DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE. found the deal on groupon. They put 5w20 in my car when it takes 5w30. My mechanic called it a Crack head place. They didnt honor my groupon which specifically inclue full synthetic. Ali at the front charged me an extra 40. They suck. Im going to get it changed again at a different place tomorrow. I want my monew back Ali. You guys suck

Called for an oil change and they made me an appointment same day at my convenience. Also, pointed out another serious issue I had (which I had forgotten about) when rotating my tires and let me stay to get it taken care of right away at a much more reasonable price than I had been quoted before for the same issue. My car runs great and I feel much more safe driving now. Great team/staff!

I came here for an oil change. They were very fast and accommodating as I scheduled it the same day, basically as a walk in appointment. They even gave me a free tire rotation. I give them two thumbs up for efficiency and customer service!

Baraka Auto Center turned around our Jetta in less than a day. They helped to diagnose the issues with the car, showed us the issues before they did the work, recommended the work to be done, did a great job, and then reviewed all the replacements with us afterwards - all at a great price. I came into Baraka Auto and had my rear wheel bearings fixed. A few weeks later I had the same noise continue after they fixed it. I brought my car back and they diagnosed that one of the new bearings was defective. They got me in right away and fixed the issue. I recommend Baraka Auto to anyone looking for quality service!

I had a flat tire and took my car at Baraka. They took a look right away and fixed my tire in 15 minutes for a very cheap price. They were very professional and efficient. They also advised me for the cheapest (and still safe) solution. Totally worth it (and they saved my day).

The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I came to this auto shop specifically because of a deal on Groupon and its rating, I was incredibly disappointed in the service and professionalism. My car was keep up to tip-top shape and its was time for an oil change, but had a tire rotation based on the Groupon deal. Based on the reviews I was expecting a really friendly experience, service, professionalism and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these things.They were rude per-se (in a racist presentation) & the head office manager was stand-offish. My car was driving very well, but when the tire rotation was done. Driving for the next week the car would have a vibration at 55 mph. Of course, they would try to up sell me, but Id advice I would like to have my mechanic look at it for me. When Id call to advise them of the problem. They claim that it was not their fault and how would they know it happen at their shop. As I said before and witness to GOD. There wasnt a problem with the car and driving felt like I just drove the car off the show room floor.I HATE this attitude at the auto shop and avoiding responsibility for their damage. Its was really frustrating to be treated this way. After Id took my car to my mechanic - ($250 later) the drive is EXCELLENT & was advised that their shop should have fixed the problem immediately. I expect to be treated with respect and WOULDNT recommend this third rate auto shop to anyone in Minneapolis and through the Twin Cities.

Extremely thorough and friendly mechanics. Theyll tell you everything that needs to done, as well as give you the full list of repairs that can put off for a while. As with any BMW mechanic, be prepared to part with large sums. These guys are excellent & cheap

I saw the groupon deal for tire rotation and oil change, couldnt pass up an awesome deal! I called and they got me in the same day! Service was quick and staff is friendly.

Steer clear of this place; theyll try and con you into a bunch of unnecessary repairs. I went here to get my vehicle diagnosed for a squealing noise and other issues. They told me I needed new pads and rotors on the front and rear of the vehicle (I just had the pads and rotors in the front replaced a few months). They also told me there were a number of other issues such as leaking hoses. They told me to fix everything it would be $1,800. I decided to hold off until my familys mechanic was available a few days later. Turns out I just needed new brake pads in the rear which only cost $200 and that I had one minor leak that wasnt anything to worry about.Ill never go here again. The only reason I did was because it has a bunch of decent reviews, which I assume were created by many fake google accounts.

We needed a last minute oil change before we went on our road trip and we were told they usually only take appointments, but they squeezed us in immediately and got it changed very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend!

Ive been changing my oil with these guys for the past 3 years. Ive been using the groupon for a discount on the synthetic oil for a hybrid car (Chevy Volt). Theyll always top it off all the way (I check the oil dipstick) and never had any issues. I agree, its hard to get them on the phone sometimes, but once youre there they go all out when it comes to customer service. My engine check light went off a day after I changed the oil, and they hooked it up to the computer and did the diagnostics for free, just to reassure me the code is not related to the oil change.

I got a quote for starter replacement for my 2012 Audi A4 from a different garage. When I heard about them through a friend I towed my car to Baraka. They replaced my starter for way cheaper than nobody can do it. They are so honest.

This place is a SCAM, or should I say the front desk guy is! I bought a Groupon for an oil change and after they got done the idian guy who works the front desk try to scam me and told me I had to pay for taxes. I was like WTF?!? I had my badge on and he asked me where I worked. I told him I worked in corrections/public safety then he immediately said nevermind you can pay me later. If they try to scam you, report them to the police department for investigation. I am NEVER going back here and I will be sure everyone I know does not support this scammer.

This place is like a black shop, con your car and money.I initially requested a price of an oil change service and I was told $54 with coupon, I was shock then I showed the coupon clearly indicated $40 for oil change. THEN UNTIMATELY,the cashier charged me for $45 as $5 is going to tax. How could it be possible? 12% tax? That is too much! I never go this place again! And also, there is no invoice given at the end, just a receipt showing $45!

I dont think I will be back here. Paid for oil change and tire rotation, was argued with that rotating old tires off and new tires on is a different more expensive service than rotating the 4 existing tires on the car. Everything was already on rims so its not like I was trying to argue that mounting/balancing, or any extra service should be done. Eventually they agreed to do it for the original price but at first they wanted to charge me an extra $$$. Stupid as the labor and service is the same. Language barrier when trying to speak with technicians actually doing the work. Also one of my lug nuts stripped out so they still found a way to charge me an extra $5.Business owner: PLEASE NOTE that a little customer service goes a long way, ESPECIALLY for a new customer.

I went for an oil change, and it suddenly turned into so much more without them telling me.They then lied and claimed they called me to authorize the additional work. I literally had to show them my phones call log to prove they did not. I would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there.

Worst Experience you can have very fishy employees(Raul) they charge me for something they never did the Mechanic want me to pay him cash outside of the shop so the Owner cant see I was paying him I ask for a recipt he didnt want to give me one cause he said he will charge me more if they give me a recipt car seat 3 weeks there no fix the guy said he bought a new part then he said was used then he said they return it cause wont fix the car ia very weird a lot lies and steal my money no recomend this shop to anybody.
