An honest mechanic is very hard to come by. As a female it’s very easy to get taken advantage of and therefore become obligated to spend extra money on unnecessary repairs. I have been a client of this shop for about 7 years and it’s the only place I bring all my cars to. Mr. John explains in detail what is wrong, what needs immediate attention and what can wait. He tries to help you get on the road safely while considering your budget. Rest assured that this place will not take advantage of you and they stand by their work 100%. They will get to the root of the problem no matter how difficult it may seem. Of course they aren’t magicians and if you are a hands on car owner you may know that some problems require a process of elimination to get to the root of the problem but Mr. John will find the solution and try to keep costs to a minimal along the way. Give this place a try and you won’t regret it. This is a family owned business and Mr John, his wife & his son all play a vital role in the business as they are all knowledgeable and hands on. Will continue to patronize this business as long as I live in the Charlotte area.

This shop is by far the best in the area and I highly recommend getting any service done here. The shop is family owned and the father, son, and daughter operate very professionally. I am a fairly adept vehicle guy myself and when I had an issue with my brakes and rotors that I could not solve I contacted this shop and the price was very reasonable and the work was professional. I was sent pictures of my vehicle and the broken parts throughout the process of the service and as opposed to charging me money for unnecessary work the mechanic upfront told me what I did and did not need, showed me pictures, explained the process and saved me money. I will be using this shop for all future services.
