Very disappointed in this car dealership. They had my van for 3 weeks. The first time they did not fix it at all, I paid for nothing. I had to bring it back to them. The second time they took just as long. My radio was played, eating was done in my van, my trunk was rambled through. Things taken from my vehicle. I feel very violated and am waiting to see justice done. Its a long story, but people please, if it were not for the warranty, I wouldnt have taken it to them. Find somewhere else if you can. I understand all the mistreated peoples pain, and good for you all who had good experiences. General Manager, dont bother responding, I have already done that with you. You dont care and you dont represent the company very well. Nobody should be allowed to take anything from a customers vehicle, no matter what it is. Its still theft. Shame on you.

Hands-down the best car buying experience I have had! I dealt with Felipe and would recommend him to any member of my family or friends and if you’re reading this please believe me when I say he was polite and knowledgeable and when he didn’t have an answer to a question he let me know and then got back to me with correct info and each and every time he gave me a timeframe that he would reach me back he did so or contacted me earlier than indicated. When I arrived he had the vehicle ready and introduced me to the sales manager Gordon and then the finance manager Larry and once my paperwork was completed he didn’t send me off that spent time reviewing the vehicle with me and making sure I was completely happy and knowledgeable about everything. There is nothing that I could nitpick or complain about and if you’re interested in a vehicle weather local or outside of the area I would absolutely recommend calling in and asking for Felipe as I will be recommending him to everyone I come in contact with and I couldn’t be happier and I’m loving my new jeep gladiator!!!

My Ram 2500 has been in the shop for a warranty issue for over a month. Me an my wife have been given the run-around several times. Supposedly, there is some chopstick tool needed to keep the camshaft in place. It’s my understanding that they don’t get paid the correct amount do to it being a warranty issue. A month long is unacceptable and this truck is needed to get me to work and bring in income. Do to the nature of our work as firefighters we need the reliability of our vehicles functioning properly to get us to our stations. We are very un-pleased about the current level of professionalism by Razzari Auto Centers. If you do not have the correct tools for the job why take it on?

This is a review for the service department. After 3 visits my problem was resolved and still charged me labor, I can understand paying for the part but after wasting my time, taking time off work and lying to me their time was still more valuable than their customer’s. As a veteran I believe this dealership should stop advertising they’re veteran owned until their employees can reflect what that statement stands for; pride, integrity, honor etc.

Do not do business with Razzari Dodge service. If they dont know what is wrong they will break it to make money. They had my car for months and couldnt find what was the cause of my lights coming on . They are a dodge business and they cant even fix the cars. The manager needs to check up on the so called mechanics they have. My car was not overheating at all and they made sure that I pay them 2000.00 after they blew the radiator. Never take your vehicle here. They rip off the customers big time for there mistakes because the mechanics are a joke. Anyone who has been ripped off by Razzari get ahold of me and we will see about getting our money back and this place needs to be shut down.

Sales manager has a horrible attitude pretty much trying to justify why he is ripping people off with dealer mark up . Went to buy a car that they had a advertised price in there own website. Came in this past Tuesday as a first time buyer and had a great experience, from the moment i was greeted by Richard Valencia with a friendly and upbeat attitude to getting the keys to my car. I was a little nervous and didn’t know if i was even going to be approved. I was looking for a reliable car for me and my children and was shown a few cars but fell in love with the first one i test drive. I was sold by the way he explained the warranty’s the car came with and all of its features. I would definitely recommend Razzari to anyone who is looking to buy a new and used vehicle. This place keeps deleting my review on my other account - I wonder why.#1 - when I purchased my car, I was charged an additional $300 for a bunch of anti theft stickers I NEVER asked for nor was it disclosed to me at any time during the process of the vehicle.#2 - I was sold a car that had numerous issues as it in an accident & then self repaired to keep the title clean by a previous owner. When I brought up the issue of how certain things needed to be replaced/repaired, they obliged to make the repairs. I was then directed to deal with the used car managers across the street at the Ford dealership, Sal and another guy. used sales manager.When I came to get the car from repair, there was a HUGE, fresh scratch on the driver side door. After the manger took the car and attempted to buff the scratch out, and still, the scratch was visible.I left the car with them overnight, and when the car was delivered by the sale manager (with 3 other sales people) the damage was not repaired.The online used car manager I was dealing with told me after much arguing that they dont paint used cars and was pretty much blown off.When I made a complaint with the BBB, the response of the sale manager was that I was acting extremely upset & that they offered to take the car and refund me with a usage fee taken out (which was also a complete lie). I had the car deep cleaned and during that process, I found several condom wrappers AND and the PAYSTUB of a RAZZARI EMPLOYEE, whom I would assume was the previous owner - it was dated 6 months before my purchase date.Which leads me to today - I also found out the car some other damage which I was told was the result of an accident. I was also told that if this dealership had properly done the safety inspection, that management and sales people should have known. Sal, the head manager told me to my face this car was purchased from an auction, when in fact that paystub I found (that I still have, btw) would say otherwise.Do yourself a favor - skip these guys - in fact, skip all of the Razzari dealerships and go somewhere else that is trustworthy. If this dealership will do this to a local family who has purchased numerous carsover the past 40 years, then imagine what they will do to anybody off the street.To date, Ive told at least 400+ people and a previous post with the same story currently has 1.2k impressions and this establishment still has not done anything to honestly address the situation.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Poor communication and customer service.They did not address my concerns and returned an unsafe vehicle to me without any prior communication. They did not return any communication about my concerns and refuse to acknowledge their part. After much back and forth, they let me borrow a service truck as a loaner. I thought I found a good dealership, but I will not bring any of my vehicles to another Razzari dealership. I can not trust them to do the work requested nor can I trust the integrity and judgement of their staff.

Odds are if you they tell you they are giving you the best deal possible, you can probably find a much better deal somewhere else. The finance manager has an attitude problem and even tries to get smart with me after he offered me a horrible deal. Ive tried shopping there several times but it seems that every time I do their prices and service are in a different world. No wonder people online shop or go out of town2 months later: just found out they ran my credit twice after my last visit WITHOUT my approval. If I could give them negative stars I would.

So this is my second car that I have gotten from them, Yesterday Richard and his manger Philip made a deal happen for my wife and I that soon we walked away with a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T shaker! We went to just look around how much we would pay monthly and walked away trading in my orange challenger and adding a new member to our family! I bought a brand new 2019 Dodge Journey. Within 24 hours, a light for the airbag came on. I called the salesman that sold me the vehicle and he told me to bring it in the next day and the service department would check it out. I did do just that. For the next 4 days, my husband called to check the status of the vehicle. It was a brand new car so we were anxious to drive what we just bought. The day is was “ready” my husband drove the car home and the light came back on! He called our salesman and he HUNG UP ON HIM. Very unprofessional behavior for a place of business.

For years Ive been taking my cars to Razzari Chrysler Dodge Jeep for service and warranty work and have always been a satisfied customer. So when we had a baby and decided we needed a larger vehicle we started shopping around. We went to several other dealers and had several bad experiences. I had been to Razzari to look at a couple other vehicles and decided we should go back. They had the car we were interested in and for a price we thought was reasonable. Isaac was our salesman and was a pleasure to deal with. Through the whole process we never felt pressured to get or do anything we werent comfortable with. They didnt try to push us to finance anything or towards a car we didnt want. They gave us the price we needed for our trade in and we paid what we thought was a reasonable price for the car we wanted. The service deptartment has always treated me right and its good to know the sales department did as well. A good car buying experience from start to finish, couldnt be happier. My first encounter was with Salesman Antonio Rosales. Very polite, helpful and professional. Tony was just as helpful :) after the sale which was a welcome change from most car salesmen. :(.Then there was Aaron who stepped in after the sale to show me how to use the features of the Dodge Ram. He wasnt asked to help he just offered and was patient with me while trying to learn all the bells and whistles that come with this great truck.When I went back again to finish up some of the paperwork Aaron stepped in again to offer more help. Anthony came by to add more help and suggestions regarding the Sirius XM Guardian. All these guys seem to really like their jobs and it shows. Made an appointment for an oil change and was quoted on the phone that the price was $49.95 plus tax. Got there 10 minutes before my appointment since I had gotten two texts messages and a phone call to remind me about my appointment and to be on time. When I went to review the paperwork was told the price was $69.95- when I questioned the price to the service advisor I was told that he has been telling them to quit quoting the wrong price. Honestly, if that is the price that you are being quoted that should be the price that you pay - not the consumers problem that someone is quoting the wrong price. Otherwise service was good.

Do not buy a vehicle here or go here for service. They will not honor the Jeep program, which is included with your purchase, for the first two oil changes free. We made the appointment, drove 50 miles to get to the dealership, then denied our free oil change according to the JEEP program. This is not a dealer specific program. So as I type this my wife has to drive to Turlock Jeep, another 20 plus miles, who will honor the jeep program. Do not buy or service your vehicles here. Go somewhere else who will take care of their customers and honor their own programs.

This is a dealership you cant have somebody stand in for that parts department person while theyre on lunch? Based on everyones review I dont know why they try to cheat my father-n-law out of his money. The sales guy was good. Did everything we asked of him. Great guy but the finance manager was not very forth coming. Didnt show us a copy of the trade in value. First they wanted 2500 down with 9,000 that the trade in is worth. Trade in (2013 Jeep 60k miles) price was 20000 based on what the finance manager (print out would have been nice with all the deduction you said you had to fix) put down with a pay off of 11,000. Next thing he say he can do it no money down and knock off payment by 20. As we were leaving he say he can give us 3000 on top of the trade vehicle. He sure did wanted to drive that new jeep home but I sure wasnt going to let you rob him blind. Repeat customer and thats how he got treated. Transperancy from the beginning would have been better for business. 2 star would have been just 1 if it hadnt been for the salesman.

Went to Razzari last weekend to see if I could trade in my car for a newer used car because Im expecting my first child and needed something that would keep me and my child safe. Then I met MARK MENDEZ the absolute best salesman at Razzari to me anyways. He did everything he could to get me into my 2015 Nissan Altima as soon as possible. I really do not like being treated as if I am naive or ignorant. I own a 2016 Dodge Charger R/T. Clearly I have all the bells and whistles. I have Uconnect so it gives me daily updates. My check engine light came on. The vehicle reports showed it was nothing major. I recently had body work done near the gas tank. With that all my car guys and myself agreed it’s probably just a sensor that got knocked. I schedule an appointment to have it checked. I am told they have an availability at 10:30AM. I have a handicap son with severe medical issues. Getting up and going anywhere is time consuming for me. I drive to Merced and the clerk comes out. I give him all the information and he says to me . Do you need a ride home. I look at him puzzled and say, “No, I can stay here and wait.” He says to me, “We won’t be able to get to it for 3 days.” Excuse me?!! It takes what a total of 2 minutes to plug in an OB2 reader and find the error code and he’s telling me that they won’t even touch my car for 3 DAYS. When I make an appointment to have work done on my car. That time slot is for my car to be looked at. I don’t make an appointment with a doctor at a specific time and wait 3 days to be seen. I am seen within that time frame. It wasn’t disclosed to me that my appointment time had no real meaning. I could have dropped my car off at anytime I didn’t need an appointment for that. What do I have to do now? Make an appointment for when my car will actually be looked at. Wait, isn’t that what the appointment is for. This wasn’t even an attempt to provide customer service. I am not leaving my car at a service department for 3 DAYS for a check engine light! There is just no logic to what these people do. The appointment is for my car to be looked at! Leaving my car to be tinted that’s logical. Leaving my car at an auto body shop to be repaired for a few days. That’s logical. Leaving my car for 3 days to have the check engine light scanned is BAD BUSINESS! It’s not even worthy of my time. DO NOT think this is acceptable practice because it isn’t. If it takes the service department 3 days to scan a check engine light then you know they are going to screw you over in repairs. I took my car to a friend. Scanned it in less than 2 minutes and what do you know! In less than 30 minutes fixed. Growing up in a family of mechanics you learn a little. It’s enough to know when your going to be screwed over. Don’t take your car here. Do your research, know your car and if a shop tells you that it’s going to take 3 DAYS to scan a check engine light run! Leave and don’t ever go back.

I purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey in November of 2018. I traded in my 2013 Mazda at that time. Everything was fine until I realized that the balance on my auto loan had not been paid off for my trade in.I called the credit union who had my mazda loan and the credit union who I have my new loan through and both told me that the unpaid balance was on Razarri.I have sent many emails to Richard and also submitted requests through the website.When I submitted the first request, a female called me back and said that she saw that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle(which was not what I had submitted). I told her that I actually did not put anything in regards to a vehicle and was writing about an issue that I was having. She then said oh let me look here. After READING the request she told me that the information was going to be sent to the finance manager and I would get a call back. Never did.2 weeks ago, I got a text from the salesman Richard asking how things were going. I explained that I was having an issue with the balance on the loan not being paid off. He told me that someone would reach out to me the next day or the day after. Never did.Now I get it, the balance is like $61, but it is the principle of the fact. Obviously when they got the payoff, they did not pay it in time. Then just sent the check and left it to be. I am contemplating on paying off the balance or calling the CU where I have the loan (also where I used to work) and letting them know not to send the pink slip until paid. The vehicle is on the lot and ready to be sold, but how can you do that without the pink slip?I submitted another request on the website today.. we shall see if I get another sales call or if they are actually going to resolve my issue. I will never buy from them again. Just COMPLETE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I came in the get my car diagnosed after driving it across the country because it started making a weird noise. I was informed the fee was $120, pretty steep. I asked Debra if they could just check what was making that noise. She informed me that the entire car had to get diagnosed in order for her to do that. Long story short. She lied. They only looked at the noise my car was making and wrote that down. And now the service manager is telling me she wouldnt have told me that. Who in their right mind would pay $120 for a diagnoses if the entire car wasnt going to get looked at? Liars.

This man went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with not only the Challenger R/T I bought, but he also made sure I was happy and ready to trade in my baby, my Charger. My girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle from Richard who is a sales men with Razzari. We only had the vehicle for a about a couple weeks before we realized they never changed the breaks and rotors for a vehicle that was over 5 years old. When we called to have the situation taken care of the branch manager JC hung up in our face and act as if we didnt matter or didnt care he sold us a vehicle that was unsafe do to there negligence .So if your thinking about purchasing a vehicle from them I highly dont recommend because when it comes to your safety or customer service they dont care.
