Shopped for boxes. Best prices on boxes. Anywhere else will just break the bank and truly not worth it. And they buy unused boxes. Keep those receipts handy. Dont lose money that you can put back in your pocket.

I came to this location on the 21st around 5:20 pm. Upon walking in the lady that was on her cell. I told her I had reservation and from there it went down hill. She was very short and rude with me. I asked her couple question and she literally kept turning the computer monitor around. I told her talk to me dont keep turning that monitor around as if You cant read to me whats on screen. She was absolutely no help and had the nerves to have an attitude with a customer. Hire people who wants to work and treat customers right.

.make reservations over the phone or internet is better than walk ins for this location.

Horrible over price Memphis is ghetto so was this place overcharge I came from Atlanta Georgia 6 hours for $690 with the trailer play one in charge me over 900 for 3 hours to just come 3 hours Memphis prices are too high their taxes is too high and to ghetto youre not working Memphis shaking my head

I rented it for 2 days but only use it one day. But still got charged for two days plus other charges. Dont understand it

The lady who took care of us was very pleasant. U-haul’s prices are decent and this was a good location for me.

Everything was fine until I had to return the truck. The self 24/7 app kept starting over and would not let me return the truck through the app. For what I had to go through I will just go and do everything on the inside from now on.

Everything was great from the customer service to the vehicle and return...even when i had to extend the amount of time i had the truck there were no issues. Great service overall!

Booked rental on line. Site guaranteed truck size and dolly availability. Employees unsympathetic to the fact that they did NOT have the size truck I booked, nor the appliance dolly I chose. Had no other choice but to move a 3 bedroom house in a 10 truck. MANY trip! Gas usage inflated because of this as well. Dropped a washing machine due to the wrong dolly.

A reservation made 4 days in advance means nothing. I didnt even use this location for my reservation, but it got redirected here. When I went to go pick up the truck (sorry for saying this so much, but I need to stress the point) that I reserved and was directly told to me that was moved to this location and ready at my RESERVED time, they told me they had no trucks available.

I was cheated on my mileage and they took three different amounts from my bank account in 24 hours, none of which was the amount we agreed upon . Its 21 miles which makes the round trip 42 miles and I was charged for 78 miles. Total amount from the beginning was $89.00.They took $188.00,and then same day $85.00,the next day when it was turned in $129.99.She was upset because I only signed for the $89.00 and refused to sign the other charge slip. She said the bank would work it out. I stopped the payment. Never use U-Haul .

This location has everything you need, the manger is amazing and she made my rental easy for me! I like that I have the option to do the 24/7 return on my phone just by taking a few pictures. I can not wait until she gets storage.

One of your service representatives, young high high yellow with braids, light green, skinny; had a very nasty disposition about her. Very nasty. I wont be doing any business with you all anymore.

Location is very convenient but services were horrible. Nicole Crawford was highly unprofessional. She told us that we could keep the truck after 3. Then called us at 315 and told us that someone had reserved the truck and if we didn’t return the truck, that it would be reported stolen .Returned truck and we weren’t finished moving. She wouldn’t give us an explanation on why we were still being charged the fee when we reserved the truck 3 days in advance and had a 24 hour threshold to use the truck. Then when we got to the drop off location, she tells us “oh we already gave them another truck” but we still need this one. Contacted Regional manager Sharon today because we needed ANOTHER uhaul since we didn’t finish yesterday.She reserved us a uhaul at the Watkins location. But the Watkins location is too far for us when Austin peays location is 5 minutes from our new and old home. So the assistant manager transferred our reservation back over to the Austin peay location and Nicole Crawford is there once again. And was complicated and unprofessional. Soon as Mr Banks walked in the door, she said “who is that” he responded “I’m here for a reservation” . She replied WHO IS THAT! He told her again I’m here for a reservation . She lied and said the regionalManager told her we reserved for 150 miles which we didn’t . Wouldn’t release the truck to us and wouldn’t tell us why. This is highly unprofessional on Uhauls behalf and i really would like to speak with someone in higher management. Excuse any typos if there are any.
