Excellent experience for me. At the Mesquite TX location, I showed up with my father looking for a sectional. I had just moved here to Texas. Most other stores were telling me it would take months before I’d get one delivered, which is not what I wanted to hear. I can understand a few weeks, but I was looking for something ASAP. I don’t remember the team member that helped me, but he was a really cool guy, introduced himself and basically said “we won’t follow you through the store and annoy you, I’ll point you in the right direction and I’ll be at the register if you have any questions.” If I had any complaints at all, I’d say he maybe lacked a little professionalism by joking around with his colleague while assisting me with the transaction, but that is something that would only bother a ‘Karen’. When we decided on a couch, he told me he could have it delivered and set up in my house in less than a week. They also have a warranty policy that if you don’t use, you get your money back. They are coming today to put the couch in, but I can’t imagine we’ll run into any issues. My store experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Experienced, knowledgeable, salesperson listened too what we were looking for and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Overall very satisfied with purchase. Definitely worth the drive. Prices are good, quality furniture.

Arthur …He was so freaking awesome I done bought my sectional and my new king size bedroom set.A previous associate that no longer works with the company deleted my layaway and I was so upset but he was able to retrieve it.I also referred 2 ppl and he assisted them with there new furniture.I definitely will be back.Fast customer service great agents to assist Aide).Great personality they rock.

Great selection of furniture and home goods. The staff was bunched all in one group in the store, immediately when you walk in they all stare. It was pretty awkward. They were helpful when we had questions. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be finished, I sat by all the employees huddled at a table and overheard them talking about customers and how a few crazy ones were in the day before, it was pretty unprofessional. The store had quite a few customers at the time, Ive never sold furniture so I have no idea if they really couldve been doing something better with their time, or if thats the norm up there. Anyway, they did have an awesome sale going on and had great deals on the furniture. Might hit up the website instead of going inside though.

My family and I went in to look at furniture for our new house, we were greeted by Lillian, she was very nice. She communicated where the pieces of furniture were that we mentioned and she also let us know that she would give us time and space to browse, but she would check in on us. I really appreciated that, because I did not want to feel like someone was hounding me and trying to sell me a car. She did just that, she gave us space and politely checked in and gave information on the pieces. We were doing great until a different lady spoke and after we spoke back she would not let us breathe…omg. She was decorating everything but didn’t grasp the concept of privacy and allowing the customer to think and just shop. She kept talking and would not give us privacy or space to shop. It made us feel watched and forced, so we left. The next day we returned hoping things would be better, THEY WERE! Lillian greeted us, I was so happy to see her! She told us the same things as before and she helped us a lot. She was timely with her answers, sweet, personable, and what we needed to make such an important decision. I told her that I was so happy to see her because she really made an impact! We Purchased a living room set, bedroom set, and dining room! Thank you Lillian

Lily was very attentive with us, she answered any questions we had adequately and even helped us finance our purchase and explained to us step by step all the process right down to delivery. Got my sectional Tuesday, I placed the order last Saturday, very fast delivery! The delivery guys were quick and friendly helping put everything together and safely carrying up to my second level apartment! For those people who look at the comments before browsing for furniture, home zone is a good business to shop from!

Great place to find furniture! They have a great variety and huge inventory. The staff are very helpful but not pushy which I loved. I hate being followed around the store being pressured to buy. We will definitely be back in the future to buy more furniture.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Home Zone in Mesquite. The first order was delivered but slightly damaged. I made a phone call and they promptly delivered another new item. Yesterday I worked with Gabby. She was so sweet and accommodating even though the store was full and they seemed alittle short handed. I love the staff and most importantly the furniture. I will definitely be buying all my furniture there and I highly recommend them.

I discovered Home Zone sold American made furniture and a lot was actually in stock!Susie was on point. Very friendly and professional. I was a bit indecisive and she was very patient offering a variety of suggestions. I am very pleased with my Living room selection and that it will be delivered in 3 days...WOW! I was then advised about a warranty for 3 years. If I dont use it, it comes back to me in full as a store credit. Big difference when working with a family owned business. I will definitely recommend Home Zone, and especially Suzie at the Mesquite location.

Was very pleasantly surprised at this store. Had a lot of really nice furniture to choose from. I actually cancelled an order from another furniture store and went with a table I found at Home Zone. I could get it right away and it looks great and was less expensive. They are definitely worth taking the time to stop in.

This was one of the best home furniture buying experiences we have had in what seems like forever. Especially when covid has changed furniture availability.First our salesperson JASMINE greeted us so warmly explained she was here to help and explained no commission just here to assist. We loved her attentiveness, product knowledge, her ability to multi task and get us through the buying process. Because of her, the ease of helping us see our vision we not only purchased wat we came for, but also purchase accessories, rugs, SHE IS A GEM and I will be back (actually next week) to this store again. I am sure with her professional service she will be a store manager in no time at all!Jacob the store manager was phenomenal as well! He was so helpful on the floor, got us rugs and accessories with our order that were able to walk out the door with. I literally was able to furnish 3 rooms and a media room. THIS IS THE STORE TO GO TO their customer service is phenomenal!UPDATE: their customer service is amazing, before the delivery day was complete, a customer service rep called to inquire about our delivery, got our final piece reordered and scheduled and it will arrive today! I had a wonderful experience at the Home zone in Mesquite. After shopping at several different furniture stores, dealing with pushy sales clerks, and ridiculously high prices Jonathan helped me find exactly what i was looking for for an amazing price. Even with me staying after hours he was patient, calm, and very informative.

My wife and had a very positive buying experience on yesterday with Chasity Savanna. She were very knowledgeable of what she was telling us about the type of furniture we were looking for and sold us on a two piece living room set. Great job Chasity and we will be back!

Best furniture shopping experience in the DFW area. Lori and Jasmine from the Mesquite store did an exceptional job in welcoming us, letting us look around and always ready to answer our questions. Customer service was the best of all area furniture stores. At other stores we were hounded as soon as we walked in the store and followed around or totally ignored. Great experience and cant wait for our furniture to get delivered.

I dreaded going to another furniture store until I walked in here. My husband and I came in one day to see what we liked to compare. After 4-5 days of searching, we decided on getting our bedroom set here. We were literally in and out in 30 min and had the option of delivery or pick up ( the next day ) Although delivery was a few days out, we decided to pick up the next day (excited about moving into our new home). The team loaded our furniture and I was happy by the end of the day. Everything was boxed and wrapped well. Every loved it at our house warming. If I didnt get our other furniture from other stores, I would have gotten it all here. No hassle at all from the sales rep. ( I think the lady who helped us was a manager) Very helpful and got us what we needed.

Good furniture selections and very reasonable prices. After searching for over a year,, I finally found what i wanted at Home Zone, though I did have to wait for it to come back in stock (it sold out again in 3 days). Its solid wood and very well made. Ill consider Home Zone the next time I need furniture.

My experience with the sales Lady Susie at the Mesquite location was great! She asked questions about the layout of my house to get a good idea of how the furniture would fit in my living room... She also took the time to draw out a picture of each piece of furniture and where it would fit best. Shes great!! I will return in the future.

We have made several purchases from here in the last couple of years. We purchased our bedroom suite, a chair for the living room, and some artwork most recently. The staff is helpful without being intrusive or annoying. Their prices are very, very fair considering the quality you get. We always make a stop here when we want another furniture piece just to see what they have.

Ms. Lori was my sales person and she was great I knew what i was coming in for and asked questions and she got the job done. She located the chase i was coming in for and we closed the sale. She told me about the delivery process and she was right on the money. They have a tracker so you can see how far the delivery men are from your home. The delivery men sent a notice and was here like they said unpacked and placed my furniture in the area of my choice and were polite and professional. Our experience was overall great. We were already frustrated when we walked in. We had gone to 2 other furniture stores before we stumbled upon this awesome store. Izamar was great help. We told her what kind of couches we were looking for and she directed us straight to our purchase! The couches themselves are exactly what I was looking. They are sturdy and super comfortable. Bought the Daisy table and chairs. Delivery was on time. Delivery guys delivered everything to my porch and two of my chairs did not have any hardware/screws to them. Called the store and service dept and the best they could do is fed ex the chair screws to me which would take 3-5 business days so I was looking into returning the dining set to be told that I would have to take it to the Richardson Tx location and there would be a 20% restocking fee so you will not get your entire refund back. People be careful with this shady place !!!!! This is NOT good business !!!!! Will NEVER buy from this place again nor refer this place to ANYONE !!! I only gave 1 star because the delivery time was right on time.

The customer service dynamic is a bit strange, but not bad. While there was multiple employees in the store only one girl, by the name of Jasmine, was helping the customers. Also, there were quite a few out of stocks that were displayed on the sales floor and they were not willing to sell the displays. While this all seemed odd, Jasmine did make sure that we loved for our new home. Thank You Jasmine for your great customer service!

Employees at this location are AMAZING, BUT they are also overworked and underpaid, the manager Jose looked very exhausted, he told me that this store is understaffed, the Salesman that helped me Jonathan was being pulled left and right, I purchased a beautiful sectional from him. But seriously this store needs more people or a better system to help customers. Like let the customer sign in and help customers according to who is next, it was just too much for all the sales people on the floor, not one time were they rude or got ugly with customers. I felt their anguish I been there, I will definitely go again and buy more furniture

(Im basing this off my experience on buying furniture. I have not yet received it because I scheduled it to be delivered later in the week) I was promptly greeted on entry to the store. A employee introduced herself and pointed me in the direction of my desired items. She made it clear that she would not follow me around as to not pressure me. When I would pass by her I would ask where an item was and she would take me to it, tell me about it and leave me to check it out on my own which I really appreciated. I left the store to look at furniture elsewhere but came back because I felt the other furniture was overpriced for the poor quality. The furniture set I chose felt durable and easy to clean but also comfortable without being too stiff or too soft to the point you sink down. They had so many food options it was almost difficult to choose. The price for the pieces I bought was more then reasonable and I even had 3 year warranty with delivery and assembly included and ended up paying 1200 for everything. I would definitely recommend buying from here. Im excited to get my furniture next week!-Alicia C.

Our sales rep, Susie, greeted us and introduced herself. Said she would be available if we needed her. We leisurely looked around but were having difficulty finding a recliner to go with the loveseat we selected. With her help we found a coordinating piece. These items were for replacement furniture for our travel trailer so size and weight were strong determining factors. Delivery options were within a few days. We definately will shop here again.

I can’t say anything but good things. I ordered a few things for my home and homezone is the place to go. We were welcomed by Jonathan very nice kid. We recommend. No one was pushy I was able to look around with my husband without being followed. Prices are good affordable more than other places and their furniture it’s sturdy. I did get a dining set and 1 of my chairs was damaged but they exchanged it within 3 days. Which is amazing because a lot of companies take that long just to reply specially on weekends. Hopefully will be going back soon.

I went shopping on Black Friday for a power lift chair that was one of their limited supply items. The store was very organized in providing vouchers on site for those items to ensure you receive what you came for. It was quick and easy process for shopping. The chair was of good quality and my parents were pleased with their much needed gift.
