I went to Macys to return something had nothing to do with vision. However, when I saw LensCrafters, I was surprised they were located on the third floor. Funny thing I had my vision prescription over a month and since I use progressive lenses I was afraid to them buy online. My doctor didnt have nice frames either, another reason I was in such a fret. I went head over heads with the selection of frames at LensCrafters, I didnt know which one to choose from. To top it all, I had the ultimate service by Josh. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly...HIGHLY recommend going and meeting up with Josh.

Not the best. I’ve received great service at the Falls store. I went in at 11:30 on 11-03-21.When I walked in, the two women at the desk didn’t acknowledge me. I gave a friendly hello and they stood there staring at me while one of them had her hand up her shirt.I explained I was there for an adjustment and was told to go sit and pointed at a general seating area. As I was waiting, she eventually finished her conversation and walked over, “asked” for my glasses and starting adjusting them without further talking to me. Then she handed them off to someone behind a window and also no communication about anything.After they were done and I walked out, no “have a good day” or “thank you for passing by”.They were intimidating and rude.

I’m so happy! I came in as a walk in on a Friday afternoon, they squeezed me in, the Dr was so kind and knowledgeable! Cynthia then assisted me with purchasing some frames and the process was smooth and quick, I got my glasses right that same day. Only an hour wait. No complaints! I’m super duper satisfied! ♥️

This was the best experience I’ve had buying glasses. Kimberly took her time to sit with me and explain everything, she even called AAA herself to get my account information for me so that she could apply the AAA member discount. I didn’t even know I could get a discount for that. But she found out I had AAA and when the information wouldn’t go through, she called them to get my info and apply the discount. She also picked out several glasses that closely matched the style of the cheap pair I brought in myself, because I said I loved that style for my face. I also like how, unlike other glasses retailers, they texted me right when my glasses were ready for pickup. Also I didn’t know transition lenses could come in pretty colors like green and purple! I had gone somewhere else for glasses before LensCrafters and they only had grey and brown transition lenses. I’ll definitely only be going to LensCrafters now!

I never leave reviews but this one deserves one. I see a pattern now that I’m reading the reviews. Lucia (apparently store manager) lacks of phone etiquette and has a mayor attitude. Called the day before to setup and appointment and I was told by a very nice employee, no problem. Call today before heading there and basically I was told repeated times not to go there because they are too busy for you (they just had opened and had no clients) but they would be busy by the time I got there. What a way to discourage new clients and drive sales down. 👍🏻👍🏻 Good Job Lucia!

This was my first time purchasing prescription glasses and Maria Elena at Dadeland Mall made the process to smooth. She helped me with all the questions i had and gave me the time i needed to make my choice! Really thankful she was the one to help me out today.

I went to this store for the first time last week end. I has been using LensCrafters over the years but at a different location in Pembroke Pines. Particularly, they have a great variety, some are expensive, but some are affordable, specially if you have insurance. I was attended by Maria Elena. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and guide me through my purchase. I am always will look for her in my future purchases as well.

María Elena helped us today. She even remembered that she helped us last year. She is honest and tells you what you need; she is willing to help even with your current glasses. I needed glasses ASAP so I went there and asked this lady who is around the age 45, tall, wearing glasses, that I have a prescription already and how long it will take to get a pair of glasses. She was super rude, saying they are closing in 40 minutes so I have to come back. She looked at my prescription and made a face like what made you think you can get glasses sooner than 14 days? And yeah, they need 2 weeks to make glasses so dont go there if you need them sooner.It seems that she just LOVES turning customers down. I saw her trying to kick other customers out too. Such an unpleasant experience.

Bad experience. Bad customer service, and sketchy practices. Stay away from this brand, and especially the Dadeland Mall store in Miami, as the manager, Nina Pla, is not at all helpful. I’m going back to Warby Parker, they are very nice there.

Great selection of frames and the prices aren’t that bad. Obviously if you want expensive designers it will cost but the other well named brands are very affordable. The sales lady Maria Elena is the best. Very attentive and doesn’t get bother to go over all the prices.

We were looking at glasses for over 20 minutes to select. No one came to assist. We asked for help and were treated very poorly by both representatives at the counters. The only person that took care of us and went out of her way to assist us was María Elena. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. People were waiting for her because apparently she’s the only one that had any knowledge of what our needs were. The other two employees were not helpful at all. María Elena deserves a 5 star rating but the others definitely 1 star.

Nina worries about her cuatomer, follows up and finds a way to make sure you are pleased when the store makes a mistake. My associate was wonderful. My issue is your no chair in the store policy. How awful to not have enough seats for either customers or your associates. As a gentleman it was uncomfortable to watch this wonderful woman hunch over the iPad for almost an hour putting in my and my wife’s order. Not a good way to treat your employees or customers. Buy chairs.

I wandered into LensCrafters looking for a new pair of sunglasses since I managed to break mine a few days ago. Kimberly provided excellent customer service while deciding on which frames fit my face well. She was very pleasant with to work with while trying on multiple frames. Thanks for the great customer service and I’ll be shopping here again.

Make sure that you get the insurance because they use cheap coating on their lenses and they peal in less than 5 months of use and they wont cover any exchanges or mark down on the new lens. Youll have to pay full price!

Great personalized attention, many options were presented to me by Nancy, ending in a sale of 3 frames with a variety of bifocal, reading and computer glasses. I will recommend and comeback for as long as I need vision attention.

Im sitting here waiting for an eye exam. The manager is Lucia. She is confrontational and unbearable. She takes no responsibility for her dismissal of necessary communication in process yet blames my team of advisors for the process that is a distinction of location.She yells stands super close to me in a Covid environment and is an unpleasant person to deal with in the morning. I wouldn’t send any victims of Human Trafficking or participants in the programs for persons in need, DACA recipients.I feel for victims and survivors coming here. Her disregard for circumstances is unacceptable.

I am not sure why this location has such a low rating. Nancy & Lissett (apologies for wrong spelling) were truly helpful in getting the glasses for my wife and I. The best part about this location after their employees is that they have an on-site lab which sometimes means that they have your glasses ready same-day. My wife and I were able to get our glasses the same day with our prescription. Thank you ladies for making our purchase effortless after our bad experience with the gentlemen from the location inside Macy’s on the second floor.

I have gone to several lens crafters and I DO NOT recommend people to shop at this location. One of the women that worked there has a terrible attitude and practically talked to me as if i were her child. I stormed out this location and took my business to a different location. I will never step foot in this store again.

Between my wife and I we purchased 3 pair of Glasses,they told us it would take 2weeks,No one called us,So I called & glasses were there,2 out three pairs correct,One pair was ordered wrong,The lady said she would Expdite the glasses because they made a mistake,But I just Called & Lucia did not Till the 20th,Not Happy.
