Larry was our salesman and he was so friendly and helpful. Spencer did our paperwork and he was friendly as well. Being a nurse they were able to get me a discount on the new 2021 Polaris sportsman 570. Out the door with taxes, title fees and charges $7612.05. He even through in a few free t-shirts lol. Store was well maintained, everyone was practicing social distancing and wearing masks. And they had hand sanitizer stations. Overall would definitely do business with them again.

Went to return a helmet not even worn told me it was in store credit only and its on my receipt. Looked at my receipt was not on there asked the gentleman behind the counter where it said in store credit only and he didnt see it. They make up their own policies on returns as they please. Worst customer service I have ever experienced will never go back and I dont recommend them to anybody I know personally.

Cant really give a good rating..Bought a 04 Ultra Classic I asked about the rear tire being cupped they said its normal tires were also out dated.. so lets sell a bike not safe on the road.oils not changed before selling just checked.And what I thought was just poor or cheap slip-ons causing popping sound at downshifting is actually it not being tuned properly.All things I think should have been done before the bike was soldAnd with the tires partly my fault I didnt check them before I signed papers

I bought my 2013 RANGER from Monroe Motor Sports new. Kept it at my property in Eaton County for over 8 years. Had an issue and took it to the closest dealer which was a big mistake as they had it for months. Communication was not good. They threw parts at it and gave up. Called me and basically told me to come and get it as they could not resolve the issue. With that said I took it back to Monroe Motor Sports. They resolved the issue and and fought for me while dealing with Polaris. All I can say is Missy and the team at MMS is a great place to do business! As a consumer who works with the public on a daily basis, I can say service AFTER the sale is a valuable asset.

I have been loyal to Monroe for years bought alot from them over the years ..but we went to trade our 09 polaris ranger we bought from them and we wanted to upgrade for a 2020 polaris ranger xp and they only offered us $2000.00 with only 550 hours and 1000 miles that was a smack in the face ..so we went to j&l motorsports they gave us $6500 on our trade in so we bought our new 2020 polaris ranger xp 1000 from them with full glass and full cab paid $12.000 OUT THE DOOR I no longer shop or buy parts from this place!!! Dont waste you money shop around!!

Bought a 2018 Yamaha VX Waverunner here. Ron Brazee was the salesperson I dealt with and he was top notch. From start to finish he had all the bases covered, and gave me a good check out concerning the operation of the machine. He was polite, never pressured me and it was clear he valued me as a customer and wanted my business. Other shops I have dealt with couldnt have cared less whether I was even there. Ron was extremely accommodating to my whole family when we picked up the machine and even made my kids feel part of the process. Other employees I encountered were friendly and helpful as well. Finally I should mention they have a large modern showroom with lots of motorcycles. I will be back for my next purchase!

I rode 60 miles to see a Harley Softail Deluxe I fell in love with on their website, only to be told they had sold it. I arrived just after opening time on a Saturday, so I doubt it had just sold. Call before you go to make sure they still have what you are looking for, as they dont appear to remove sold items from the site.

If I can rate 0 I would! Called 2 days in a row said they would give me a call back and they DIDN’T. Said they would put in my financial application and they didn’t. I had to travel 3 hours to get in contact with someone and get answers and they admitted they didn’t put my app in and I said I’ll pay in cash and they added anything 1000 dollars to the price.Never again.

Less than one but it wouldnt register.They had my bike 5 1/2 months, couldnt find it then took forever just to change out pipes, tighten and grease chain and change oil...charged just 4 hrs..but rear brake was gone just fine when dropped off and a front running light abd turn signal not working that was working when dropped off ! Thats ridiculous!

I was very interested in a motorcycle that was shown on their website. I emailed to ask some questions and take a look at it. The salesperson told me that they were retrieving the bike and would have it within the week. A month and half later, after the bike was sent to 3 different locations, all the while being promised a showing, I was told that I would have to buy the bike unseen. The bike was sold at a dealer auction somewhere in the south.The salesperson I was talking to was nice but the dealership didnt seem to care about selling the bike.

I went here for the first time this week. My intention was to buy a motorcycle. My wife and I went inside, browsed the store for about 15 minutes. Several staff just stared at us, never said hello or offered any help. So we left. We went to a nearby dealer, bought a motorcycle and took it home the same day.I will say: monroe powersports has a beautiful facility. It is clean and has a great inventory of machines, gear etc but unfortunately I was not given any help and couldnt buy anything.I have had friends who have had a positive experience buying here, which is why i made the 45 minute drive. It may have just been an off day for the staff - just sharing my personal experience.

I had an outstanding experience with these guys. Todd Miller is a very patient, knowledgeable salesman. He sold me with patience and zero pressure and great answers to detailed questions. Their inventory is ridiculously extensive. I was overwhelmed at first and Todd said Thats OK, it happens a lot here, just take your time. I mean, theyve got everything. And their detailing department is incredible. I settled on an 06 Vulcan 900 that looks just about mint. I live an hour away, but Ill be buying every bike from these guys. I have been buying motor vehicles for 40 years all over the country, and I have never been treated as well of these guys treated me.

Just dropped my Quad off today, mike in service is really helpful. Very friendly atmosphere, I like how everything looked organized even in the shop, make me feel more comfortable by letting myself take my pride and joy to them to work on, Im very very anal about my quad. To top it off they said theyd work with me on getting my Quad back top notch, so fingers crossed.
