This place is great. Jordan helped me, and was able to get my large order bought, delivered and installed quickly. When there was an issue that the manufacturer really should have covered, they sent their people back to my house to fix it (new washer needed a new motherboard). Have to say I bought a Fridge a NICE one from yall and there has been a small problem with the doors being level. I have reached out to everyone and so has my Daughter in Law... We have gotten very little help. When we finally got someone to come out. We were told he didnt have the correct tool and would be back Monday ....NOTHING we have not seen anyone..when my Daughter in Law reached out to them the man says he was out of office and didnt know what happened... The price yall charge and I have made payments I would think we would get better service.

We purchased a couch with recliners from Quality Furniture Monday, March 1 and were told we would be receiving a phone call when it would be delivered. We received the call on Wednesday that it would be delivered on Friday, March 5 between 11 and 1.Friday, March 5, Quality Furniture truck delivered the couch about 11:45 AM and the 2 men came in and set it up and showed us how it worked and they cleaned up the plastic and took it to the truck and they were gone by 12 noon. The 2 gentlemen were very knowledgable about the couch and I am sorry I failed to get their names.Thank you Stan Pickett for the excellent service in the store and also from the delivery personnel.2 Happy Retirees enjoying their new recliner couch.George and Bennye Rice

I went through progressive leasing to do payment plan,they are awesome but I took a chance on quality furniture After the sales rep advised me that they have their own credit leasing and that I could still do payment plan and that they report to credit bureaus. So I agreed.I agreed to set up autopay!!!!which was a big mistake ! I made my last payment and I have gotten charge 3 additional times totaling 300 the same day and next day . Even after I spoke to rep for refund my card was then charged again afterwards. I’m still waiting on refunds that are pending due to their company’s mistake .I will never lease from them again

Do not buy mattresses made from them. We’ve had one basically collapse. They replaced it with a new one of the same model, and it’s doing the same thing! The said it was a manufacturing default??? I’m not getting them to replace this one again! It’s too much hassle to work with them since we went through a third party finance. We’ve been a customer of quality furniture for over 20 years, but this is my last purchase!

The three main people that I have dealt with are Pablo, Victor and Terri. The accounting department has Chris who has never duned me for a payment. We originally purchased a sectional and when it got delivered we discovered that it was to big for our living room. We called and spoke with Pablo the sales manager and he told us that they will pick it up and had us come back up there and pick out something else for an even exchange. He even upgraded the sofa to a sleeper at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy new furniture.
