Always a great experience here. Service and parts departments are first rate. Jared is an exceptional service advisor. Service on my Subaru is always spot on. Great place to purchase or trade your current vehicle too. Inventory is currently comprised due to Covid and parts assembly shortages, however they will do their best to locate you a new or used car from elsewhere. This is truly a fine dealership!

Went there for a trailer brake adapter harness. They didnt have it in stock but were able to order it for tomorrow. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful.

They seem to get slower every time I go, and always trying to add more money to your bill. The attendant who helped me today was always busy helping customers who came after me or other coworkers. My car was finished, and it took him 20 mins to get my bill ready. Another employee made an excuse he was filing a claim for my tire, but the tire was repaired, not replaced. There was no claim to file. Hope they start to do better, or else Ill have to look for better.

I was so upset when I had to leave my car. Now Im stuck without transportation and my baby birthday is tomorrow. They dont have rental cars for their customers. I was told that any. They blamed it on the pandemic. This is really not good business at all.

Where do I begin... salesman Anthony Simmons took great care of my parents the moment they walked in the door. Although I dont always like spending the money to have my vehicle serviced when needed, Corey Greer never pushes extra or unneeded things upon me. Which is a plus in my book. The work was done nicely, the drivers side mat was just on the passenger side seat with dirt all on the seat, other than that it was fine customer service and they followed up daily or every other day to tell me about the progress on my car.

Very amazing place. They gave me a deal on my first car that I paid all cash for. The service however since that purchase has been questionable. I came in to get my tags for the next month (since my plate had not came in), and the lady at the desk lied to my face claiming that “cops aren’t pulling people over right now”. After speaking with my mother and coming back, I spoke to the manager and got my temp tags updated. Did not deserve that treatment just for being a teenage client. Otherwise a very good place.

Excellent & prompt services. I had two flat tires and called their Starlink service from my car for towing my car. It was towed within an hour and the flats were replaced free of charge in less than an hour while i was drinking their gourmet coffee which i also took to work.

Been very pleased with all my visits so far. I have to drive an hour and a half to get here but I like that they have a decent waiting room along with another more private sitting area with access to Internet. The staff and service have always been great. I only wish they had more food services inside.

Not sure about how many stars to give it. Did not have the vehicle serviced there, since I was quoted ~$400 to have a computer programmed that I had just bought from their parts department. Total would have been well over $600 for parts and programming. Took it to another shop down the street that did the exact procedure for $130. Beware of dealers in general.

I had a very pleasant visit recently. I went in for tire damage, and ended up getting the tire completely replaced, but my warranty covered the entire cost. Joe Brown was the mechanic who helped me, and he was very professional. They got the job done quicker than I expected.

I always go back to the dealer for my oil change. Yesterday charged out air filters too. They left off my panel inside the car and didnt put one of my hubcaps back on after airing up my tires. Fast but careless this time around.

70000 truck supposed to be a 1st vip service didnt even rotate my tires left truck dirty just to take sure it was done and left oil smudges on door and fender...only two service writers on a Saturday which is usually the busiest day from past dealerships ive been too...want you in a out quickly as possible...figure they at least wash it!
