The lady who said she was the manager at the summer location with blonde hair, injured knee, and drove a Volkswagen was extremely rude. My Uhaul was not available at a different location so I was sent there. The lady was gone on lunch and another lady showed up. She didnt speak didnt explain anything about the Uhaul process/requirements (i.e. gas and didnt give me my dolly) showed up an hour late after she said that it would only be 20mins. Just rude for no apparent reason! I understand why they were the only people in Memphis who had available Uhauls

Best place to rent space. I gave it 1 star by accident earlier. Please ignore that. A mistake while using this app. Great people. Very accommodating and units are very clean. A veteran own business that deserves our business. Thanks to all who serve our country. God bless!

June 24, 2019Ive been renting at Storage Locker for over 10 years and their rates compared to other comparable storage facilities are reasonable. Moreover, they help support disabled veterans and offer specific discounts for veterans. They also have 24 hour access and and centrally located within the Cities of Memphis and Bartlett. I rented a U haul truck and a storage locker and had a very pleasant experience and process I thank the staff at storage locker for going the extra mile and helping me get situated coming all the way from Michigan.

Always clean, people are friendly, and helpful. And youre helping out Veterans! Prices are reasonable .

While my things were at Storage Locker, I didnt have to worry about them. They have a secure facility and the staff were great. Especially Brandy. She was awesome. The only issue that I had was a couple of rats got into my unit and damaged some of my things, but the staff didnt know because they had no access to the inside of my unit. I did get the insurance for my unit, which I would recommend to anyone who stores their things at any storage facility. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to my friends and family if they needed a place they could trust to store their items. If I hadnt moved out of state, my things would still be stored at this facility.

When I call, I always feel like I have been treated with grear respect, but I pay a year at a time. I am always told, if I pay for a yeAR at the time I would get one free month. This would be my fourth year, and the free month has never been added on.

Has 24 hr access to gated facility. Units with double rollup doors. My unit is almost $165 for 10x30. Rent increase/by almost $25 a few months ago. Ive been tenting here almost two years and now and have no real complaints. The staff is friendly. And the referral bonus is $50. Late fees are a bit steep, but Im still not leaving anytime soon.
