My Service Advisor for this visit was the best. I wished he had assisted when my 2020 G4 was brought in a few months. We came in for a simple oil change and it was refused by another Service Advisor, Lori, and a few hours leaving the dealership the oil plug came out which now a motor is needed on a brand new car with only 15,000 miles. She was the worst Service Advisor I have ever encountered. I have a purchased several brand new cars from Gossett since 2005 and she was first Service Advisor that was most unprofessional I have ever met. I had reservations and felt very unease bring my 2020 Outlander in for service and James made my experience a pleasant one. My G4 still needs a motor and been not working since leaving the dealership several months ago. Mike has advised me to bring the car for further review once the collision work is complete. I will certainly do this once the collision work is done. I have had several Certified Mechanics to evaluate the car and they stated it was no excuse the oil change was not complete when it was originally brought. The collision damage would not have prevented changing the oil. I pray this matter will be taken care of when I bring the G4 back to dealership. Again, I am thankful and grateful of how James handled my Outlander with so much care. Wished Lori would have done the same with my G4. I pray someone would have a heart to feel my pain and concern regarding this matter.

I been looking to buy a new Mitsubishi so i contacted them online for a pricing of a new Outlander but they would not tell me the price. The girl was pushing me to apply for a loan and want me to go up there to make a deal. I live almost 2 hours away and it not easy for me to do that. Every body will give you an e-price but these people. Be careful with them especially dont give them any of your personal info when they ask.

If there was a higher score than a 10 to give I WOULD ! We had been looking for a new car for MONTHS before coming to this dealership. The first day we came in and met with Levon. I was blown away at the service we received! He went above and beyond as we looked at the car and test drove it. He knew every single thing about the car and took so much time showing me all the features and how to use them. I left knowing exactly how to use all the functions on my Outlander. He made us feel important! We will recommend every single friend and family member to him, and he will always be our first go to when we are in the car buying process again. Absolutely amazing! While shes surfing the web.I can understand that people need lunch breaks, but shouldnt there be someone else available to check customers out? Or better yet, leave the desk so customers dont see you there doing personal stuff while Im waiting to cash out.Just some customer service issues that would make things a little better

Never would I recommend this place. Kept our car almost 2 months. The first month they couldnt even find it. It took 2 managers from Carmaxto drive down there to find it. The magager never took responsibility. Only blamed an office worker.And you would think they wouldve offered something for compensation. But no! Nothing!

I got some brakes and a oil change. For the first time in a minute my service was really good. The new lady that handles things for Mitsubishi is very nice and extremely helpful. She made sure all of my questions were answered, and all of my truck needs were made.

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with plain and simple. The lady at the desk is always at lunch and the service manager wont return any phone calls. Now after i was told by a employee he was going to get the manager directly,i was sent to voicemail. They play games and beat around the bush.

I was in Memphis for vacation and was having car issues that 3 other mechanics were unable to fix. I took my car to Mitsubishi in Memphis in hopes that they could fix the issue thinking surely the manufacturer of my vehicle can fix it, right? Wrong. $3100 later my car is still running poorly and I’m scared to drive my vehicle. I called several times and left one voicemail after hours, one voicemail for Mike, and another for Lauren and it took a poor survey for Mike to finally call me back. He didn’t even mention hearing my voicemail and just wanted to know why I left a poor survey. I was told that the “work order didn’t make sense” when speaking to Mike, which isn’t my problem and everything that was conveyed in the work order is not what I conveyed to the employee who did intake for my vehicle, Lauren. I spent $3100 on replacing my brakes, rotors and tire rods when the issue I’m having is likely under the hood. I communicated to the Lauren when dropping off my car that my RPM is increasing at sporadic intervals and their response was “maybe you have a lead foot”. They didn’t tell me that they didn’t know what was wrong with my vehicle until I picked it up and had to drive 7 hours back home, and asked me to see if it still had issues when using cruise control. I know my vehicle and I know when theirs something wrong, and I was made to feel that I was wrong. It’s also been three weeks and I took my tires in to a local place to get looked at this week and found that my rear tires were dry rotted, which Mitsubishi didn’t even catch when they looked at my vehicle. I haven’t spoken with Mike since Monday and was told he would reach out the next day to help resolve these issues. It’s hard to put into words the amount of stress this is causing me, I have had to call out of work several days since returning from Memphis. I feel that driving my car is putting myself and others in danger, and I have to have a functioning and safe vehicle as a first responder. I am very unhappy with the service I received.

Came down the Covington Pike strip of car lots today and found these guys. Just had a simple question if they had any cash cars for what I had on me. (Mistake #1 apparently). The guy showed my husband a car, they took my car to have it appraised for a possible trade in. Could never give us a straight answer about how much the car cost. After we test drove it and after lots of waiting around we were finally told this car was way out of the budget we had originally gave the guy. He pressured about financing. Then after he knew we werent interested in financing he said they didnt have any in our price range. Were not poor but we just know what we want and know that we dont want to go through the hassle of financing. Finally we get fed up and want to leave but cant because we realize this guy still has our keys and he kept disappearing off somewhere. Held our keys the whole time (Shady as f) and wasted 2 hours of our day, for a question that couldve been quickly answered. We felt uncomfortable and took our business to someone who didnt waste time helping us find what we asked for, and QUICKLY. If they are weird and shady about their selling process then how can I trust a vehicle coming from there? Why did it take 2 hours for you to tell me the price of a car?

Yes. My service advisor was nice but more customer service experience is needed . Uodate your customers of the work being done and how much time especially if they are staying at the dealership waiting. The waiting room need a major upgrade new chairs tables etc... no one was sanitizing anything I stayed foe 4 hours nothing was wiped down sprayed anything and covid is going on. This was my 3rd time coming and each time I waited hours this is not and has not been a good experience i have had several cars and always take my cars to the dealership and this is my first time with a dealership with these experiences I would like to know where else can I take my car yo get service is there another mitsubishi dealership that can service my 2020 mits outlander sport

I was told there would be a $140 plus tax for the diagnostics charge. My bill was $177. There was a $20.00 EPA charge and a $1.48 Data processing charge plus the tax. I was not told the complete story. Was not happy about that. What other hidden charges would I have had if I had them do the needed work. I did not even look at a Mitsubishi when I left. I had planned to and probably would have bought a new one had I not had concealed charges. That is dishonest to say the least.

Not sure Ive ever had a worse experience. Guided like sheep from the vehicle my wife and I arrived in straight to the desk of SHONDRA HOSKINS. We were there to see a particular car we had seen listed online for $19.9. We test drove and got back to the desk where Shondra began asking for any and all of our information before we had agreed on a price, to which I asked why would you need work #s and socials? and she responded lenders like to see if theyre able to give you money or not in a very condescending manner. Right here is where we should have asked to speak with the manager or another sales rep. We proceeded. Who said we required financing? No one.. Terrible assumption, Shondra, we were planning on paying cash. The first quote we were given was $4k higher than the online number Gossett had assigned before taxes (another hint we were trying to be taken advantage of). The car may be worth a value but we arrived with a budget we didnt intend on breaking. We explained this and SHONDRA who had to keep going back and forth to the manager clicking her pen more and more furiously, getting more and more animated in her behavior as if we were stealing her childrens shoes off their feet in front of her eyes. She came back a third time and dragged us back into the lot to show us a 2000 sedan with about 500k miles on it that she priced at $18k and said THIS is an $18k car to which I replied I would never pay $18k for that car, I wouldnt pay $2k for that car. She realized her demonstration was useless. We got back to the desk and reiterated what we could do, to which she in the rudest, most disgusting way possible responded Thanks for coming in you can leave now! Goodbye!I really hate that my wife has had a hard enough time in her car search already and then gets treated like this. I also feel bad that through this whole fiasco, SHONDRA is supposed to be TRAINING another woman, whos having to witness this horrid display of sales and human behavior. I can only hope shes taking notes of how NOT to treat people.Whats really sad is we could have went home and slept on it and reevaluated finances to make it happen. On Monday I took my Outlander Sport ES in after it began surging and the service transmission light came on. The next morning the service department called letting me know that I was getting a new transmission under warranty. The provided me a rental until the repairs were made. Initially I was told the new transmission would not be in until Friday morning and the job would not be completed until the following Wednesday. As promised the transmission was received on Friday. Surprisingly on Friday afternoon I was called and told that I could pick up my car! Since then the car is running better than it ever has so I suspect the transmission was defective from the time I purchased it I just did not know better. Thank you for the quick service and great customer service!

Why why why did we stop there. Just make sure to go prepared print the prices and if you are promised something like an extra key put it in writing. Anything promised put it on the contract. Take some lawn chairs it will be forever plus an hour. We regret that day and wear it like a thorn under my fingernail.

Called the repair shop to inquire about a mitsubishi warranty issue and the staff was terribly unfriendly. No manners, no please/thank you, and even hung up on me. Some guy in the mitsubishi repair department, whos name starts with an L. Leon or something. Rudest person I have ever spoken to. Get an attitude adjustment.

Bullied by a sales associate, Dustin S., at Gossett Porsche. He tried to push a VW Passat on me even though I told him I had no interest in that car what so ever. Continually insisted that I dont know what Im missing and that this VW was way better than the Nissan I wanted to purchase. Needless to say, I didnt buy anything from them and I will likely avoid this lot the next time Im looking for a car. Went to another dealer and purchased the Nissan I wanted.

Auto service will try to milk you for all youre worth. Not only are they fairly rude and unfriendly for the most part, but I had the front end of my Lancer diagnosed by them (which isnt even free, costs $20.00), and they came back saying that I needed new struts, new outer and inner tie rods, and a new front engine mount, all for only $1550.00. Yeah, I told them I was going to look into it elsewhere.I ended up waiting 6 months (because I didnt think the problems were as dire as they had made it sound), AND moved to indiana, (driving this same vehicle) and when I noticed some side-to-side play in my front passenger wheel, I took my car into another auto shop to see if they thought it was anything more than a tie rod. They didnt. They said everything looked great except the passenger side tie-rod end. $150.00 to replace the tie rod end and realign the wheels. Also, the place I took my car to in Indiana, did NOT charge to asses my front end, they did it for free and then asked if I wanted to get it taken care of there.

We called yesterday morning to see if we could qualify for a new Mitsubishi and were told by Jasmine that they werent turning anyone away this weekend...EVERYONE IS APPROVED!!. When we drove on the lot, we were practically mobbed trying to park. Went in to find Jasmine who pushed us on to Eric Ramirez. Most pushy and arrogant salesman Ive ever met! He degraded his co worker in the next stall saying a week ago he was wearing a grass skirt and cant speak English well yet. Seeing as Im with my black boyfriend, I was horribly offended. In the end, we werent approved and went to CarMax where we were in and out with a new car. Ill never go back and never refer anyone to this place.
