Employeee refuses to wear a mask. Says his boss does not want him to even though it is the law in Minneapolis. I walked out without giving them one cent of my business. Today in America there were 40,000 new cases of COVID. I suggest you stay safe and give your business to someone who gives a damn about the health and safety of his customers and employees.

Normally, a nice, polite experience. The gentleman behind the counter was rather rude, though, this morning. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, so not going to judge. Just hope that the next visit, if we dont just decide to go to the station across the street from this one, is more pleasant. Service with a smile, even if you have to feign it...

If you have the time to wait, you will get excellent service at a very competitive price. I use Minnoco whenever I need a jump-start but they are NOT available in the middle of the night or if you have an emergency and as a small mom-and-pop type shop, the staff cant always answer the phone promptly or get someone to drive out to you immediately with-out juggling things around and sometimes requiring follow-up on the phone. If you have a critical emergency, call Bobby&Steves which has 24 hour service and which is very prompt but be prepared to pay though the nose at almost twice the cost of Minnoco.

I have had my car serviced at Penn Minnoco for several years, and Ive always been very pleased with the routine services and repair work. I have had both Ed and Aaron work on my car and they are excellent mechanics. I trust their work and I feel their prices are fair.

I love these guys. They do a great job and most of all are HONEST! They will tell you when you do & dont need things done urgently, and advise on items that can wait.

My father taught power mechanics (automotive mechanics) and then owned an automotive machine shop doing engine rebuilding for 20 years before he retired. I grew up with grease. I know way more about mechanics than I wish I did, and finding a mechanic I trusted was always hard. I was thrilled when I found Ed and the guys at Penn Mobil over 30 years ago.They are the only metro-area mechanics that have touched a vehicle of mine since. They maintain my companys service trucks as well as my personal vehicles even though I now live on the other side of town.They are scrupulously honest and fair, and I cant say enough good about them. I dont hesitate to send anyone I know to Ed for service work.Thats an easy 5 stars.

I have used Penn Minnoco for my and my families cars for many years i trust them implicitly in all the work they do if something needs to be done that i didnt see they advise meals if something i am told needs to be done but they believe is not necessary i am so advise. they stand behind their work and wont take advantage of anyone. I give them 5 stars

The service is great here and more likely have the cheapest E-85 in the area but sometimes it doesnt but thats ok.

Aron, Ed, and Rick all have worked on my 97 beater. It still beats thanks to the work they do to keep in in running order. Their attitudes are positive, workmanship top notch, and flexibility in completing the job are high. Wouldnt go any other place!
