So when going to rooms to go know for sure that you want the product because they will not give you your money back under any circumstance from what I am being told because of their policy they can only give you store credit back… no exceptions …..expect to get no cash back and if you have multiple orders and want to apply your credit to another order sorry but that is not an option…Got my furniture and less than a month ago and then the price went down and they state they do price adjustments if the price drops… well they currently have their holiday sale and I was told that I actually got a better deal than there current sale only to notice they had places extra furniture on the quote to make it look that way because they didn’t want to give me the difference..Be careful when shopping at Rooms to Go and make sure this is the last stop if you plan to look around for a better deal or if you may be indecisive on getting what you really want because you will be stuck!

I went to this Rooms to Go and my experience was absolutely incredible! They have multiple bilingual workers both in Spanish and English which is extremely helpful. Daniel helped me purchase my dream mattress and gave me such a good deal! Give this man a raise because he’s doing his job above and beyond! All the workers should take a good look in the mirror and say “Be like Daniel”. Also Francisco was awesome and helped us a day before and he was an absolute gentleman! Francisco was a true super star and his customer service skills were like none other! I would absolutely come here again 10/10 if these two guys would assist me.

Roy was very helpful! He helped me find a couch that would be just the right size and aesthetic for pieces I already had in mind. He even brought out the measuring tape to help see how the couch would fit against the wall. The store has a wide variety of styles too.

Visited the store, but disappointed first how long it takes to get the furniture, an example if I buy today I would not get what I purchased until January 2022 🤦🏻‍♂️ and if I go for similar furniture that is available the prices doubles...... There were many options to choose from and its a decision well sleep on for years literally lol. Terrible, rescheduled my delivery 3 times, after I took 3 different days of work! When I cancelled my order they seemed to not care or make anything right. Store manager (Rose) is incapable of managing without being biased by the way she treats the customers. For a minute I felt unheard about solving the issue because she never acknowledged the real problem and took no accountability. I felt even more disappointed and unheard when she started a conversation with a white male near by Her body language tone and overall attention, highlighted the biased nature in which she treats non-white humans.

Paul is the MOST helpful person at Rooms Togo for all of my home buying goodies. He helped me in October to buy a vanity and this time around for my living/dining room set. He is super knowledgeable on all the merchandise and not pushy at all. He has your best interest at heart. Which makes the whole experience quick and easy. Roy was so incredibly helpful! We walked in and he greeted us with a warm welcome, asked if there was anything we needed assistance with, and when we said we were just casually browsing, he just told us his name and that he was there if we needed any assistance. When I was ready to make a purchase I went and got him and he answered a lot of my questions regarding the adjustable beds. As a furniture store they do have a lot verity just FYI, if you buy a set that is on display and thats the last one they will not do delivery you will have to come to pick it up. Any purchase of furniture that you buy at the store that is not brand new but on display they will not do delivery. The reason they told us was all new furniture that is purchased comes from a werehouse in Arlington. Also if you buy a mattress they only sell king and queen all the others you will have to go to the kids store. Bummer.

Went in with my mom. She was looking for a sofa to put in her tv room for her great grandkids. Mark assisted us. He was super nice and answered all of our questions and didnt pressure her to buy anything. She picked a nice size love seat that was cute and comfortable, got it in the color she wanted, with removable pillows like she wanted and the size she wanted. We were in and out within minutes. This place is so disappointing. I order a bedroom set from room to go since 03/16/2021 and upto now it has not been delivered. Delivery was canceled and move far ahead with zero compensation. I paid cash on the day I order the bed not owing nothing. I dont encouraged anyone to do business with this people when it comes to ordering there will never keep to date and will not even apologize or compensate you. I have my order receipt and date and it can be verified.

Me and my wife went in with our 2 year old son to look for a sectional. Nothing is easy for very long with a 2 year old. Crystal greeted us as our sales person, and my wife and her shopped around as I chased my son all over the store. Occasionally Crystal would locate me and the boy to come sit on furniture and see if we liked it so my wife could relax and think about what she wanted. Crystal made the shopping experience much better than we have had at the other furniture stores we looked at. Most of the places weve been to, the sales person was just wanting to make a sale. But Crystal sincerely wanted us to be happy with the sectional we were going to purchase. We love our new sectional, it looks great and is comfy. My wife and I have already referred a few of our friends to see Crystal if they look for furniture.

I will NEVER shop here again. The process to buy furniture is bout as long as buying a car & makes a simple process confusing. I ordered a sectional in JULY that suppose to came with a FREE ottoman & here it is August & Im still waiting. Worst part is they told me that AFTER I purchased my furniture. And guess how many times DANIEL has called to update me???? ZERO! Terrible customer service!!!

First of all stop responding to reviews unless you know the information, so this let me know rooms to go deals with conditioning people...not me, its been two months still have not received a rsolution because rooms to go especially at grapevine om has emotional issues and should not be over a nat. Consumers work hard for there money and its past ridiculous. And when you call corporate you will never speak with a manager or someone with some professional sense.
