I have had poor vision for a while, this is the best adjustment of my prescription I have had in a long time. The care I received was exceptional, compassionate, and most importantly efficient. Dr. Amanda Reyes has great fund of knowledge, organized, and most importantly efficient. As far as the frames that are sold, they are fairly priced and great guidance is given when choosing a pair. I had great help from Dora and Shelly. Both have many years of experience and are very knowledgeable. Were very helpful when it came to choosing the right pair of glasses for my self. I started to have a lot of blurriness. Almost like I was constantly day dreaming . So I decided to call DeVista Optical and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I went in and the place was so quaint and clean. The staff was very professional. Amanda Reyes was so sweet and knowledgeable. I had my exam done and was able to order my glasses right away. I’m taking the drops that were recommended along with wearing my glasses and I’m doing much much better.It was a very nice and fast experience overall.

I have been going to DaVista Optical for over 10 years ! I only have been seen by Shelly there in the office and I have to say she is a great addition to this company! I wouldnt go seen anyone else! I have been a customer for a long time and I thought they were very good and the make of the lenses very good. But today I went because the leg of a lens that I bought in May came off I paid 210 dollars and they look in the system and they tell me that it does not appear, they insinuate not to buy them there, it seemed irresponsible for them to tell me that I did not make them there, How am I going to appear there with some glasses and I did not make them there, that is, they were telling me a cheater or a liar. On May 14 of this year I paid $ 210 with a Chase card, went on a trip and picked it up in August and then bought another one (close up only) in September right there. So they changed the frames and charged me $ 40. For me it will be very good but I will not return because it seemed a mistreatment. Unfortunately the US has changed a lot with respect to customer service

I went to an optical view to send myself to be the glasses when I went to pick them up the tremendous glasses and aside an employed lady treats me badly and the owner calls me apologizing but in the end she tells me to remove the review that I had put I do not remove anything that educate the employees to treat clients well the problems that leave them at home

I went to help me with the dryness of my eyes I send a few drops that do not help me at all and a glasses that do not help me because now if I do not see good and on top I get headaches
