Dr. Chen was the first and only eye doctor I have seen. I have been a patient for the past 6 years. He is personable, easy to talk to, answers all my questions in detail and truly cares that I get the help I need. The ladies at the front are very pleasant and extremely patient and helpful, especially since I am so indecisive in choosing frames. There is no wait time which I appreciate. I would definitely highly recommend this office.

I have been going to Dr. Chen since he opened his own practice. He’s awesome. He’s very patient and explains everything to you in a way that you’ll understand. Patty, Kim, Gillian and Audrey are amazing! They are friendly and help you pick the right glasses. I always want Kim or Patty to help me because they know what I like and it makes it easier for me to pick glasses.Did I mention that my entire family goes here? Not just my immediate family, my entire extended family too!! I ran into my nephew when I brought my son here a few months ago. A few days ago, I ran into his mom when I came for my appointment. I always see coworkers and family friends here too. They take young and old!They don’t take my mom’s insurance and she still comes here!! Dr. Chen and his staff make her feel comfortable so she’s willing to pay a little more to be able to come to this office. Since she’s retired, she gets a discount so it’s not too bad.My daughter wears contacts and Gillian let’s her know when there’s a rebate from the manufacturer.If you need your eyes checked or if you need glasses or contacts, check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I dont think Ive ever felt my eyes in such good hands. Dr. Chen was very personable and engaging, and his patience shown through as he took the time to explain my potential eye issues. His staff is friendly and efficient; and the wait times were extremely short. He will be my eye doctor for many years to come.
