I was locked out of my unit on the day I was to move in. I had to wait an hour for someone to come unlock the unit.I had the unit one week when I made my first visit (after hours) to place items in the unit only to find my lock missing and a Devon management lock placed on my unit. This was Thursday of last week and it is now Tuesday of the follow week and still management has not resolved my issue. I can’t get the manager to even return a phone call.Beware of this company. Poorly run and zero customer service. Ratings on this listing DO NOT reflect accurately the experience I have had with them.

This is by far the best self storage I have used!!! Ms. Dana has excellent customer service. Shes understanding, courteous and funny. Even if you get behind on payments, shell let you know the absolute last day to pay. Sometimes her fill-ins dont have a ¼ of the customer service she does. But no worries, you will rarely see them! Prices are great too. Thats what made me check them out in the 1st place!!

Had my storage almost three years. Several units were broken into mine as well. I was told that I need to buy a lock for the unit again to secure my property. Im more than sure the company should reimburse us for the lock instead of us paying for it ourselves. That really isnt good service to me. Customers service is fine,but I need to know that my property isnt going to be stolen. Honestly I dont want to give any stars. You are dead wrong for even asking anyone to buy another lock when this occurred on your property. And I was an idiot and pay a month ahead 😬😬😬😬😬😬😤😤😤!!!!
