stop in, but make sure you ask for Scotty Lee, hes the best!

First off let me start by saying that I never write reviews, but Trojan Powersports has me irritated enough to do it. I understand they are busy because of the great deals they have, but I never once received a call back from JJ, I always had to call him. I left after picking up my “new” Pioneer 700 with nothing for paperwork except the application for title, no copy of my terrible APR financing or anything else (I have excellent credit). The reason I said “new” Pioneer is because it had 15 miles on it and 10 hours, snow plow has wear and tires are chewed up.... they only put a 60” blade on it and when I asked if could at least get a 66” I was told they didn’t have anything else and a 60” is what it calls for, I have never seen anyone put a 60” blade on a 60” wide machine, and the winch is only a 3000lb one... Now as far as the prep on the machine, there was chunks of mud under it, the windshield was installed wrong, I had to put the right amount of air in all 4 tires, and there was a quart to much oil in the engine.... good job guys... All I can say is the lack of care will definitely overcome the good prices, I will never be back, nor will I recommend them.

Went to Another Honda dealership on euteka and I was told that my appointment was cancelled due to a talon build, ask the manager to find me a place that could change 2 tires and Trojan Honda in Monroe stepped up. They did a great job!

What a joke! CONSUMER BEWARE! My vehicle was brought there may 2nd 2020. Today is July 16th and I took it out of there for it to die on the way home. I went thru 3 service managers. Either quit or fired. I was given excuse after excuse of why my vehicle was not finished. It literally was covered in dust when I got it. There are plenty of other dealers. And I have been doing Google reviews for a long time on hundreds of places. The only thing they asked was to give them a good review. I WILL NOT! this place does not know the definition of service. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! You have been warned! I had to place a stop payment on my check because they dont want my vehicle back! What a waste of 11 weeks! Good riddance to a horrible dealership!

The best experience I have ever had buying a motorcycle. Ive been ignored by every dealer within an hour recently. Today, on a whim i pulled in to this dealership at 20 minutes to closing. I didnt expect to be able to buy anything, but I never knew it existed so I just wanted to peak my head in and see what they are about. I was immediately greeted with nothing but smiles from all 4 or 5 guys working. Some of them were hustling to put away all the bikes that were outside on display, but they still paid attention to me. Tyler grabbed a bike that he thought was a good fit for my wife, and within 15 minutes he had the paperwork done, and signed. He was VERY helpful and even hung around an hour after closing to answer all of our questions and help us load the bike.This was our first visit, and this will from now on be the only place we buy all of our bikes, and accessories.Thank you again Tyler and all the staff working tonight (June 8 2020) for the awesome service!Edit: I dont get over to Trojan very often - they are not the closest to my house, but they are they best. From now on, I will ALWAYS MAKE THE DRIVE to trojan powersports, no matter how small of an item I need. It has been a year, and when I walk in, I always get friendly smiles, respectful treatment and they remember my name. What a great place.

I bought 2 scooters & The professionalism and service was heads and shoulders above the rest. Salesman named J.J. Failed to disclose interest rate was 5% when he said we could get 0% for 36 months when negotiating the deal. Then one of the bikes is missing parts. To top it off they misplaced and kept my driver’s license. Forcing me to wait it to be mailed or drive 60 miles to retrieve it.Not happy with Trojan salesman!!!!

Purchased a 2018 CRF450R. I worked my deal with John over the phone and drove 1.5 hrs to pick the bike up. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience there. These guys were great to deal with! I ended up buying the bike of my dreams here and it had all the bells and whistles. I worked with both Steve and John both were pleasant to deal with. I was nervous of what to expect as I traveled over an hour to buy the bike and wasnt sure what I would be walking into as I have had poor experiences at other power sport dealerships in the past. I would Highly Recommend these guys. Prices were more then fair. Everyone I have shown the bike to cant believe the price I paid!
