I was able to find a certified pre owned car that had just come in. Scott got it ready and Mo was terrific putting the financing together. Exceptional experience! I found a 2016 Range Rover online at their dealership. I called in and was connected with Thomas; from the very beginning he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I traded in my 2016 BMW 5 series, and received a fair trade in value. I also left my E-ZPass in my old vehicle and Thomas next day shipped it to my home- free of charge. He even filled up our gas tank for our 1 hour drive home. He was very personable and helpful with walking us through the entire process, including showing us all the features of the vehicle. The paperwork was quick and efficient with no hidden fees. I definitely recommend them. Best experience with buying a car I have had.

I had to wait about 2 weeks for a loaner apt but it was smooth, the person making the appointment was very pleasant and friendly, the services advisors were very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with my vehicle. I have to say that i have bought over 40 new vehicles in my life and this dealership is Top Notch. My son and i stopped in about an hour before they were closing on a Saturday and we were greeted by Christian Melendez, one of the sales men. Most dealerships will try and push you off this late in their day, but Christian was more then enthusiastic and help full to us. He took the time to go over the vehicle and go for a test drive with us. He stayed late and got the deal done for us on Monday morning!! This guy is helpful and not pushy at all, clean and very polite. I couldnt make it back to the dealer until the following week so he took it upon himself to personally drive over 2 hrs and deliver me the vehicle. Be careful here. They sold me a lemon. Nothing but electrical issues. Got stuck with car for 3 years wasting thousands of dollars on a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. Their staff also has an arrogance to them. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I made the mistake of thinking a simple, straightforward end of lease buyout at a high end dealership would be handled with transparency and honesty. What I experienced was a barley competent sales person lead by a deceptive, shady management team that knowingly failed to disclose information like the cliche, low level used car salesman they in fact are. Trust nothing said and read every detail before signing (thankfully I did). Better yet, save yourself the struggle and take your business anywhere else. The pizza the management had for lunch was more important than my business.

The purchasing experience was smooth ... but thats where it ended unfortunately. Its now been a month and still no registration / plates and my temp tag is about to expire. I have emailed multiple people and called (only getting voicemail) to try and get an ETA on when the plates will come in because I dont want my Range Rover to be sitting around unable to be driven because of expired tags! After reaching out several times I was told it was DMV backlog ... but I bought another car and the dealer had my plates to me in less than two weeks, when I told them that, they told me instead that it was backlog on their side ... so I asked again when I can expect to get the plates ... no answer. I then reached out to someone else who said they would check for me ... then I was told its backlog with the Accounting Dept but they would let my salesperson know that I reached out. Two days and NOTHING again. I called for a Manager today and got a voicemail. I cannot seem to get any answer from this dealer and no one seems to care AT ALL. I have gotten better service from Chevy dealers ... really, Land Rover??? This could easily be a 5 star review if you would COMMUNICATE with your customers and show that you care.UPDATE: after reaching out to the GM, Bill, per his response to this ... I received very prompt and courteous service from himself and Peter (Sales Mgr.). It is a shame that it took so much to get here but I do appreciate these gentlemen jumping on this and making it right. Thank you Bill, Pete.

WORST experience. Horrible service. If a light goes on figure a month until they can get you in. I had a leak and it ruined my new $30K driveway and they ignored my request for paying. THEN brought my lease back at the end and LR financial had a glitch in their system. 2 months past the lease term they pinged my credit for delinquent payments I am still trying to rectify that. Holy hell the whole operation sucks as did my Land Rover Discover. RUN, dont walk away!!!

My mother purchased a vehicle a month ago from them. We are from Mass and were given a 30 day temporary plate which in mass is not even allowed but i was told upfront that’s the way they could do it so I was ok with that. My biggest complaint is that I have called several times and asked for updates regarding the plates and no one can tell me anything. The temp plate is already expired and we have not received one call from a manager or representative to update us about the plates. I gave them a fair warning that I will escalate the issue if no one got back to me. No one has reached back. Hence the review. As a luxury dealership, the biggest and most important part is communication. We have several cars so we can drive other cars but if no one callas me back. I will keep letting everyone know the treatment we received.
