I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the experience I had at MCLI with Dr. Kramer. From beginning to end I was wowed! First, my appointment was scheduled for 5 p.m. and somehow I got it mixed up in my calendar and showed up at 3 p.m. I wasnt turned away they fit me in so as not to send me back home. When it was time to go back to see the doctor I was greeted and taken back by the actual doctor. Dr. Kramer came and got me herself, I have never experienced that before. The exam was efficient and she was very communicative, she explained everything and she had great conversation, she wasnt just concerned about my eyes, she was concerned about all of my health. She really made me feel at ease. Her office is cozy and quaint, yet it is efficient and gets the job done! My glasses were supposed to be ready in 10 days, I got them in 3. My experience in Miami with doctors has not been favorable so honestly five stars isnt enough this doctor deserves 10 Stars!

Amazing practice and staff!! Dr. Sheir and Maria went out of their way to help me totally last minute and I couldn’t be more grateful. I called the office for a last minute appointment late on a Friday because I broke my last contact lens and needed more before a trip the following day and my regular eye doctor was closed. Ordered half a years worth of lenses a week ago and my order was somehow messed up even though I get my lenses here consistently. Ms Maria answered my emails immediately. I sent her images of what I received vs. what I normally order, she assured me everything would be taken care of. I went out of town since then but she made sure i got my contacts (plus lots of trials) delivered to the hotel where im staying at no extra cost. I was upset at first but the extta effort she put in to communicate with me and correct my order was stellar.
