Shelia was my salesperson, and she was awesome. Couldnt ask for better. Unfortunately, the delivery service was the worst Ive ever experienced. Red Carpet Delivery. I wont forget them. And I would strongly suggest that mattress firm find someone else to represent that part of their service.

I bought a full size mattress and box spring for my teen, a couple of months ago. Can’t truthfully rate a product until a few months have passed. The price was reasonable at $750, including the rails. The Original price was $1,300. There are no issues with the mattress but the box spring is such poor quality. Two of the boards have already split in half. One split when I sat on it to test the firmness. Maybe I should have gone with adjustable frame. The customer service was great. Can’t say the same for the product.

I gave it 3 stars because the whole process of buying a mattress was smooth and easy when it came to buying my box spring that’s when I was mislead. I was told the mattress was going to be $400 He did not tell me until after he charged my card that the boxspring was non returnable. Also I asked for a simple box spring I was given an adjustable one instead and told they’re all the same price. Other than that the process was good.

I am an extremely frugal guy. I pinch pennies and save up as much as I can. One thing I do know is that when you plan on buying something for the last time...you need to make sure that it’s the best. In my personal preference it was the purple mattress. I came in and Shelia was extremely (seriously, she needs a pay raise and a bonus!) helpful. She answered every question and informed me of how I could save even more money with promotions. She was personable, informative, and overall recognized what I wanted and didn’t want to push any other product on me. If Shelia is any indication of how mattress firm is run as a company...then I highly recommend coming here for what I hope is your last mattress :) five golden stars for me!

Special thanks to Micheal Reeds professionalisms. No one wants to go in to ANY store and drop $2000.00 Mike set us at ease he showed us what was available in our price range. What most impressed me with him is his ability to read what we needed vs what we thought we wanted. He helped us weigh too pros and cons of each mattress we had in mind and showed us several ways to save money that we didn’t know were available. The whole process went from not really knowing what we were doing to leaving with a well informed decision on our purchases.

He was very attentive and asked questions to make sure we got the right mattress for me and my husband. Excellent customer service, I didnt feel pressured to buy on the spot. Tony did a wonderful job helping us find the perfect mattresses. Mind you, my partner and I have very different ideas regarding THE perfect mattresses. I couldnt purchase the mattress when I first came in due to some personal issues and I told Tony I would be back. He didnt try pushing the sale and he was very understanding. I really am so happy i went with this mattress firm to find a mattress comfortable for my back. Mark displayed some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. He walked us through step by step to find the type of mattresses we like and helped us find the perfect one. Buisnesses would be a lot better off if they had more marks working for them! Didnt do any blatant upselling of things that were of no use to us to increase profit margins, but was very knowledgeable and made my wife and me feel very comfortable (no pun intended) with our bed!Queen size bed, but treated like a king!

I purchased a split king mattress set with the adjustable bases from this store early this year, and my husband and I are finally sleeping like we deserve - like a King and Queen. Mark got us taken care of, gave us a great deal with shipping included, and mattress protection. We got the cooling memory foam and bases that adjust head/foot and massage. I suffer from chronic migraines and pain, and my bed has been a life changer. Some people complain that mattresses can be high priced, but as hard working people, arent we worth a good quality, luxurious bed?! Sheila and Mark will take care of you - go see them! They are awesome people and they are experts in what they do!
