I moved to the area from out of state and needed a new mattress immediately. As a recent grad, I’d never been mattress shopping before and didn’t know exactly what to look for or if I’d find something within my budget. Luckily, I was assisted by Lourdes who took me through the simple process of identifying my needs and preferences so I could be matched with the right mattress. She showed me all of my options and made sure I knew about the store’s current promotions and financing options before I made a decision. I walked into this Mattress firm location today and was convinced I was making the right decision after being friendly welcomed and received into this immaculate store where I was patiently taken care of by Allan. Wow! Blown away that at times of so much pressure being applied to us by life, people like him continue to exist. This review is solely for the services compared from Hialeah to Pembroke. John at the Pembroke location was amazing. He made this process less tedious than the previous visit at Hialeah, Mattress Firm. William Cordero is a schemer. Along the sale he was about to process, he called his friend from another store to boast about the sale he was going to make with us consolidating the LuxeBreeze, the two pillows and adjustable base with sheets. He was on the phone in front of us saying, “I’m about to get half the store, if the joint credits are cleared.” Then, continued expressing, he wasn’t going to let his friend get this sale, if we weren’t approved that same night.... We were sitting in front of him like we weren’t anything. He was previously a cars salesman... you know how it goes.He’s not originally in this store; he occasionally travels between stores. But, if you find him, do not proceed with him. He tried up selling pillows with a temper mattress, saying it was “free” with mattress purchase... While John said, otherwise. It’s $99, per pillow.. John was straightforward and assisted with his professional recommendation. I only recommend, John, from Pembroke location. That’s where we made all of our purchases.

I came in looking for a mattress within my price range of $300-$400. I walked in an immediately welcomed by Farides. My boyfriend doesn’t speak much Spanish and she went out of her way to try her best to talk in English. And not a lot of sales people do that and for that I was grateful. She had me try out three beds that were in my price ranges and comfort zone. She even gave me advice on how I sleep can potentially harm my back and to try and adjust to sleep another way for the future. I loved the experience here and even another associate assisted my boyfriend while he waits he can sit on a temperpidic he fell in love with. Overall an awesome store. For COVID, they had hand sanitizing stations throughout and a face sheet cover for when you lay down. The customers kept a there distance and Farides did as well. Thank you mattress firm!
