Requested info on a car online. received a very unprofessional call. didnt know if it was a drug deal or a car deal. when they wouldnt answer a qstn about price of vehicle I wouldnt agree to an appointment to come look at it. the salesman got frustrated and TRIED to get off the phone without an argument. stated I wasnt serious about buying the car lol. im assuming the price and/or terms are ridiculous so they have to rope u into face to face high pressure sales tactics. classic stereotypes of bad business car sales

Shady Shady Shady. This was the worst experience ever. I don’t know where you guys got this clown of a salesman Kash from. He is Very Unprofessional. Leaving customers sitting for 3 hours before doing any paperwork. We waited another hour just for an approval. This clown bounce from customer to customer, not getting anything done. I’m really surprised no one paperwork was mixed up. Constantly walking outside on the phone, with a office full of people. It also seem to be a problem with letting us test drive the car we picked out. I’ve never been to a New or Used car lot, were it was a problem test driving a car that I picked out beforehand.This clown also had us waiting a second day for him 2 return from lunch & came back smelling like WEED. I thought we were at a professional establishment, but I guess not. I gave you 1 star only because it’s a nice building. Car Choice you guys need better management there. You just lost potential customers ( J. Winters & D. Manning) that was approved.

They stopped reporting to the credit bureau and caused my score to decrease by 20 points!! I’m really considering letting them pick this pos up!! I’ve had my Equinox since Feb.2019,Worst mistake of my life! I should’ve went to American Car Center at least they report to the bureau, also what reputable dealership sells cars to individuals without a driver’s license???? Run from these idiots!!! RUN🏃🏿 FROM THIS PLACE,**UPDATE** I turned this ragged 2013 Chevy Equinox back in March 2021,It was the best decision I ever made!!! They don’t report to the credit bureau and plus I fulfilled my end of the contract

Shady place. I can understand the reviews about robbery and being ripped off. I should have known since these hole in the wall type of car places typically do that. Would not recommend. They wanted way too much down on a very small car. Kash was also a bit unprofessional. You can be friendly without being too comfortable with customers. Also, all the cars are “as is” without any warranty. That’s a huge red flag. You are better off going to DriveTime or an actually established car lot.

Bought a Chevrolet Traverse And something is wrong with it. Only had it for a month. Seems like the frame is loose. I am a resident of Mississippi and had to pay 700 in taxes. This place is high way robbery. They run your credit through over 12 creditors,🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Just terrible all around. I paid 2000 down and still have to pay another 1000 for taxes and tags. Not to mention, insurance they called the highest insurance provider so that was another 378 dollars out of pocket. I had to visit the dealership to have new roaters put on an a oil change.It took them 9 hours and my truck still shakes as if the frame is loose. DO NOT GO HERE!
