I do recommend the service center they replace my son’s mustang stereo. They did a good job!Oil change are good as well! Took a little time to get fixed but a happy ending. Thank you guys!
We had the BEST experience with our sales person Dante!! My husband found a rare, new Jeep Wrangler with a Hemi engine. The only dealer that had it was Razzari so we trekked from Pleasanton with a trade in. The service was great and they did everything to expedite the transaction. Dante was so polite and courteous, he was so knowledgeable about the car. We felt like we got a very fair deal for both the new car and the trade in without endless haggling. Best of all - Dante drove us all the way back to Pleasanton during rush hour! Overall a very nice experience in car buying.
Eric and Fred have the most integrity out of any salepersons I have ever dealt with. We came in with an expectation on what we wanted for down and monthly payment and were completely OK if that was not going to be possible. Our concerns were heard completely and they conducted themselves professionally and authentically. Highly recommend Razzari, specifically Eric and Fred. We absolutely will buy a 2nd vehicle from them and will tell everyone about the experience as well. TOP NOTCH service!
Not good experience, left work early became i was told over the phone they could get me a car, I went to the dealership with the car I wanted already picked out, after 2 1/2hours of waiting they said I could only get the car by putting a high down payment and high monthly payments but for sure could get the car I wanted with this deal, I said I couldnt afford that deal and left, after thinking it over and being in a tight situation I returned to the dealership a few minutes later eager to make the deal, after waiting another 40 minutes I was told I couldnt get the car I wanted and they would have to find me a car with lower mileage (so its worth more to re sell if repossessed). It was late and they were closing but assured me they would contact me after getting a deal settled with the loan agency the next day, its been two days and I havent heard anything from them. I highly recommend not wasting your time here and find a dealership that wont keep pulling you along and only willing to satisfy their needs without any concern to yours.

Razzari dodge has been one of the best dealerships I have been to when it comes to costumer service. Before buying my Dodge Challenger, my mother had purchased a Dodge Charger. From the beginning Razzari gave her a more than fair price to win over her business. A week later I returned to trade my vehicle and I can honestly say that they gave me an amazing price on my vehicle. This was easily the most convenient purchase i have made with the fastest process. Was able to recover my additional key for my chevy cruze that i was promised back in February. However the manager was not there for scheduled appointment and it involved about an hour and a half of back n forth with the sales people as to why they need to hold up to their word, and multiple phone calls to the higher up, then the higher higher up, which led to a salesperson driving MY PERSONAL car to a different location then where I had parked it without my knowledge or consent. When questioned as to why they moved my car they said it was standard procedure...TO MOVE MY PERSONAL VEHICLE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT? Apparently breaking the law is standard procedure around here... As is poor customer service... in the end i got my key (9 months late), also got a headache and a sour taste in my mouth from these businessmen WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Service was good. I was seen immediately and I appreciated the texts ahead of time reminding me of my appointment. However, the shuttle service needs to be reworked. I waited over an hour and couldve walked to work if I had known the wait would be so long.
Speechless so stop sending me letters to come back for service.
Went last week to Honda and the workers all had terrible customer service. I even went to a couple other places and browsed online which was making me sad and stressed about the whole car buying hassle. Then, I went to Razzari Ford and Matt G. greeted me and my mother with amazing customer service by far. Very very good place to go! We initially went to trade in our used car and while we waited for the process Erik Ayala came and sat with us and conversated with us great hospitality they got us approved for the vehicle we wanted prior to getting denied at 4 other dealerships due to credit score! With my credit score being so low Eric managed to still get us approved with great APR!! highly recommend this dealership they are about their customers in every way!

My granddaughter came in today to get a oil change and it took 2 hrs she had to ask if her car was done and it was no telling how long it had been done it should not have taken that long and this is not the first time she was not happy with them she will not be going bk there for anything very disappointed

9/5/2019- Just traded my 2000 truck that i bought from razzari in aug 2002 !!! 17 years later, the staff has changed, but the great attitude and helpfullness is still strong... thank u finance wizard for getting my loan, matt who put me at ease while i waited, and mark in finance who walked me thru the paperwork... great team who put me at ease and got me a great deal and a BRAND NEW 2019 !!!
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership, however my experience here was terrible. Workers lack communication skills, and at times it seemed as if they would gather together to gossip about what was going on. Also, David promised that the vehicle would be detailed and ready to go once I arrived (drove more than a hour to get there). Guess what though? Car was not detailed and extremely low on gas. Was promised a gas card since I had to put some to drive back home, and that was a lie since I havent received anything yet. His excuse was that he was unsure of the process at this dealer since he had only been there for less than a week. Also, he knew nothing about the vehicle we were purchasing, are you serious?! If you knew that someone was coming to check out a certain vehicle I would expect for the worker to at least have some basic knowledge of the vehicle, that is why we have the internet and google search. Will definitely not be coming back to this dealer, and hopefully others do not have the same experience as I did.

Razzari literally screws up your car when youre not looking just so they can force you to buy a new one. Last time I took my Ford it was slamming the brakes hard after I got it back. Took it to a friend near me, turns out a wire was detached on purpose. Never gonna buy from this place again. I would rate it 0 stars but unfortunately, I cant. Oh, and next time, dont delete the reviews.

Put a down payment on a car and they were added money from canceling warranties from my trade in that unfortunately I bought from them. They didnt calculate it right so now 2 months down the road I have to pay the difference. I only agreed to pay 1500 down now another 597. Of you sign those papers really read that contract and question everything if it doesnt sound right.
Worst and slowest workers. Didnt even notify me what was going on with my car. Even worst tear your interior car like there animal and cant even put it back properly without damaging it (including taken it off carefully). Affortunately you will come home with missing bolts because there to lazy to get your car fix and done properly. Took 3 day to diagnose and find what was wrong with my car like really? Yet, they said itll take a half a day or a day to diagnose it but really they took 3 day. Not just that but 10 hours to install all the interior in the back seats together when clearly my g35 coupe barely has anything. After giving them 3 days and almost 4 i told them to have my car done at 5pm im picking it up no later than that and suddenly they got it on time but with the shittiest work ever. Now the worst part, will charge me 2k plus to just get my driver side motor replace and along changing both my window switcher and fixing my trunk and you can do this in less than $300. Would highly not recommend this place to get your car fix.

Buying a car may be overwhelming, but going to razzari was the best choice we ever made. Before we went to razzari we had already went to a couple place but none of them were as good as razzari, not only did they help us find a great truck but they help us with all of our concerns!! My parents weren’t so sure going in. Their credit score wasn’t so good but Shawn songu help us out and was very supportive, we recommend going To Razzari they have a wide selection of cars and their employees are very helpful. If you have any question ask for Shawn songu.
