Great selection of items and excellent customer service. It looks like a small store from the outside but its pretty big!

I am very disappointed in the service provided at this location....... I was screamed at in this store by the employees ( very ghetto loud employees..... and refused service at the counter. I am definitely reaching out to the Company Owners President and Vice Presidents as they would definitely need to know how their store is being upheld regarding their employees and management in store. Very disrespectful and denied my service, took another customer in front of me and completely was rude to me. I am definitely reaching out to all the higher ups in this situation. I was late for my meeting with my clients due to your store employee.

The place is clean and organized. The employees were very nice very informative. Made you feel as comfortable as you can. Answered any questions and gave great recommendations.

I enjoyed visiting this place, the staff was friendly and were able to answer any and all questions, 5 star on helpfulness. When I walked in it reminded me of a old video store vibe but nothing wrong with that they had many things and everything was clean and organized. I just think a modern touch would be a booster for attracting new customers. Will be making another visit.

However I did like the the female stimulant cream that I had purchased for my lovely lady thoroughly enjoyed it and I enjoyed her enjoying ithowever they were supposed to call us back about a return and they were unwilling to return a piece of clothing that did not fit my lovely lady and we just really wanted you exchange it and they couldnt help us out and they were supposed to call us back today and they never did so a little disappointed lotions & lace and thats why you got 2 stars

I would give it zero stars if i could. They have signs that say parking for Lotions and Lace......i planned on shopping there before my car was towed. I figured i would do some shopping at the Halloween shop and then go to Lotions and Lace. Came outside to find the owner had towed my car even though there were like 6 empty spaces for that place. Beware......i think they have the tow guy on speed dial. I read some of the other reviews and they all say the same thing. In my opinion, i think they have to many parking spots. They were all empty.

The customer service is amazing!!! It was my first time ever going into a sex shop and I felt so welcomed. I had some many questions about what is best for my preference and they were able to answer all of my question. If youre a very timid person I recommend going here because they were able to make me feel comfortable and answer all of my questions. As of today, I continue to buy all of my personal things here. 10/10.

Stopped by today looking for adult halloween costumes. They have a HUGE sale i got a costume normally 70 bucks for only $18 !! Costumes can be expensive so hit them up! They let u try on the costumes before u buy so you know it will fit. The rep working there took her time and let me browse the store as long as i needed. They have a ton of cute sexy lingerie and toys as well. I will be coming back!

I like that they let you roam around the store without pressuring you to buy anyting. I was trying to park near this store to shop at another store in this strip mall, when I was yelled at by an employee of Lotions & Lace. She threatened to have my car towed and pointed to the guy standing next to her. He was the tow truck driver who was very threatening. Ill never go back to this strip mall again. No one should shop here. Extremely rude and unprofessional .Im complaining all the way to cooperate. DONT SHOP HERE!!Response to owner:I wasnt parked in front of your store!!!I had barely stepped out of the vehicle. She had no idea where I was gonna shop. They were intimidating and threatening. When my husband and I first came in, the staff were super nice and offering to help. I had picked up an item to show my husband, but when he decided he didnt want it, I walked back to where I got the package and put it back. There is a small chance I put it in a different location, as I wasnt really paying attention to the exact location i put it back, but I am very very sure I put it back where its original area was, since I was looking at and going to buy another item on a shelf near it. When it was time for us to go, I asked one of the staff to clarify if the outfit I was going to buy was plus sized. She gave me a weird look and a pause, then said yes its plus size. Where did you put the item you were going to get? I told her I thought I put it back in the original location, but she said in a accusatory tone there is a missing spot there, so its not there. I didnt really know what to say so I said well we were also on a different location in the store, so we can look around there and she said no thats okay, Ill just go check the cameras. Im not really sure what her motive was, but it sounded like she thought I stole the item and was being untruthful. My husband and I felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted to buy anything, so we put back what we were going to get and left.I would recommend that the staff watches how they say things to people, especially going to a store where it might already be kind of awkward asking questions in the first place. If she had a reason to believe I stole something, or was being dishonest with her, tell me to my face instead of being passive aggressively accusatory. Customer service doesnt usually happen that way at stores of somethings is misplaced.

Well this place has options for clothing. I like that they have both normal size clothes and plus size obviously more normal then plus but still good the toys section not impressed but the one thing that turned my husband and my self off was were there maybe 45 mins and in that time they asked us at least 12 times if we needed help and asking maybe 3 or times in an hour I think is fine but really I felt like they thought we were going to steal stuff or we needed to baby sat. So yeah clothing 4 stars everything else 3.

Hi, I really like this place and its location. Seems to me like a little hidden gem of san bernardino. Very clean and cashiers are very sweet and helpful.I would love to work at this location. I have recently done online and in store applications for a cashier position. Have called, emailed, and fb messaged and mentioned my name.That was 2 weeks or so ago, have not heard anything back. I really would like to work here. What can I do?

My wife and I have been driving down from Hesperia for a long time. We have seen various employees come and go. At one time I found the atmosphere of this store to be pleasant. That is no longer the case. These young kids lack the service and luster that it use to have. Some times you get a warm Hi. Other times If anyone looks your way, then you are lucky. After my visit yesterday, I dont think Ill be returning. I come this far to be treated with respect. To purchase adult items from a business whos employees offer a professional attitude and attire. I have decided that If I want to shop for gym clothes I will go to a sports store. When we are buying sex toys then be professional. Workouts pants is not what I expect to see. I no longer will shop here. There is a sex shop much closer to my house, the employees dress for success. This place has affordable prices but professionalism is just not here. The good service has disappeared over the last year. If you do shop here, ask for Hayleigh. She is the friendliest and most knowledgeable.

Informative employees, friendly acknowledgment when I walked in. Prices are a little high, I would suggest they have sales more often. Even if its a weekly single item on sale, or something like that for the weekend.
