Just called about a car on line and the sales person was so rude. I told her I saw a car on there website on line, told her the make and model then see asked me if i saw it on line. Well did I just not tell you that. She said Im trying to help you in a rude way. I told her I was looking to buy a car there but I can go some place else. She hung up. 1 less sale I guess you make good enough money to hang up on a buyer. You would think you be a little smarter. Gossett dont car you lose 1 customer 2 more walk in the door. So sad how service is so bad today.

Had my car for 2 months for recalls performed just to tell me that I needed a simple job done that they won’t do because more cars after mines needs attention…. You’d think since your under the hood and I agree to service that it’ll be done.. nope placed my car on the back burner and then ignored my calls… So all which led to me going in person to get told BY THE MANAGER…“ I’M SICK OF ALL THESE RAGGEDY A22’s HYUNDAI’s COMING IN! Ive been in and out of Hyundai dealerships since December 2020 after I had engine failure while driving out of town near N. Little Rock. I wont go into all the dirty details of the treatment Ive received from the dealerships that Ive had to deal with. But my most recent trip to the Mt. Moriah Gossett Hyundai Dealership has been a breath of fresh air. I will give one small warning that is in no way the fault of this dealership......After some phone transferring issues because of the shared phone system between dealerships causes your call to be transferred to the wrong dealership, which can be extremely frustrating; so be sure of which one your are transferred to because no matter how exact you are in saying which location you need, it can be the wrong one. I finally got the service manager Joe on the phone, and he immediately took action to help me. My car had been in their location on 3/5 with a master cylinder replacement and then just a few months later on 5/17 my brakes were having issues again, Joe took no risks and sent a tow truck to come and get my car. The few days they were in possession of my car he took every single phone call from me and kept me in the loop of what was happening. He made sure that they checked everything before diagnosing my issue. I have been saying for months that it would be great to have a mechanic I could trust, Im pretty sure I found that in the Gossett Hyundai Service department. Thank you

This is the only negative review Ive ever left for anything, but I feel obligated, as Im in shock at the poor intake and communication process in the Service department. My original dealer was like clockwork (I moved from out of state), but this experience has been the exact opposite, as the person and process managing my service account has simply unnecessarily wasted my time and money. The technicians seem perfectly fine in my limited interaction, as the primary issue is administration and unapologetically pitiful customer service. To be clear, this isnt some weird complicated personal dispute that you often see in bad reviews. This is simply to alert others that you will be much better off going elsewhere for any standard maintenance, as I am sure I will be in the future.

I definitely feel that the guys are honest and dont try to stretch the truth. Hyundai itself has great manufacturer warranties and takes care of their customers. Only downside is wait times can be a while so prepare for that. Otherwise I am always treated very well by all staff.

My experience with the finance department was disappointing after being told that I could upgrade i went through the paperwork with them and no response each time I had to bring my car back with service issues I had to go and question whats going on..Mind you I also question why you havent gotten back to my bff after almost a month for her upgrade. Its either yes or no they ran credit reports several times which has lowered our scores. I saw laughter chilling but never a direct answer. It would be professional curiosity to return phone calls or a decent response it doesnt take several weeks.So yes Im highly disappointed. Ill continue getting my car serviced. But I wont send anyone to that location

The service department experience was good. But the sales staff was disappointing. They convinced me to allow them to look into up grading me 2017 Hyundai . So, I let them pull run my credit report to see if I could get approve for an upgrade. Needless to say I havent got a response and its been 3 weeks now.

I have bought two cars with this dealership and even recommended family and friends. The fiance department is great but the sales people are terrible about not getting all the documents for there records. After you sign the contract they want to call and threaten you to bring the car back. Because they failed to do there job in getting all the documents. My family and myself will never buy or service any of cars here again.

Had a great experience with the service dept. this week. I must admit when I bought my car there 5 years ago I loved all the helpful staff. Over time that staff left service and sales so I took my car to another dealership. I had to have my car towed on monday in the bad weather and I must say everyone was so helpful from the phone operator to the service department . Teresa your a doll and so knowledgeable about hyundai and the maintenance guys all of them where so awesome !! Sorry I cant remember all their names, but thanks guys! I will go back for service in the future and if I buy a new car!

All I can say is it the people that make this location great. Been going their for 2 years fair and honest. Make sure you give the correct details when you need something diagnosed and thing go a lot smoother. I find that the end results of a great service experience has a lot to do with the details provided by the owner. They are technicians not wizards. However the service advisor seems to juggle with a magic act.

Scheduled routine service for my 17 Tuscon, and it was done to my satisfaction. Also discovered I had a minor recall that needed a part ordered, and scheduled that work for the following week. It was performed as promised, with no issues. As a former dealership employee (from another state) Im perhaps more picky when it comes to service work, but I have no complaints at all with your service department. Good job!

I left the service department not feeling confident that my concerns about my vehicle were addressed. I had to ask and ask to get answers and I did not feel like the front desk person for the service area understood what the service team did to my car, and he couldnt adequately explain what their notes meant. He was condescending and I dont think Ill be back soon.

Wouldnt go there if youre in any sort of hurry.There are plenty of people on the showroom floor if youre looking to buy a car, but if you have anything else to do, pray that youre the first and only one there. There are not enough people in the service part of the dealership and even if you call ahead you could be waiting a while when you arrive. All I needed to get checked was a tire and they ended up having to send me around the corner to Kia to even get it looked at.They dont do bad work, but it takes too long to start.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Everyone at this dealership is top notch. I had my 2 children with me and I broke down 250 miles from home. They stayed until 930 pm doing the paperwork for me and when they couldnt get in touch with the banks so they called me the next morning and delivered the car to my home in Alabama. I will drive out of my way from here on out to buy a car! Thanks again for making an awful situation better for my babies and I.

The customer service was horrible. I brought my car in to be service, waited 2 hours just to be told the part they needed wasnt available. Then was told to reschedule for the following week and the part would be in. Well I did just that. Brought my car in the following week and waited 2 hours again to be told that the car needed to stay overnight so that whatever they used to correct the issue could dry. Came the next day as told to pick up vehicle only to notice my car was just sitting there. Was told that the part didnt come in like they thought it was. Well, you lied to me the day before saying it was fixed and waiting to dry. Long story short, wasnt able to pick my car up till that Monday. Now my car is running worst than what it was when I first brought it in.

Buyer beware! This dealership practices yo-yo financing and spot deliveries. You spend hours buying the car, take it home, drive it for 3 weeks and then they call and tell you your financing fell through. You have the option of refinancing at a higher rate or giving the car back and losing your down payment or they repossess your car. It is ridiculous that a large “credible” dealership uses these types of practices to prey on young buyers with little credit or people with less than stellar credit. Be smart and informed - go somewhere else to buy your vehicle. This dealership is horrible!

I would have to say my experience with Gossett has been top of the line wonderful. They treated me like family and showed me love. I was able to leave away with 2016 Elantra my love Mr. Terrence Rhodes, Mr. Craig, Mr. Derek was very awesome and amazing. By me being a first time car buyers I was able to get a nice car. Once, I received my car my sister went as well and got her a car, then my cousin my Aunt and Nanny. All of them purchase a new car through Gossett. My experience has been nothing but amazing and Mr. Terrence and Mr. Derek. Thanks! Will be back on my trade for my Kia Sorento or Hyundai Santa fa

I typically don t do online reviews unless I was extremely satisfied or extremely dissatisfied. In this situation, Im unfortunately very dissatisfied. I purchased a vehicle from the Mt. Moriah location back on Feb 6 of this year. As of today, June 9th, Ive spent about $1200 in repairs on the vehicle and I still need 2 new tires and the air isnt working. My experience at the dealership wasnt bad in terms of friendliness. Derek was my salesperson. He was nice but didnt do much in terms of selling the vehicle I purchased. I cant remember the loan guys name but he was really good and secured me a decent loan, considering my blemished credit report. Now, I went to the dealership with a trade-in and $1200 down. I was unable to get the car of my choice, which was a used Sonota. So they showed me another used vehicle an 08 Volvo C30 with low mileage. Long story short, this is the vehicle I purchased...much to my regret. The night I bought the car, the problems started. A message came on that the stop lamp need to be replaced. I took it back to Gossett and the service dept was closed and my salesman told me to bring it back the next day. When I did, I was told that they couldnt make any repairs and I needed to go to Volvo. Wow...they wouldnt even change a $10 bulb that was clearly out when they sold me the vehicle. Fast forward 2 months, and Ive spent $450 on 2 tires, $260 on a battery, and the most recent being today $620 for CV joint boots. To add insult to injury, the $2000 Fidelity warranty the sold me has been absolutely useless. This was my first time buying a used card and probably my last unless I have a mechanic to go along and check the car out. Its apparent that Gossett didnt do any work to my vehicle prior to selling it to me. Its a shame that a dealership can sell a lemon to someone with no consequences. I wouldnt refer my worst enemy here to buy a car because they clearly have unethical practices. I guess you live and learn....

I spent 3 and a half hours here after getting a nail in my tire. Finally they told me they would not be able to fix it and could get me a new tire next week. I chose not to give them my business and left. Immediately went to Goodyear and they assessed my problem and replaced my tire in 15 minutes.
