A HUGE thanks to our Sleep Expert, Aaron, for showing us around and selling us a wonderful mattress for my grandmother, Amelina. I came in looking and wanting a specific mattress. I found the mattress with a different company but it was going to be a two-week delivery window. I went in honestly just hoping to find the same mattress, close to same price with better delivery time. The sales rep, Isaac Rodriguez, was by himself and helping another family when I walked in. He was professional, greeted and introduced himself to me, explained the current promotions and helped the other family while I browsed. I showed him what I was looking for, the price it was and my issue with delivery. They didnt have the same mattress, HOWEVER, he showed me a very comparable mattress in stock to be delivered in 48 hours. He matched the price, STILL honored the in-store promotion for a free adjustable base, through delivery in free and set up and haul away at 50% off. Couldnt beat that, I will be returning and buying my upgrades in the future!

I wasn’t helped by the person I spoke with on the phone but was very pleased with the salesperson who was knowledgeable and listen to the needs of my teen. I’ll definitely return the next time I need a new mattress set. I highly recommend them!

Went twice to check out mattresses and see which one was best for us. Isaac was very helpful both times and even recognized us after a few months of going back. He was very nice and patient with everything and went out of his way to get us the best deal possible on everything. First mattress purchase and he made everything really smooth.

Stopped by this location to peruse the Purple beds. Unlike other locations they have all of them to try out which one suits you best. We were greeted immediately by Isaac as we walked in but not in that super fake salesman type of way. He asked us questions and listened to us to find out our need and what would be best for us as first time real bed buyers. Never pushy and down to earth; made it easy to shop in store. He also did everything he could to get us the best price for what we wanted and never made us feel like we were being pushed into something we didn’t need that cost more. Would recommend this location and Isaac to anyone who was looking to purchase a quality bed, though they do also have a large selection of lower priced “clearance” beds towards the back to save some money too!!
