Just bought my Brand new king size mattress here! The owner was amazing and and greeted us right when we walked in. Then gave us the best sales guy to helped us every step of the way! I literally went to 7 different mattress stores and they all were WAY over priced! The people here gave me the exact mattress I wanted for half the price of all the other stores. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. So, when I was again in need and noticed this location, I thought Id give it a try. Im glad I did! I met the owner, Cameron, and got a great deal. Turns out he also ran the other location Id been to! Horrible service! DO NOT buy from this location! My husband and I purchased a bed on a Friday night and were told we would receive our order on the next Monday morning. We bought 3 items: a queen sized mattress, a queen frame, and a queen low profile foundation. We were also told that our delivery fee was to include our old mattress being hauled away. Come Monday, our order did not arrive in the morning as we had been promised. My husband had taken a half day off of work in order to be home for the delivery of our furniture. Not being able to stay home any later than he already had, he left around noon when I arrived home. The delivery did not arrive until 6pm and I was home alone. The guy who was delivering our furniture came alone, and gave me a giant attitude when he found out my husband was not home to help him place the furniture inside. He also refused to haul away my old mattress even though that is what we had been promised. After he left and my husband came home, my husband then told me that the man had delivered a regular queen foundation instead of a low profile one. The next day was spent with (I kid you not) over 20 calls to the store in our attempt to fix the mistake. When they finally answered, the man apologized for the mistake and the inconvenience and promised to have our proper foundation sent to us first thing the next morning. My husband once again decided to be home for the delivery and as a result, took a full day off of work this time. The delivery people NEVER SHOWED UP. We once again were forced to call the store over 20 times and this time, the store never answered. This time, we were forced to call corporate and we spoke to a very nice woman. She spoke to my husband and promised to have our order delivered the next day after my husband arrived home so he wouldnt have to take another day off of work. The delivery was set to arrive at 6 and did not arrive until 7. Better late than never. We spoke to the same delivery man as last time, and we actually found out that this store hires independent contractors to deliver the furniture to peoples homes. Also, he told us that the man at the store was purposefully not answering our calls because we had been bugging him all day. My cousin had also purchased a bed from this location and was having similar problems to the ones we were having. Like I said, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

This is a great place to get your mattress from Garret was wonderful even though he was from a different site they have wonderful prices and great quality mattresses I would definitely go back when its time to get some more.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give no stars, I would. This has been hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with any mattress company in my life. I purchased a mattress 3 years ago and the spring have already broken and my bed is sunk in and u-shaped in the middle. I went to put a claim for my guaranteed 10 year warranty and have been ignored for the last two months and denied in the end. I have recently decided to purchase another mattress from the same company and got a DISGUSTING mattress delivered to my home the next day. The bottom looked like it had been sitting in water and the top of my mattress had blood stains on it (which they tried to cover up as oil stains from the manufacturers factory) so we called and tried to get it replaced and were told the earliest they could do was late NEXT week. Then they pushed it to next day delivery, ONLY to call me back once it was time to deliver to say they were cancelling the delivery because the replacement mattress also had STAINS and that the earliest they could do again was NEXT WEEK. Please save yourself the headache and never use this company as they are not professional and their quality of products are not great whatsoever.
