I called the number on the website and talked to a receptionist to schedule my service appointment for an oil change and a tire patch. I was told that buying a new vehicle through Jim Keras entitled me to the first two oil changes on the vehicle being free.When I showed up for my appointment I was informed that this was not the case and paid for the most expensive oil change in my entire life.Also they told me that a nail was in the tire and it was patched/fixed. The tire was back down to 10 psi by the time I left work and completely flat (after filling up to 35psi at a gas station on my way home) by the end of the night.All in all, I will not be returning to Jim Keras for the purchase of any new vehicles nor for service moving forward.

Greatly disappointed in the quality of customer service that I have received since purchasing my Nissan Rogue. I emailed in regard to a finance concern and was assured that I would get a call/email back, I still have not. I then went to renew my tags and found out that Nissan still has not completed the process to transfer my tags over. When I called and requested to talk to the manager was informed that he works his own schedule and I could try calling back another day. I then got in contact with a finance team member and was told that there was nothing they could do but I could wait and hope that my tags were transferred in time. When I asked what I should do if it does not get transferred in time (my tags expire 10/31) she said try calling back on the last day of the month. Overall I do not believe this is being handle with care or urgency and I am disappointed in the response from the team over all.

Been going there since 2010. Excellent customer service in the service department. Thomas is the best. Helpful, professional, and makes you feel good about being a customer there. Free coffee while you wait. Unlike most places, Jim Keras hasn’t used the virus as an excuse to provide sub-par service.

This place is a joke from top to bottom. Sales gave me the wrong keys to the vehicle when I came back to pick it up took them two hours to find the keys to the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle with 11 miles came back someone else has driven it around with 30 miles on the vehicle. Gas station is a mile away...... Finance is straight crooks, they have a hidden fee called R.O.A.D fee which she was reluctant to explain what it was as I asked 5 times she finally said its a fee they charge if you lose one of the two keys that came with the car you can come back and get a third key for free I told he I didnt want that. She said it was mandatory that i get that I told her I no longer want the vehicle she said she can reduce it and eventually removed it when I began to leave. Now title clerk has lost the paperwork where I cannot obtain my tags after over a month. This dealership is clueless, everyone loves to blame Covid as the main cause of issues, that already lay within a company.

Well I showed up and was immediately directed to the service area. The employee that checked me in was very professional and explained everything that would be done and needed to be done to keep my car running as smoothly as possible. He then directed me to the waiting area and told me about the snacks and lounge as well as an estimated time for me to expect to be leaving. The area was nice, clean, and had plenty of snacks and things to keep me entertained while waiting. When my vehicle was ready the staff came took me to check out. The employee that checked me out was very nice and explained in fine detail every repair and the cost. Then the employee that checked me in walked me to my vehicle, gave me the key, and was very nice in my departure. It was the best experience I have had with Nissan and I will definitely come again as well as recommending other Nissan owners to come experience service at this location. It really was a delightful experience, the staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite above all else. As a customer I am impressed.

I took my 2014 Nissan Altima to Jim Keras in response to a recall for the cars hood latch. The serviceman checking me in was very professional and helpful. I asked them to check my brakes for me which he said they would do free of charge. While I was told it could take up to two hours the job was completed in a little over a hour, including a complete vehicle check, all at no cost. I bought a new 2011 Nissan Altima at Jim Keras and have taken my car there for regular checkups, oil changes, etc., and have always been impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. I needed an oil change the day before I left town. Despite not having a reservation, the service advisor got me in and even washed my truck. This was really impressive because neither of the two other Nissan dealerships would accept walk ins, and the next appointment for an oil change was three weeks out. I called on Wednesday October 6th for emergency service repair for my 2018 Nissan Rogue, which Id purchased from Wolfchase Nissan. Ms. Diane was very sweet and told me that the service area could take me first thing in the morning. The service the next morning was very wonderful and I was told to call the service department back to arrange my afternoon shuttle. Although there were some miscommunications about the status of my car and the ending time for shuttle pick up, the driver Mr. Bass picked me up on time on Friday, Oct 8th. After leaving, a very friendly man, Mr. Jeffrey Rhodes stopped me to chit chat. I ended up coming to see him on Thursday, Oct. 14 to possibly purchase a vehicle. He was very attentive and not pushy at all. He listened to my needs and showed me the perfect vehicle for me. My son was with me and he even helped manage him during the entire experience. When I had questions about financing and trading in my vehicle, he worked with his manager to get me the best deal so that I didnt walk away. It was by far, THE BEST car buying experience Ive ever had; I didnt feel like he was trying to coerce me into something that I didnt want. He even helped to set my vehicle up afterwards, booked my next service appointment, called my insurance company for me, and in all, showed a level of service that is not seen these days. He is a valuable asset to the Nissan Jim Keras sales team.

I gave myself a budget of $500 and told him, and he very nicely helped me determine what services I should do to help me stay in budget. While waiting I got to work at a table in a quiet space with the free wifi and charge my laptop. I had my 2019 Nissan Titan Crew Cab 4x4 SV Midnight Edition in for an oil change/service, new LT275/60R20/8 119/116S BFG ALL TERRAIN T/A KO2 installed and an alignment performed. All work was performed great and most of all Robert Brim Brimhall was very professional and get things taken care of that day. The only setback was that there ended up being a light vibration when the truck went over 60-65 mph. I followed up with Brim the following Monday, to which he once again immediately got me in and taken care of, and the service department rebalanced the wheels. So far so good. The tread is more aggressive than the original tires so I assume there will be a bit of a different feel. Cannot express how much of an asset the Brim is for you guys! When I got home from having my car serviced, I noticed something hanging down from underneath my car. It appears to be some type of rubber piece that wasn’t bolted back down to the bottom of my car. Fortunately, it isn’t dragging on or touching the ground. I’m now going to have to find the time to go back up to the dealership to have this issue addressed. It’s very frustrating as it always seems more often than not I leave the dealership with a new issue that I have to return to get resolved.

I have been searching for a new vehicle since the fall of 2020. My husband and I were Honda owners for a total of 17 years with the Accord and Pilot models.When I saw the new design of the Pathfinder, I knew this was the car for our family. The captain chairs In the second row and the removal of the middle console was the unique feature we were looking for.However, with today’s shortages of micro chips, I was not sure when I would be able to test drive or buy one.We live in Jackson, Tn so I started randomly calling several dealers around Memphis and Nashville to see when the 2022 Pathfinders would arrive. I spoke to Melvin King Jr. on June 8th. He did not hesitate to help me with this search. He knew when the Pathfinder was coming in for training. On June 9th, he sent me a video of the Pathfinder so I could see what it looked like.We stayed in contact over the next several weeks when he contacted me on July 7th and told me their shipment would be there between July 8th and July 10th. He called me July 9th at 9:06am to tell me their shipment had arrived. He took another video of what he had. It had all of the features I was looking for.Needless to say, we drove down from Jackson to test drive it around 2:00pm that afternoon. We decided to buy the car around 2:30pm. :)We were so impressed with Melvin and his determination to get us this SUV as well as the financial department helping us get the best deal.The Nissan Pathfinder by far had the best driving feel to it, much better than the Honda Pilot as well as the zero gravity memory foam seats.This may have been more than what you wanted to know but I had to share my story and how impressed I was with your dealership. I purchased my sons first car here and we could not be more happier and satisfied. Our salesperson was Brandon Hill and he was professional and honest. I had been looking for a car for my son for about two weeks and had dealt with dealerships that were not forthcoming. Jim Keras Nissan was nothing like that. I was very comfortable and did not feel pressured at all. Overall quick and great car buying experience. I will definitely return once I am in the market for another car.

I purchased a brand new set of tires from Jim Keras Nissan Saturday. Sunday morning, I walk to find 2 of the tires completely flat. We contacted them Monday morning, as they are closed Sunday, and they sent a tow truck to get the car. Apparently the tires were not sealed correctly hence, the air leaked out. Monday night, my husband finds the same 2 tires low and the tire pressure sensor light was on. The tires were completely flat again by Tuesday morning. Fortunately, my husband was able to pump them up with air and it was driveable.This time, I took the car to the dealership. Needless to say, I was livid. If Im being honest, I was a bit of a mad woman. I mean I was THAT customer...you know, the irate one. Enter Travis Bruce, Sr. Travis is the service manager at Jim Keras Nissan. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. He took complete ownership of Jim Keras Nissans mistake and worked quickly to remedy the situation. It was not an easy task to satisfy this customer but Travis was the man to get it done. He held my hand, so to speak, and personally handled every detail himself. I can not say enough great things about Travis. He is a class act from beginning to end and he made this lady one happy customer.

Went in for a routine oil change.. Made the appointment, was in the express shop 3 days later (easy-peasy).. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Clean waiting area, offered water & coffee..seating was available, 6 feet socially distant... Tech explained what was serviced and checked..Car washed...In and out in less than 30 minutes..... Kudos... Keep up the great work!!!!
