Thank you to Conrad for giving an honest second opinion on our RV. We previously had another mechanic tell us we had a blown head gasket and tried to get a lot of $ out of us to fix it. They took the time out to help diagnose it and determined there wasn’t much of an issue. Saved us a lot of $ and the stress of having to find somewhere to stay and renting a car, etc.

Excellent Service! My family was on a cross country trip and our RV was having issues. They took care of us right away and were able to get us on our way so quickly.

These guys are the BEST! My car broke down and I was told by Pep Boys that Jiffy Lube overfilled my oil. Both places refused to even touch my car. I was devastated and upset because they both said I needed a new engine. I decided to get a third opinion and Im so glad I did.I had it towed to MHC Ford, and was there less than 10 minutes and they had my car running. I didnt need a new engine at all and ended up driving away with a decent price for the fix!Thanks so much! The customer service was great too, and they were fast and efficient!

Very courteous & professional staff. The service manager Mr. Conrad Jones was awesome from intake of my 2020 Ford Mustang, until I picked it up. They diagnosed it and fixed it in no time. I would recommend this service dept to anyone, hands down the best in the city. Need more kike them

I had the Cadilatic converter stolen out from under my Motor home in Memphis and I called MHC. They were great. I took it in on a Wednesday and it was done by Friday. I was unable to pick it up Friday and they said no problem you can get it Monday. By Monday it had snowed 4 inches, I refuse to drive in snow. I called and the said no worries. Its locked inside the gate and we understand. By Wednesday it snowed another 4 inches and when I called the were okay with whenever I could pick it up. I had to wait until Monday when the snow was gone but I am so thankful for MHC. They went above and beyond . I would definately recommend MHC to all my traveling friends.

I am currently traveling back to CA from TN with 2 young children to pick up my husband who is currently deployed with the Marines. As soon as I hit Memphis my RV stated giving me issues and wanted to shut down. I was able to find MCH Ford and turns out that my Alternator was going out. Between Conrad and Chris who I spoke to and helped me, they went above and beyond customer service to have the part ordered and replaced in a few short hours and get me back on the road. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful words cant express how grateful I am. Thank you for everything!!

Conrad and his team are such a blessing! They are so very kind and truly embrace the volunteer state spirit 💕Our rv broke down in memphis along our cross country journey. Within a few hours we were back on the road!! Absolutely 💯 amazing 🙌 service!!!!I was a panicked mama, alone, and broken down in a 37ft rv with my toddler, newborn, and geriatric dog. The kindness and generosity we were given is truly unmatched. Without question, this is a business I look forward to working with again!

Terrible service they overcharged me for something that wasn’t even major they added labors hours that weren’t necessary they took 8 hours to diagnose a problem that wasn’t even difficult. CONRAD WAS THE GUY TO STEAL MY MONEY AND TRIED TO TRICK ME INTO PAYING MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE FOR STUFF I DIDNT EVEN NEED. Do not trust him he will take advantage of you if you don’t know better

When looking for an honest place to get your car fixed - PLEASE do not go here. We went looking for one problem fixed, which it wasnt and instead we received a thousand dollar bill for diagnostic work?! We knew the problem ... we needed it fixed. Conrad charged us for an overview and then would not release the car without paying the bill. With COVID19 and the job market this unnecessary cost was a big hit. Next time we know better and hopefully I can save you all from the same pain. Goodluck and thank you for nothing MHC Ford.

Great place, great people.was in town working when truck started to act up. Called MHC and they took us right in. Went out of there way to help us even taking us home till truck was finished and then came back and picked us up to go get the truck. You dont find these kind of folks often. So if you have a ford that needs work go see MHC. They will do there best to fix your truck and put a smile on you face.

Horrible service took forever overcharged me tried to make me pay for services I didn’t even need plus added extra labor hours without actually doing any labor DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND

Worst customer service I have ever seen. When you call the it takes 5 minutes to be transferred to parts and when you get to parts the guy has no idea whats he doing. I asked did they have the part I needed and the parts guy put me on hold again. This time even longer and when he came back he acted like he didnt know what a thermostat housing was and refused to listen to the part number I received from the Mt. Moriah location. So then he tells me I need my vin number just for him to tell me if they had the part or not. I have owned fords most of my life and never did I need my vin just for a part inquiry. The fact that the a high temperature coolant part is made of plastic and not aluminum bad enough. On top of the fact that you cant get replacement parts easily from the dealer. I can see exactly why so many people are buying foreign cars.
