My wife and I were loading 120 landscaping border stones onto two flat carts when Joseph offered to help. He cut our loading time in the store in half and further assisted us in loading the stones into our vehicle with the help of another young man, whose name I can’t remember. A GIANT “THANK YOU” TO JOSEPH AND TO THE OTHER YOUNG MAN! We greatly appreciated your assistance.
This place is usually very clean and hazard free. Most of the time (not always) employees are more than happy to assist with any questions. Check out is usually speedy. This location does have self checkout. Employees stop customers at random when the alarm goes off, by the exit, but I think they should stop everyone.
I had a great experience with Pam in the Garden department. She was so willing to help me. She was very professional and pleasant. Its nice when someone goes out of their way to help you!! It just makes you feel good! Thank you Pam!
As always, very satisfied. Had what we needed and wanted at a great price. Employees are fantastic as well.

Bad experience, I have been a customer for years and we are recently remodeling our home, we buy there all the time, it was until recently that we baught 4 appliances that that we were miss treated. And ignored, they scheduled us for delivery 3 days after purchase.I came home to 2 voice mails of 2 date changes, I guess my bussibess was not as important to them.They delivered my appliance and I was told. Dishwasher and fridge needed to be pending sue to my water line instalation and no valve.They pointed out to call a plumber and have it fixed in order to have it fixed and to purchase a 12 ft hose for water line.I payed a plumber and he took a look at it and pointed out distance of dishwasher not 12 ft and the valve next to the fridge, still charged me 120 for service and just plugging the hose in.Called to reschedule, the lady from the delivery department was rude and told me to call back later because her system was down.Lady on the phone: well there is nothing I can do I will suggest you call in about 3 to 4 hours to see if the system is back on, chose to speak to a manager and lady said there was no point that he would tell me the same thing she did.Called back next day and got a date in two weeks ( after it had allready been 3 weeks since I purchased them).Finally called a nice lady on appliances from home depot that called to schedule and did a follow up call on me lauren I beleive.Got the instalation people here they test ran dishwasher, I decided to use it today a week after they installed it and it does not work.I am very frustrated that only one person has addressed my issue and I still up to today almost 2 months since I baught them to have my isuea resolved and my new appliances working.Their customer service sucks except the expedition lady.
Cluttered aisles, could not get to products we wanted to buy. Watering plants and using the forklift at a really bad time. Store was busy and employees unhelpful. Felt like we were in the way, so we left. Such a big company wont miss us Im sure.
Good selection but plants need better care
I was very disappointed in the care the live flowers got. The ones outside were wilting and very dry. Wont buy flowers at Home Depot
