Checked out sofas and love seats today at 3 furniture stores. This one had the best choices and prices. Most of the sofas and love seats in two of the furniture stores were hard or had seat issues. This one had two sets that were very comfortable. We chose one of them. The salesman was not high pressure. Delivery will be in a week, so well see how it goes.

So its time for my kiddo to get a big girl bedroom, for she will be eight years old soon. We thought it a good idea to see what rooms to go had to offer since we have a credit line from furnishing our home when we bought it. What a negative difference three years make because the company I experienced this time around would not have even been considered if it was this wrong the first time. We ordered the beds at the end of July in early August. They were set for delivery on Sept 19th (which is to be expected). On the day of delivery, the delivery guy asked if I could charge his phone. As an understanding person, I did it. They looked disappointed that the beds were going upstairs, but they got to work; a few extra dings and scrapes in the wall but all minor. The issue is the full-size footboard was broken/ damaged in delivery they couldnt assemble. They set up the top bunk only that had a few flaws that we couldnt dismiss. We reported the damage, and we were told it would take two weeks for replacement. Well, on 10/5/2021, the delivery guy couldnt find our house and only made one attempt to call me and my spouse; neither of us answered unknown numbers. So after the delivery window expired, I called to realize they attempted the wrong house/ address. So now they are asking us to wait another week after initially scheduling us for 10/20/2021. Its our fault that Dominos can find our house for a 30$ pizza, but Rooms to go cant find our place for 2,500.00 dollars worth of furniture. I called customer service and customer care & internet sales kept passing the buck to each other. My kid cried when she discovered her room still hasnt come together. We are now in the process of getting a refund. Companies have to earn their money from me from now on. Poor customer service and delivery snafus need to be handled with care and a customer centered mindset. Or I will take my money to a company who handles their business better.

Sufficient and easy process. Got a new bed set for my son and it went very smoothly with no hassle. Norman is a great sales person. Had plenty of patience and very informative on the warranty and what was covered.

I had to look for help,the lady sales person was rude and looked at me like I couldnt afford to shop there. Had I passed another sales person I would have reported her demeaner.wont be shopping there again.i have shopped other locations over the years and bought really nice quality furniture .

Norman was a fantastic salesman! He was so patient with us and our son as we tried to decide on his new bedroom set. From comparing sizes and mattresses, he made sure we covered everything. No pressure, either, just so long as we got what we wanted. Also, the other associate was was cleaning regularly around the store, which made us feel safe.

I love the place, you can always find what you are looking for. I really like Mr. John, he has helped me twice now and he is very straight forward on the information you ask him for. I also like that he doesnt rush you or tries to sale you things you dont care about, you know like other sales person that just hover allover you and dont give you the space to look around. He is there to help you and I really like that.

I went into Rooms To Go Kids to purchase the upholstered daybed for my daughter. Norman was a huge help and he empathized with the fact that the daybed is on back order until May. Nevertheless, I purchased the daybed, and my daughter can’t wait to enjoy her new daybed.

I don’t typically post google reviews, but I feel it’s absolutely necessary to do so to warn others about my recent bad experience. In September I ordered my son a new bunk bed with accessories from the Kids Rooms To Go in Mesquite. All went well with the purchase the lady that assisted me had great customer service as she was very polite and patient. When I went back to the store to pick up my son’s locker I had to personally load the heavy box into my vehicle. Supposedly there was no available employee to help me load it. I asked if they can ask a member from the original Rooms To Go which is literally next door and they said no because it’s two separate entities. It gets worse the day of the delivery the gentlemen that assembled everything rushed out and I didn’t notice the futon mattress on the bottom bunk was tore because it facing towards the wall. As I started to inspect the rails more closely I noticed they were bent and scraped. I immediately called the customer care line and emailed my photos right away as requested. The representative named Faith never acknowledged receiving my first email so I resent it again a couple of days later and still no response. I resent another email the following week asking for a response and still nothing. After almost two weeks with no response I decide to call and follow up. They had me resend the photos and scheduled to replace the damaged bunk bed Rails and futon mattress. Great, right? No! The “new” shipment that came was just as banged up as the first so my husband declined it AND to top things off they sent a regular bed mattress NOT a futon mattress. Once again we had to reschedule another delivery date (keep in mind my husband is missing work to accept the delivery). At this point we are thinking third time is a charm... boy were we wrong. First they give us two different delivery times and it caused some inconvenience. Then they showed up with more banged up rails when we had specifically asked them to make a note to check the inventory before leaving the warehouse to make sure the merchandise is not damaged. The only positive is they got the mattress correct this time. I’ve been a long time customer of Rooms To Go the original store and have never had any issues with my prior orders. I hope it continues that way as I am expecting living furniture tomorrow (I had ordered from the kids and original rooms to go a day apart). I’m so disappointed with how Kids Rooms to go has handled this matter with no such urgency. They are quick to charge and take your money but not to fix the issue. We are expecting the new delivery next Saturday and I really hope it’s correct so I don’t have to deal with this nonsense. I will NEVER use them again nor recommend them to anyone! PS i only gave them one star bc I had no choice in order to write this post.

Great location! I came with my mom a couple weeks ago to help her chose a bedroom set for my younger sibling. We were greeted at the door and I believe the lady that helped us was named Ashley. She was nice and took us to a couple of different options my mother was interested in until we found what we were looking for! Thank you !

Do not purchase Rooms To Go furniture!!! If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst customer service and employees give you false information. I have been purchasing furniture since 2013, but never again!! The manager here is extremely rude. Along with th customer service department. I have never heard of a corporate operation having a supervisors at the customer support line. I purchase warranty and ROOMS TO GO told me it was covered now they are saying it is not. If you guys truly recorded your calls you can go back and hear it for your self. You guys keep insisting I want a new dresser but I just want the stain off, which apparently the warranty you Sold me covers it from what you guys tell me. Wish you guys could just come pick up all the furniture I have purchased and give me my money back! Total disappointment!

Store is very small and doesnt have allot. Also I dont like the pushy sales people. We werent even in the door yet and this guy was headed towards the door. Then he introduced himself and said.Ill be your sales person so just let me know if you need anything. I like to pick my sales person, I dont like them to pick me.

We walked in as an employee was cleaning one of the doors and he didn’t greet us at all. As we walked around the store for about 20 minutes, no one came up to us or asked us if we had any questions at all although I did see them and I know they saw us. Very poor service !! I reluctantly write this review, but my experience was what it was.I visited today and was warmly greeted and pointed in the direction - literally - of a nearby bedroom suite with the advice that the are 21 options throughout the store. I looked around with the expectation that the greeter did his job and a salesperson would later join me for the finish. The latter never happened. Although 3 staff members passed me as I browsed, 2 of whom also greeted me warmly, not one offered assistance.The striking fact is that the 3 other patrons there, who all appeared to be Hispanic, had salespeople with them. One of the salesmen was conversing with his customer in Spanish, which I found to be awesome for a store that belongs to such a large chain. I was the only non-Hispanic patron until I was about to leave and a white couple arrived. I thought it would be interesting to test my observation and hoped to be shamefully proven wrong. But, nope. They got the same treatment.I didnt previously mention that I saw 5 salesman during my visit, 3 of whom were Hispanic, and that this location is in a predominantly Spanish-speaking area. I am a minority and am thrilled when businesses cater to the underserved. Its rare and refreshing. However, I dont agree with exclusion. Its illegal and it wastes peoples time.Ill visit another RTG location tomorrow (I enjoy 60 months no interest when using my RTG account). As for today, Im disappointed that I wasnt helped here.

I went to the store to purchase a bedroom set for my daughters birthday on 7/22/2017. Jackie greeted us at the door she was kind and friendly. She was busy assisting other customers, I needed assistance with a bed set, we were walking around for at least 20 minuets waiting for someone to assist us. In the middle of the store 3 salespersons (2 guys and a young lady) they were laughing, talking and goofing off and completely ignored us. So, I proceeded to ask for help, a young gentlemen assisted us but was rude and impatient and just walked away from us and returned to continue with his conversation with his co-workers. We walked out from the store. What a shame and lack of customer service. The sales persons did not show any interest in helping or making any sales.

I took my 3.5 year old son here to look for a bed to replace his crib. Unfortunately, they have an extremely poor selection of beds for toddlers who have graduated from the crib. I thought they would at least have a few options, but they didnt. Toddler beds need elevated sides so they dont fall out, and they just dont carry these types of beds.

I went to the floor mattress sale, They told me that I didn’t have to pay for delivery and just pick it up from the store and made me apply for credit first, so I went ahead and apply for credit and I was approved for 7000 dlls and didn’t let me take the mattress 😫They told me that I couldn’t take it until they had replacement for it .!The should mention this before people apply for credit, I went over the next day to pick it up and I got the mattress, box spring and No rails!!They told me that I had to pay extra for that !So I went ahead and made the purchase for the Rails they came in a box and once I took them out of the box the caps were missing !I call them to try to talk to the manager and they told me that He wasn’t available that I had to try later or call costumer service for the missing parts .This is such a nightmare!Don’t waist your time here, go somewhere else.
