I went to purchase a Golf R. Jacob took me on a test drive. I was intimidated by it because I was used to something much slower. The car felt too nice for me. So he told me about the GTI and some history about the car. They had two Rabbit editions and a Autobahn. I took the Rabbit on a drive and right away I fell in love with it. My father and I did the negotiating with Columbus (I believe was his name). He was very transparent and gave us the best deal we could get! Two years later and I am very happy with my 2019 GTI Autobahn! I take it in for maintenance and the service team always does an amazing job! Jim is a very nice man and listens to my concerns of my vehicle. I trust this dealership and their team of people from Sales to the parts team.

Merced Volkswagen Kia dealership is a wonderful facility. I take my vehicle there regularly for oil changes, tire rotation. Recently to put brand new brakes all the way around and new rotors on the back. Merced Volkswagen Kia always does a wonderful job on my vehicle, and I know that I can trust them to do a great job and not to charge me unnecessarily. Service department is among one of the better VW service teams in the Valley. They are on point with their inspections and very fair with service charges. I work with Dominic whenever I bring my car in for warranty work and am always pleased with the results.

My fiancee purchased what were supposed to be new tires and one year warranty. Four months later she has a blow out driving in Cupertino when she inquired about her warranty they. Said she would have to bring her car in shop. So drive on a spare all the way from Cupertino we cant go to any other vw repair thats absurd. So bought all new tires from pep boys now thats what new tires are supposed to look like all the rubber sticks on it not like the ones from vw merced used tires sold as new . Bad business. Lost our business

TLDR: Sales people/techs were intentionally deceptive or uninformed, recommended a complete transmission replacement for a simple problem. Go somewhere else.Brought my girlfriends 2010 golf in for a transmission issue it was having. They took the car and gave it a diagnostic test that we requested and paid for, they also test drove it and found nothing. A few days later the same issue came up and we brought it back. The diagnostic scan showed the issue and they refused to fix it. Instead they recommended a complete transmission replacement for almost 6k. The salesperson also said they test drove the car and the transmission is a mess when it was clear the milage on the car hadnt changed and the transmission hadnt been opened. I ended up researching a bit more and doing the relatively simple repair in my garage in about an hour with a $50 part and some transmission fluid. The car has been on the road for over 6 months and 5000 miles with no problems. We used this dealership for services in the past with no issues, but they were either uninformed or intentionally deceptive when it came to recommendations on how to fix their own product. Either way you shouldnt bring your vehicle here.

I took my car to Volkswagen Merced after scheduling an Appt for an oil change.1. Scheduling was a breeze2. Told me it would be 1hr and a half3. Drove me to work4. Timely Called me and informed me Car was ready5. Picked me up took me back6. Oil Change, Car Wash, wheel alignment, checked breaks7. Told me Car was leaking antifreeze and they would order necessary part - Monday8. Called me Wednesday told me part was in9. All I have to do is schedule an ApptPERFECT - CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!!! BOOM! THANKS

Merced Volkswagen went above and beyond and got me back on the road very fast! Never before have I had such great service from a car dealership, too bad they arent located closer to home. They would put all of my hometowns shops to shame! They even cleaned my tires and made sure everything was 100 percent before sending me off. Looking back I am glad my car broke down only 30 mins away from these guys and not somewhere else.

The service in parts and service here is top notch! I would not take my car anywhere else. Butch in parts is the man!!!

Very clean friendly place to get your VW serviced did my Brake Flush there recently and buy my VW parts here the staff is always helpful and if the part is not there theyll get it fast as they did for my drive belts :)

Really really bad service, The manager is a complete fool.Instead of helping people, he does nothing to help and he calls himself the chapo (Gilberto) and the sales man too (Columbo). Check the used carts well before buying with them.

Takes a hard time to get Repair to call on extended warrantys, they never want to check up on issues so your car ends up there for days at a time and no loaner car!
