I love this place!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes Benz. I took my mercedes there to be repaired after it was damaged at a automated car wash. Goose Creek did a fantastic job repairing/replacing the damaged parts while I waited, and the best part was they did not charge an arm and a leg like the dealership wanted to do. They also do great service work. I am a Goose Creek customer for life. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

I’ve been doing business with Goose Creek Auto for several years now. Very honest, reliable, and knowledgeable with German makes and all others. Scott and the staff have always made me feel at home and feel genuinely concerned when I have an issue. They are very detail oriented and precise. I would recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, or high end European vehicle.

Fantastic service! My husband has been super busy at work and hasnt gotten a chance to bring our car in for some work. Decide to get it done myself, had a friend recommended me here and it was friendly atmosphere, fast service and great price. Great guys! They know MB better than anyone else Ive ever been to. I had the opportunity to talk to John while my alignment was being done. He made me a customer for life. Its the only place Ive been where I can ask a tech his opinion on a chassis type and he knows what Im taking about. AWESOME!

About a month ago my husband and I brought our car into their shop to help us with an electrical issue. The car is a Mercedes (which they claim to be a specialist at fixing, this it what they say on their website) and they assured us that they could diagnose and fix the problem. After waiting about a week we called them to ask what progress had been made on the issue. They told us their only mechanic that works on mercedes can only work on certain nights.After over 3 weeks of waiting they finally called us and let us know that it was ready to be picked up. We went in, paid $1700, and left to drive home. Within 5 minutes of driving, we noticed that there were new electrical issues, different than the ones that we had originally brought the car in for. We turned around and took it back to them to let them know about our new issues.When we returned they worked on the car again for another 1.5 hours. After he was done we drove home and all was good. The next morning when I went to drive the car, there was the same set of electrical issues present as when they fixed it the second time. We called them immediately and they said to bring it in and we will take a peek at it, it will only take a couple of more days.7 days later I called and asked about the car and they said that they were able to fix the issue for another $600 but could NOT guarantee that this will be the end all solution. We decided not to have them perform this potential repair. In order to remove the car from thier premise we had to pay $278 (we were told we could only pay cash or debit) or else we would not be able to have the car back. We reluctantly paid the money to get our car back and the same electrical issues were still present. At this point weve paid almsot $2000 and the car still has the problems that were created AFTER we paid the $1700 and it still needs to be repaired else where.I advise against using these folks to get your car issues serviced. They have not been good at communicating with us and only let us know of any issues when it comes time for them to get paid. They told us both times when we paid them that this isnt too much to pay, it can be more expensive. To me as a paying customer being told that almost $2000 isnt a lot of money is incredibly rude and almsot mocking of my situation.

If you want good honest to the point service, with friendly people go see this repair center. More than than the mega auto stores, just a fast if not quicker. They know MB,s and as straight forward as your friend as to what needs to be done, no extras.Always professional

Scott and the team at Goosecreek spend countless hours sorting my ‘73 280C to make it roadworthy and completing rust repair (metal work, painting etc.).Today, it runs and looks great. I want to thank Goose Creek for another great repair on my Mercedes. Not only was my car fixed, the cost was lower then 2 other estimates previously given to me by others including a dealership. Not sure what other customers problems were with their vehicles in other reviews BUT I never had any issues for the past 5 years with them and certainly they never ripped me off..... I have been doing business with Scott & Chanteau for over 35 years. I dont know what I would drive if it werent for them. I got my first Mercedes in 1982 from them and have been driving them ever since.For Sales, Service and Emergency repair, they are the BEST in the Charlotte area.Dont buy a car or get yours serviced any where else.Thanks guys!

Well its been a week and no problems. My Mercedes is running great again. After taking it to the dealership and being told I need am alternator, wiring harness and maybe a battery for well over a $1300. dollars I took it to Goose Creak automotive to see if they could beat that price. Turns out that is was just a bad wire and they repaired it for just over 100 bucks. My alternator was fine and battery tested above specs but I was told to keep an eye on it because of age. Thanks for being honest and not trying to replace parts I did not need. I will be back again. no more dealerships fpr me.

BEWARE!!!!! THE OWNER IS A CHEATING CROOK AND A LIAR. I took a 2002 E320 4matic to them on 9-1-16 to have a check engine light diagnosed. The charge was supposed to be $97 or so. I went to pick up the car and was charged $164. I was told that my shift linkage clip was replaced because it was broken. I agreed that the replacement was warranted because I broken it when I changed a part. I paid and I left with my car. On 9-7-16 I removed the bad part (gear shifter assembly) to return it and I saw the same clip that I broke was being used to secure the shifter to the linkage. I called Scott (the owner) and told him and he denied it all. However, now Scott changed his story and says he installed a used clip that he had to search his shop to find. And he also told me that he did not physically see the clip installed but he gave it to his tech. BEWARE, HE BASICALLY STOLE $64 FROM ME OVER A METAL SHIFT LINKAGE CLIP THAT COSTS $10 FOR A 4 PACK ON EBAY. IF HE LIED ABOUT A LINKAGE CLIP WHAT DO YOU THINK HES TELLING YOU ABOUT AN ENGINE REPAIR. AND OF COURSE SOME CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK BECAUSE IF YOU STEAL FROM EVERYONE YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A CUSTOMER BASE. THEREFORE, GOOSE CREEK AUTOMOTIVE ONLY STEALS FROM SOME PEOPLE.

BEWARE!! THEY ARE LICENSED THIEVES!! Posting for a friend!! Patrick, my friend, took his Range Rover to them for idling issues. They said it needed an air filter an some vacuum hoses replaced. So after a WEEK, Patrick went back up there an the top of his motor was tore down. All of a sudden hes being told he needs a new motor an they know where to get 1 thats warranted an at a good price.. OK! Weeks go by so Patrick goes back up there to see both motors on the ground an they told him the new/used motor needed work. Finally Patrick had enough. 9 weeks later an over $7000.00 later Patrick wanted his truck back. When his son went to get it they had made another fictitious bill for another $1800.00 an said it needed so many more hours worth of work for $100.00 a hour. They kept the original motor an 1 of the workers admitted it didnt need another motor. Now the check engine light is on an reading the crankshaft an idling need attention. An because Patrick wouldnt let them do anymore work, they wouldnt warranty their work!! THIEVES!!

Dont take your car there. They quoted me over the phone $125 labor to service my transmission and replace a seal at the bottom of my transmission dipstick. The lady claim she never quoted me the labor cost. Charged me $145 labor cost refused to acknowledge the cost included replacing the seal. Refused to release my car until she got paid the bogusamount, Insisted that that seal was not so a part of the her quote. In a rush at end she extracted my vehicle id number, which Im sure will end up on a title to one of the many probably untitled car in the heap. These are crooks. Dont take your car here. Now the leak that I had from the dip stick is worst, Im out of $228.00. And now I must start over again for I am not certain that the transmission was ever serviced. I had three quotes under $250 for this service and repair.I choose these ones because I wanted the work done right away, the others wanted to schedule an appointment. Now I see why there were no other customers there. JUSTME...

I have taken my 1982 Mercedes here a handful of times (oil changes, valve adjustments, wiring harness, and alternator). Its not the fastest turnaround time because they stay pretty busy, but Ive been very happy with the work. Over a year ago they put a new alternator in my car. I drove it home and started having problems with it the following week. I got frustrated and just kept the car parked for a year because its not my daily driver. Two weeks ago I decided to have it looked at. Drove it down to these guys and they found that the original alternator they installed was faulty. They replaced the alternator under warranty and didnt even charge me for labor! I was so thrilled that they stood behind their work, I should have come back sooner!

Ive owned several makes and models of automobiles throughout the years and dealt with equally as many service and repair centers. Never have I had a unique experience until now. Goose Creek Autos team really exceeded my expectations. Something I never thought was possible in automotive service. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed and charged a fair price. They even gave me advance notice of future repairs with an estimate which I like being Im on a budget now that Ive retired. It was dark when I picked up and Scott walked with me outside to make sure I got in my car safely. Ive never written a review before but I wanted other people to know about my experience with this business.

The woman that works at the front desk and billing has to be the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She was this way both times I was at this establishment. She called me the first time I was there and apologized about her terrible behavior and attitude because, I believe, her arguing and yelling even shocked herself as well as everyone there. I decided to write this after my second miserable encounter. Why would anyone want someone who acts like this as the face of their business? Unreal.

This place has horrible customer service. I left work early, drove 45 mins from Pageland Sc, waited in the lobby alone for 3 hours with no one updating me on my car. After the long wait the owner finally comes to tell me that they can’t service my car bc they don’t have the parts. They offered me nothing for my time and inconvenience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Once I bought 2000 Mercedes e350 at 2007 and I checked out at goose creek I never had a problem with that car but regular maintance. Later, I switched my car to 2008 BMW 535i and I regret that cause these cars have common leak and its so expensive to fix it at the dealer. So I fixed with cheap mechanics but the car wasnt perfect. Once I moved back close to goose creek I took my car there and they fixed my BM now the car is so perfect . I highly recommend if u want ur car to be in such a good condition, take it to goose creek, thanks and good luck

I am a happy customer, I ask a lot of questions and heres the bottom line about GCA: I have taken my 04 C240 here for 5 years for various interval services. The folks here are ex-pats of the Benz dealerships in town. Price-wise, they are extremely competitive, they own their facility, their mechanics are great, they warehouse a lot of the parts on-site for quick turn around service. Service-wise, very friendly, very professional and they will go the extra mile to inspect your car, print up a diagnostic and let you decide what to do. They use high qualty MB and Bosch parts here, youll have piece of mind that your Benz is being looked after.

I had the worst experience here. I took my car here twice, since they did not fix one of my original issues. They are very dishonest about their service. I took my Mercedes here to figure out why my check engine light was on and why my car was losing power. Shante (the one who tells what is wrong with car) states I needed a catalytic converter and new coils. I got the repairs done with them. Shortly after I picked up my car, I noticed my check engine came back on and I heard a rattling noise when I drove it. I took my car back to them and told Shante my issues. I even did my research on the rattling noise. She then proceeded to tell me my car has 2 catalytic converters. She never told me that beforehand. So I dropped my car for them to see whats wrong since they did the work and never fix my check engine light. I called her a few days later to get the status on my car, she didnt have a status. Few days later, my fiancé called and spoke with Scott and he advised they just got back from vacation and had not looked at my car. Well we decided to pick up my car that day. All of a sudden Shante produced a ticket of $200 saying they ran a diagnostic on my car and tighten up a bracket. But when we asked her what was done or what did they find out to equal a $200 bill, she couldnt not give a straight answer. Nor did Scott say a word. I was very furious because Scott had told my fiancé they did not look at my car. And it also took them a while to bring my car around front, so I take it they scrambled to do something to my car to make it seem like they did a diagnostic of some sort. Never again will I go back to them. They are very dishonest and crooks. Shante will make up things just to get paid.

I am a Mercedesaholic. That is both a good thing and can be an expensive thing. Seven (7) years ago I discovered GCA when The Largest Mercedes Dealership was struggling to determine why an SL560 was restoring was having a problem. Their efforts at first seemed logical (process of elimination) but then when we were still no closer to a fix days later and the bill was mounting close the national debt levels did I do my research and discovered Scott and Team at GCA. Seriously, these guys identified the problem, communicated to me my options and solved the problem in under 2 days and the SL was where she belonged.....back on the road.Since that time, I have taken my Mercedes to GCA. They are truly some of the most knowledgeable Mercedes technicians in the Charlotte area; specialist (new to vintage). In addition, John keeps you apprised of the status of your cars repairs (responsive, knowledgeable and client centric). Equally as important, their pricing is fair (bill not brake your bank).Now, if I could just find someone that could help me in the same fashion with my BMW....and Corvette.......the world would be a great place!
