Pat gave false information to get an extra sale out of my mother then gave her the run around to get her money back on item she never wanted. Very shady will not do business there again. Still have not got refund, but they have picked up the love seat.

John Lowery is the Salesman to see, helpful and straightforward. John has helped furnish my entire home over the years with only a few exceptions. I look forward to continued business with him.

I have paid off several purchases with Westco in the last couple years using their financing and U Own financing. Never a late payment, most where paid off early. NOW my credit isnt good enough for you?? I guess it doesnt pay to be a loyal customer that pays on time. I will be doing my shopping at Sears from now on.

My brothers gave me the perfect Christmas present! It was a wonderful reclining chair. So nice and comfortable! Kate Smith helped me pick it out. She was just so patient with me as I was testing them until I finally found the one that fit my body the best!

After browsing many stores and catalogs I decided to go with these guys. Very helpful staff. They helped me to choose the right size sectional sofa which fit perfectly in my apartment. Not too small and not too big. Just perfect! They delivered my couch after 2 days as agreed and set it up in my apartment quickly. They picked up all packaging and didnt leave any mess. Looked like the couch just magically appeared in my apartment. You will definitely see me again. Thanx!

Picked out a bed for my son that was on clearance that came with a dresser as a set. I didnt want the dresser but they wouldnt seperate it so the manger pat said he would discount the mattress we picked out. Turns out what he did was sell me a cheap garbage mattress instead of the nice one we picked out. Very shady and decietfiul. Pat you should be ashamed of how your doing business. I have spent $4,000 in furniture there in the past 3 months. I will never do business with you again

Bought a new loveseat. They have a good variety of furniture and everyone in the store was super helpful, they allowed is the time to check different styles out without following us around (which I find very refreshing) and were helpful with questions

Your warehouse delivered my family a bug infested couch. No, we do not own pets. Buyer Beware! All that your concerned for is details on YOUR stores.. Read the other reviews, get off the, narcissistic trip of YOUR store and start helping out the customers! Its really not that hard of a simple task to care about the opinions of PAYING customers and making things RIGHT....

You are usually followed around, making it very uncomfortable to shop. If something breaks they cant fix it because they dont carry it anymore, and they recommend you buy a new one. Ex: If a shelf breaks in your freezer, they will suggest you buy a new freezer from them.
