Top notch service at this dealership. That’s the main reason I keep coming back for the last 35 years and some 20 car purchases. Although it’s a Lincoln dealership they also sell (through their Ford dealership) and service Fords.

McAuley Motors is by far the best dealership service department. Susie and her team are top notch from beginning to end.

After my sunroof randomly exploded on my Subaru I was given 2 choices for warranty work and Im glad I chose Mcauley Motors, they were quick professional and did an excellent job! I found all the glass had been cleaned up, surfaces around the affected area cleaned and was taken care of promptly. Will look for other work to have done here in the future.

As usual. Mcauley Motors did a very good job on my MKZ. We were given a good welcome when we brought the car. in for repairing the air conditioner. a time to pick it up and the cost. As it was a replacement. the unit had to be shipped in, and I was notifided when it would arrive and when it would be done. A leek was found in the radiator. so I was advised it would take another day and I would be called when it would be done. It was done right on the estimated hour. and I was well pleased with the entire prosses. Do not use this company for your vehicle service needs.Service for oil and filter change was not done, but I was charged for it in full!I checked the oil level after work the day they did the service and it is over the full limit mark on the dipstick. Drained some oil and it is black as tar.I repeat.....Do not use this company for your vehicle service needs!!!

First time I have used a small town dealership. I was incredibly impressed with the home town hospitality. In addition, since I live in even a smaller town and had to wait for my vehicle, the service specialist stated my car would be serviced first thing - which it was. Could not have been happier. This is the 2nd time the McAuley had the Lincoln vehicle we were looking for in the specs we wanted. They seem to focus on the more high end optioned cars, which is great. I was sick of seeing primarily base models in the Bay Area, so Im glad we discovered them.I worked with Andy over e-mail and the phone since they are about 200 miles from my location and he was very easy to talk to and work with. Upon making the trip to their dealership he and Matt made the purchase experience quick and painless even with my trade in. All said and done I was in and out in less time than I had expected. These guys have a high standard of customer service and it shows.The vehicle I purchased was a CPO car and I was concerned about a potential recall issue and whether it had been addressed or not. Their technician overheard us talking and came up to take care of it immediately. Andy gave me a great recommendation on a place to stop for lunch on my way home too. If you are in the market for a nice Lincoln, definitely come here even if you have to drive 3 hours to do so, I did and I am glad I did.

Outstanding service! I have never had a dealership tell me that I could wait for the car because it would only take an hour--and have it be true!! But I waited anyway expecting at least 90 minutes or more!! They came back and told me the service was complete and the car was washed after only 30 minutes!! Im with McAuley Motors forever!!!!

The service department at McAuley Motors is excellent. Not only did I get my oil change at a good price, included was a multi point inspection of my Mustang and tire rotation. They also got my recalled air bag installed and paired my new phone to my Microsoft Sync. Suzy and Mark really know how to help their customers any way they can with friendly and courteous customer service. I was really surprised when I received an E-mail that they activated my Siriusxm radio for free for 2 months.

We used the internet to find the car we were looking for. Worked out the price and conditions in advance. In about an hour, we test drove the car, completed all the paperwork and drove off with the car. Everybody was extremely nice and they did everything they said they would. Highly recommend them.

They also service the local Chp vehicles instead of going to Razzari Ford so that should tell you something about the Ford dealership!

Had some minor warranty work to be done. Was easy to make appointment and get the work completed.

I was told by the sales person Jose that this vehicle was inspected top to bottom and no issues were noticed. As soon as I bought it I heard a flapping noise on the freeway. The trim along the windshield was warped and coming off on all 4 sides!! Very same day I told Jose about it and he said he would take care of it and gave me his word! 2 weeks later Jose has not even called me back yet! What kind of sales person does that?! Is this your motto McAuley Motors? Lie, cheat and steal? Do you know there is an open recall on this vehicle and Jose and Arron failed to mention that to me!! The carfax provided wasnt even a real car fax and has no useful information. Honestly I just want the trim fixed and honestly wish I wasnt so stupid to believe Jose that the vehicle was in tip top condition cause it was checked out. Because of your selfish acts I will be taking a mechanic with me anytime I buy a used car from now on. Keep your word Jose and fix what you promised. Its funny how as soon as the car is sold thats it all ties are broken and you dont give 2 s**** about us. 17 5 star reviews and now you get that one person that gives a 1 star cause of what you did. People have a right to know what there getting themselves into. Mind you all reading this review I bought a used vehicle and was told there were no issues but there was issues. We caught one which was the faceplate on the rear hatch but that was issued on the due bill. Anyways if anyone decides to buy a used vehicle from this place do you self a favor and take a mechanic with you and make sure they do a good inspection and give anyone else your business besides Jose Manzo. If you want to make things right Jose do what you promised thats it bottom line or have Arron call me. Ive been waiting patiently but patience runs its course when no cares right?

I bought a Ford Focus here, relatively new, but a new manual / automatic transmission style that had issues (which is probably why I got such a good price). McAuleys service department is awesome! Our experience with McAuley was top notch. We found a car online that they had in stock. Called and asked to come see it. They stayed two hours past closing to accomodate us (we were driving from Visalia). We got there, test drove the car, signed the paperwork and drove away within half an hour.
