Awful. My first time at this location. I push the call button outside the cologne case. After 15 minutes, nobody came. I flagged down an employee who said she would find someone, but never did. I saw her again, and this time she paged someone over the walkie-talkie, but nobody answered. I flag down another employee who did the same, and again, no answer. I went to the service desk and two different employees paged for someone who had the key, but again, no one answered either. At that point I just gave up, but on my way out, I tried asking one last person. This one simply acknowledged that no one knows who has the key. Perhaps only a manager who may or may not be on lunch break, she said. In any event, she confirmed that theres simply no way to make a purchase from there tonight.

Had more choices more selection than the location in New Lenox

Everyone knows Walmart. This store is clean, well organized, employees friendly and knowledgeable. The lines were long so they started opening more registers. They also have everything you need in one location and the prices are reasonable.

The woman who greeted us harassed us right as we walked in about wearing a mask. If thats how the greeters are supposed to act then Walmart should have an associate in each isle telling people to wear it properly. Just sayin

The store manager Chriss team does not know how to take care of their customers. They never answer the phone, no employees EVER in sporting goods. Be my last time ever shopping here for the under par management team.

Not enough cashiers, the ones that are there are very rude they dont even acknowledge you or say thank you I hate Walmart.

Nice Clean Store Easy To Find Everything I Was Looking For I Was In And Out. I Love THIS Walmart.

A few weeks ago I seen what look like the lead Walt go off on a soda vendor because the vendor dropped a soda and it broke. This guy walt has the most unprofessional attitude I have ever seen.

Dirty Walmart. Do not feel safe shopping here with the crime that happens there. No one ever answers the phone. Half the time you just get hung up on. Customer service is garbage.

I was really rushing..I did not spend as much time as I would have liked...did notice that no food in premade hot dish by the deli...and deli was closed in mid afternoon...they must be short of staff and or products...however I did find the last of good walmart boxbags and humectress which both hard to find now a days. Furthermore I really wanted to explore their clothes department ...looked good

What a terrible Walmart! Employees just do not care, the place is filthy, lot is filthy, there wasnt any cart available by the front door. Everything was unkempt. On the positive side, they had what I needed.

Good Walmart. Of course, has everything that I need. The biggest positive is, Im an over the road truck driver, so when I need to stock my truck back up with essentials, I can park here without a problem as they dont have no semi truck parking signs in the parking lot.Us truckers have extremely limited options as it is so when we go to a Walmart that we cant park our truck at to shop, its a day ruiner.

Sometimes the store is totally wiped ( out of of items). Also they never have enough cashiers. Just saying. If you want a good upscale shopping experience, go shopping at Tonys ( Canton Rd and rt 59) or Meyers in Plainfield. Take notice, Walmart.

Looked at 4 stores for beef brisket and they had only 3 left and Im happy.

Found everything I was looking for and then some. Plenty of shoplifting going on, most employees did not seem to care. Great prices, watch your purse or wallet.

Terrible customer service department. Managements discretion to decline exchange on items without receipt or physical credit card. They spend there time gossiping instead of actually trying to help the customer. I guess they wont happily refund or exchange anything without those items, despite whats posted on their wall.

Walmart is a go to for most but so often I come here and find so many things out of stock! That is my biggest gripe with this particular location, if youre in the business of being recognized as a one stop shop you should be properly stocked! Its come to a point for me, that Id rather pay more going to a store I KNOW will have what I need than taking my chances here..

First of all, the place is filthy. Second of all, employees scatter like cockroaches if you look in their direction. Finally, their fishing license machine was down. April first has been the expiration date on fishing licenses for at least ten years. Should probably get that fixed.Ammunition locker I noticed was completely empty outside of two packs of 22 rifle rounds. Not sure if they just cant get it or cant be bothered to order it or arent going to carry ammunition, anymore. On the bright side, that can help the small shops make some money and survive.

They always have what I am looking for. If it’s not out, a worker is always around to ask.

We were able to find all our items, without any help. The store is big clean and not cluttered.

This walmart is large. They have a wide variety of options. There are several walmarts in the area. This was my favorite.

We get alerted to pick up your order cause its ready and you get there and wait another 1/2 hour to get your order is unacceptable, we had to leave due to other plans for that day. Terrible service.

Very Ghetto! Would not recommend! Receive a text message regarding my delivery order (saying it was either canceled or modified) that clearly stated reach out to the store for more details. Tried calling and their associates, first, gave me the run around on the phone then they stopped answering although. I hate that this is how you all represent African Americans and I I now understand why other folks view us as beneath them. I would never deal with this in Mew Lenox or Shorewood. You all should be ashamed. The kicker, you probably don’t even know better to do better. I will take the drive for better service

Why are people aloud to bring dogs in the store he was in line barking at the money store.

When I was in the store, the employees were uninterested in helping anyone. One girl even walked by me and told me to scan here. I said I did but it is not registering. She then yelled over her shoulder to put in the numbers and kept going. Then I asked 3 people for help loading because Im disabled and everyone told me they didnt know where the guy was to help me. Then when I yelled across the parking lot to 2 cart attendees standing there talking. I asked if they could help me load the grill, they looked at me like I had 2 heads. Another cart attendent (not one of the 2) said he would help me... wish I had gotten his name because when I went back the next day I heard him ask someone if they needed help. Give that guy 5 stars.

I unfortunately shop at this hellscape of an establishment very frequently, and its always unpleasant in some way or another.

Wal Mart Auto Center is good...but if you get an oil change and ask for 100% synthetic the DO NOT USE A 5000 MILE OIL FILTER! AND THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN IT BEFOREHAND. THAT IS BAD BAD BAD. IF I HAD NOT ASKED I WOULD HAVE GONE 5000mi ON A 3000mi filter. That is really a bad thing about the AUTO CENTER. And they didnt reset my cars oil % light... Just 2 bad things off the top of my head. I still give 5 stars because Im not a serial hater...

The selection on items were great. But I never heard that the store was closing. I had to go to self check out. No one was there at self checkout to verify that we were above 18 for a gift we bought. I had to walk around to find someone to finish this transaction. No one was working self checkout. When I did find someone to help us, they had an attitude with us. I had WIC items and left them. Im not dealing with attitude.

Was sent around the store for a product. No one seemed to know where it was, nor what it was. Its a basic item. Manager sent me to an idle with vastly different items than what I was looking for. Cashier was rude when asked and refused to look for the correct item.

The Walmart on Jefferson St. Is always out of our cat food. Granted our cats are spoiled, and they love their Jim-jims, tubers as a treat. But 8 out of 10 times we end up going to to Walmart on Rt 59 in Shorewood.

After shopping at Walmart, I always feel as if my IQ has lowered.

Never shop here unless your trying to get covid. There is no manager on duty. I repeat no manager on duty at 8:30 p.m. and over 100 people standing in 4 lines. 2 lines stopped moving because of an 🍸 ring up and nobody to check it out. I called the store to speak to a manager and was rudely told by an associate there is no manager here and if I go get someone they gone tell you the same thing I just told you I asked to speak to them and was put on hold until they hung up on me. As I was waiting on hold I walked out of the store because more people started line up and I could hear the mob starting to turn ruff. This walmart is 5 mins away from my house and I will drive 20 mins across town to Target before I ever shop here again. For your life, never shop here.

Everything was a really good experience except for a person begging for money in the parking lot.

The associates there were quite helpful in aiding me to find the items that I was searching for. Only during the time I was trying to check out and pay for my items did I have a not so great time. There was only one check-out lane open and many people were trying to pay and leave. When I stepped in line the Associate working the cash register rudely told me to go elsewhere cause her lane was closed. With that being said, there were now no check out lanes open. The elderly man behind me had no where to go. I went to the self check out lane, but other people had to wait for a check out lane to open. I didnt appreciate the rudeness or the fact that there were no check lanes open.

It’s ridiculous how much this store never opens on time, we had to go through the garden center, we did our shopping and the doors still weren’t opened. They finally opened the doors after 6:30am, even then the cash registers weren’t on.

They never answer their phones, so you have to make the trip into a huge store just to find out your answers

This particular Walmart is just all over the place. Good customer service sometimes. You always have to look for someone to help you in many a few departments. I only go for the convenience other than that I usually go to second nearest location or shop online.

No one available to ask questions. The team members just dont seem to like their jobs, at any of the Walmart stores I have visited. This is definitely not the same store that I knew from years ago. I try to avoid shopping here anymore.

This Walmart is ghetto do not go here!! I have been waiting for 3 hours for a curbside pick up for 4 items!!! I chose curbside pickup for convenience, I woudve just been better off going in the store and getting the items myself! Everytime I call they hang up on me, they will never get my business again!

No matter what state I am visiting this place always attracts the highest quality of people. Unfortunately it is a familiar place to buy your essentials for the U.S. I really wish there was more than Walmart to be a house hold name in America for purchasing goods. Sam Walton wish you were still around to see what your families greed has done.
