I am disappointed that the gentleman who seems in charge of the store never wears a mask. It makes us feel extremely uncomfortable, therefore the next time I need glasses, I will choose to do business elsewhere. I have to say the rest of the staff is great, are fully masked, and are all helpful. Its too bad one apple spoils the bunch.

Wish I could… give them zero star….I called them ahead of time to ask if they carry an specific contact before I drove an hour to them…I showed them my pearl vision prescription and staff is telling me they do not have it. Is there any email?fax? So u couldn’t make sure before? After they hang up on me multiple times and put me on wait more than 10 min only to hang up on me again. Also their email address is invalid.

I went last year for my eye exam and glasses at Pearle Vision located in Kendall Dr and 137 Ave in Miami, Florida. The customer service was excellent, so I recommended my husband, who got his glasses in May 2021. He wants to express his gratitude and congratulate Kimberly and Lily for tge excellent customer service he received from them. This is my 3rd time coming to this optical and I have to say I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve gone. The staff is wonderful. The girls are friendly, respectful and quick to provide customer service. They have a really nice selection of frames which in other places that seems to lack but here they have a nice variety. I will definitely be coming back for my annual eye exam. I also noticed they’ve taking all precautions with COVID and that alone makes me feel safe to go back.

My experience here was a good one. Ms. Huezo the store manager has excecellect customer service and is very knowledgeable in her field. She didnt make me feel rushed when picking a frame, in fact helped me find one that complimented me. The entire process from picking the frame to leaving the store with my new purchase was smooth and calm. They also have good spacing at this location so you dont feel crowded. Would recommend to others.

I must say I had such a pleasant experience, starting from the staff to the doctor. They were very professional and quick. I used to be an a Americas best patient but I will undoubtedly be switching over to PV.

I came about a few weeks ago to have my eyes check and for new glasses. Walking in I notice the optical had a few people inside, a young lady told me to wait outside for a bit to let the optical clear out so she can help me. When i was getting tested the worker clean the equipment before starting.Then i went into the doctors room and he was wearing a mask. Then i was ready to pick out frames, they told me that i can only touch and try on 5 because they clean every frame that has been touch .Which was awesome cause who wants a dirty frame especially with the virus.Once i was ready they clean the desk before i sat down. All the workers and customers are all wearing a mask. I felt safe coming into Pearle vision

I’ve read the reviews below and I believe they don’t do justice to the service provided in this optical. I can share from my own experience that the employees and especially the manager Lili have gone above and beyond to help me and get my glasses right. Not only that, they do care about the health of their patients they are very on top of cleaning frames and staring at patients so they don’t put the frames back on the shelf without being cleaned, and also on top of the equipment with which they run their exams. I understand the struggle that these workers are going through starting from the associates, to the owner and doctor remember that these people have to wear a mask from 11 to 7 those are 8 hours of trouble breathing and headaches because of the mask especially for the elder ones, so please put yourself on their position too if they move down their mask for a few minutes. I can assure you I had a great experience and will be going back again!!

I loved this place! Very glad I came here to do my exam. First thing first the Dr. Ghavami is great he will actually take the time and explain to you what you have and your prescription. I was also getting contact lenses and he was very patient with me. The staff here is great. I was helped by a lady name Julia she’s super sweet and will actually take the time to explain what your insurance covers etc. I had to pick new frames for my new glasses and she was able to make this a smooth process since I was so indecisive on which frames to pick LOL. I would recommend to anyone who need new glasses or contact lenses etc to come here! Thank you to the staff!

No wonder this place has 3.4 stars, What an experience wasted my time here before work, please when I say this avoid this place at all times I beg you, Starting with the service I’ve come here before with my partner and never had issues today had to be that day, We have insurance through our VSP provider, They went ahead and started looking for my info to say that my partner was not showing up wasted a whole hour on this made me call my provider while they kept saying that it was not pulling up I knew the gentleman was doing it wrong and he kept denying it, VSP finally called and verified it only to let him know what I believed that he was putting the information wrong ! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE ! Now if you do decide to come here speak to the blonde girl (did not get her name) but she knew what she was doing, so if you do decide to pass by please ask for her ! She made my partner happy with the selection, This review is towards the gentleman not the girl.

What a wonderful service we had at this Peale Vision center.It was our first time there and we really had a positive experience with their GREAT customer service.Even though thy did not accept my sons insurance, the ladies at this place provided my son with all the help he needed and told him all the steps he should take in order to get his refund.

Very professional, courteous and just love how they follow Covid guidelines, the assistants are very attentive and pleasant, and the Docror offered great service he was prompt and detail oriented this is the place to visit for your next frames.

I am very disappointed at the way the owner handles this business during Covid 19. Masks don’t seem to be important to him or his employees. When we were there, it was just the owner and two other people working. One employee that came to help us had the mask hanging on one ear. When the owner was leaving the store he just covered his mouth with his hand, no mask, and passed us by. The one employee wearing a mask was only covering her mouth but not her nose. My family and I have been buying our glasses and contacts in this store for the last 6 years but after witnessing how careless the owner and employees are we will take our business elsewhere.

Its run poorly by the new owner. He was standing outside the store without wearing a face mask (mandatory now in Miami-Dade County, with civil penalties imposed if you disobey). Then when Im being attended to inside and seated, he walks in still without the mask and sits at an associate desk without the mask. I told him excuse me but why arent you wearing a mask and he mumbles an answer and then reaches for a mask. This is the owner and he dares to endanger not only me and other customers but his employees as well? Shame on this man! What a lousy owner and leader this man is! Has he heard the phrase lead by example?

Worst experience, booking my appt online 4 weeks ago and today they claimed that system doesn’t work Properly for appointments and you must call to the office, what? I got confirmation email and texts, what else do you need to ensure your spot?

Do not go there! They dont belive in covid! And not wearing masks properly.

Absolutely loved my experience at Pearle Vision! I walked in with my son to make an appointment and we were able to be seen within minutes. The optical staff was super helpful! Lili helped us during our visit to pick a frame and took her time to make sure it was the right fit for him! I was so pleased with their service I decided to go back and get my glasses there too! Can’t wait to pick them up! Thank you for Pearle for making sure my little boy loved his first pair of glasses!

I’ve been coming her since they opened. The service is excellent. They are always willing to accommodate an appointment even for a walk in. The staff is friendly and even know me by name. Kathy is the best! More than once has checked my benefits and saved me money. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. :)

He charged me $164 for an eye exam which he said was a deal. Not.2. Their selection was limited and overpriced.2. The doctor got both my girlfriends and my eye exams wrong. We discovered this after spending 100’s of dollars only to have blurred vision, headaches and difficulty seeing.4. When I called to ask for a refund and explained how we both had to pay for new exams, lenses he got angry and defensive. Beyond rude.I can understand once but, twice then to have an attitude about it when I called in. Zero accountability. Bad business.

Cant be any happier with their service and attention. Jenny, I think is her name, is extremely patient and knows her stuff. A month later I had to return with an issue with my glasses and they took care of the issue right away. Will definitely return.

Great service! It is now under new management and new doctor! The doctor was super professional and took time to answer all my questions. The staff super friendly and help me thru the decision process of choosing new glasses.

Should have brought a sweatsuit to really enjoy the zero A/C they had. Could have at least called before hand to tell me hey had no A/C so i can reschedule the appointment. Awful.

Poor choice of glasses(at least for Women) and they made my lenses wrong 3 times. It’s tedious having to go back and forth and never getting them right. This was the first time i do my glasses somewhere else than ForEyes and in the 15 years of having glasses i never had a problem with my lenses until now with Pearle Vision... ForEyes is honestly the best. Workers were at least nice.

It was an ordeal to get the atendent to understand and fight to get all my benefits used in my favor, poor service ! Not to mention you go, after 15 days waiting, pickup your lenses to find out nobody checked upon receiving that arrived without the anti reflective lense you ordered. The customer needs to do their job checking what you can get from the insurance and if the glasses arrived as per ordered. Last time using this place.

Terrible experience. I went a day ahead to provide my insurance information. They said they would let me know if there was an issue. I came in, the guy even told me what my insurance was and after the exam and waiting a long time for the girl to verify again, they verified and then said I would have to pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement myself! No one there has a clue what they are doing!

Bad service and they sold me broken clases. When I returned them, they wanted me to buy a different pair at twice the price. Then they told me that the clases they sold me were discontinued and they could not honor the price. The supervisor was never available. It took 3 visita to get my money back.This company will not care if you are satisfied. You will get LITTLE for your money.

I made my glasses is Pearle Vision. It was a good experience. I was able to make myself understood in Spanish without problems. The customer service was excellent. They were very attentive when I had a little problem with the insurance and they solved me. They gave me the best options for my money. The staff were friendly and professional.
