Chuck Hutton did repair the issue, which was a damaged steering column as a result of an attempted vehicle theft. My issue is that some settings disappeared after the repair. Now the doors which would unlock automatically either when the vehicle went into Park or when the key was removed from the switch do not work that way anymore. So the problem was fixed, but something was taken away in the process - a feature that was useful to me. I am grateful for the repairs, but I should not have lost useful function in the process.
I called another dealership about a tire and they didn’t get back to me until 5 that day….same day, after being informed this dealership would have to order the tire and it could take up to 3 days to get, I called Chuck Hutton. The lady that answered said they would look to see if tire was in stock and if it wasn’t they would find it within a few hours! Amazing to go above and beyond. Luckily they had the tire. Only negative was the wait but it was worth it vs waiting three days for a tire.
Overall a terrible experience. One should not have to wait 4 hours for an oil change- and if so- the environment could be so much more comfortable.Staff were unable to address my further needs in a timely manner, causing me to leave the dealership with issues I will need to address at another service center.I’ve been to this dealership for service in the past, where staff forgot about me and left me to wait for my car for over 6 hours. Do not go here if you have the option.
Great customer service from my service advisor Donna Williams, I always ask for her by name for each appointment. Since my retirement in March 2020 Chuck Hutton Chevrolet is no longer the closest most convenient dealership but I continue to go there for the customer service and quality repairs. Keep up the good work.

The service department on Mt. Moriah is the worst I have ever dealt with and I have owned a lot of vehicles. It’s sad to be that horrible. They had my car for 59 days to diagnose and fix what they say was a broken axle. The only way there was any communication was if I called or emailed. Absolutely pitiful!! As I drive my car home the front end still rattles. So after 59 days they did not fix the problem. The front desk lady is rude as hell also. Worst experience ever with a car place!!!
During a trip to Atlanta my Corvette ran hot so I towed it to a dealership in Atlanta and took a flight back home to Olive Branch. I called the dealership in Atlanta to check the status and they had never even touched the car. They stated that it would be at least 4-6 weeks before they could even look at it. So I went and transported the car to a local shop in Olive Branch who stated it looked like major engine problems and they couldn’t work on it so I had it towed to You guys and it was there about 10 days; you corvette person ran test and fixed the problem and it wasn’t a major engine issues. Picked my car up and I’ve been killing the Highway every since… great service
Having moved from out of state, I needed to find a dealership that was able to service my vehicle without any hassle. I made an appointment through their website and was hoping for the best based on their good reviews. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by Josh with whom I scheduled the appointment. He was very friendly, professional and customer service focused. He reviewed my appointment notes for what service I needed to have completed, ensured all of my questions were answered and pointed out where the customer service lounge was and/or the show room area to wait for my vehicle. Sherrita at the customer service desk in show room was so sweet and also customer service focused! Thank you Josh and Sherrita for a great first experience and ensuring I have found a great home for my vehicle service needs!
My sister was visiting me from out of town . Her car developed trouble, it couldnt make it to her rural mechanic. Chuck Hutton said that they were very, very backed up. Also, commented that the loaner and rental cars were out of inventory. I told them we only had the one Farm pick up truck, left. They took the car onto the lot, explained that it would be two weeks before they could examine it, then call us and repair it. It took a month and my sister was told that it was ready for pick up. After having to deal with the other dealerships, CHUCK HUTTON WAS A BLESSED RELIEF. Thank you for your kind and compassionate care for a family in distress.
A great and friendly staff, facility always clean. The only thing that I would like to be looked more into is, the working space of the service reps. It is very congested. Greg Never slow down Kinsey, always make sure he explained everything, make sure that I understand, keep me updated while my vehicle is in service, and he make sure I am satisfied before I leave. This company has had my car for almost a month now. My initial appointment was 8/3/2021. Today is 9/2/2021 Just to find out nothing has been done that I originally brought my car to get checked out for. I originally had a Joshua b. As an advisor weeks went by with no call and I finally popped up just to find out he’s no longer with the company. No one called to inform me or give me any updates. I had to get several Uber’s to and from this facility because no one answers the phone just to get turned around each time because no one can give me a definite answer as to what’s going on. I have had to spend over $1000 for the month for a rental car as well due to not having a vehicle. Yesterday I went to pick up my car (when I was told it was ready) just to get turned around again because “my car would not crank”. My car never had a problem with being cranked up before I dropped it off. This is ridiculous and I’ll never bring another vehicle here again. Here I am today, still without an answer as to what’s going on and where my car is.
I really hate giving a 1 but in this case. First I must say our buying experience was pretty cool. Easy breezy! We are in a 2020 Silverado and a few weeks ago the truck start to become hesitant and making a loudpopping noise. We called and stated the problem and were told to bring the truck In. We did not hear anything concerning the status of the truck for a week and a half. I called and the receptionist told me she would escalate an email but still nothing. We called back the next day and they said someone named Joe or somebody quit. All of this time my husband and I have been sharing one car and did not have access to a loaner. I went on the website an emailed the manager Mr. Downs, Mr. Hutton and somebody else. Our tailgate is supposed to be automatic and we have to assist everytime and basically they told us to deal with it. No one in management has tried to call and solve these issues. My husband went and picked the truck up today and at this point we are trading it in. It would be nice for someone to reach out to us to make this right
I took my 2018 Chevy Malibu in early June 2021 as it was running hot, this was after I had spent almost 12k on auto repairs/body work in January of this year. Based on what I paid in January, you would think that all the issues would have been resolved with the auto repairs. The June auto repair was over $700 for a part that should have been fixed and caught the first time. My car is still running hot and not fixed!! I have had to find another mechanic and pay additional money to get it fixed. Chuck Hutton Chevrolet kept my car for almost a month and a half with little to no communication and no one offered the use of a service loaner. The service rep, Angela was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and had the audacity to be upset with me about my vehicle, when I am a paying customer. No one ever called back, kept us informed or provided basic customer service. This is the absolute last time I will go to them for repairs or any body work. I have bought numerous vehicles with them in the past, but they have lost me and my family as customers. I refuse to patronize them ever again and if I could give no stars, I would. Angela is a detriment and a liability to your organization with her attitude and her approach to customer service which is non-existent, she never answered calls and was unfamiliar with the vehicle in question when she was the original service advisor!! The mechanics also must not know what they are doing or looking at for an issue like mine to not be resolved.
Mr. Kinsey was an excellent person. He was very nice and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. He explained to me every details of the maintenance. I was very impressed!
The reason I rated it low is because of the wait time. I arrived at Chuck Hutton at 7:45am and sat in line until 8:43am before someone came to help me. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my trunk looked at because my trunk would not open. They told me I also needed and alignment. I agreed. They didn’t tell me how much the trunk repair would be until 1:1:30pm. I asked how long it would take. She said 30minutes. I kept going bed ack asking because 30 minutes passed and my car was not ready. My car was not ready until 3:00pm. I did not eat breakfast before coming but bought fruit, snack and water with me because I had waited for hours before. I am diabetic and did not eat before going to Chuck Hutton, and had nothing to eat while there. Not good for my health.I think the least Chuck Hutton can do is provide fruit, snacks and water to patrons who have to wait hours for repairs. That is definitely not good customer service and it is not a reflection of service department personnel or technicians.

Josh did a wonderful job in repairing my 2013 Sonic and preparing my used car for shipment to my son in California. He is also a very personable supervisor!My only complaint is that your robot called me 3 times the previous day to tell me the car was ready. When I arrived the next day to pick it up, it was not ready, which caused me to be delayed 1.5 hours for no reason. I am an executive with a busy schedule.

I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife. I’ve owned Chevy trucks for 19 years and worked at several dealerships. This was by far my best experience at any dealership I’ve encountered!!!

Car battery failed still under warranty, had to pay the labor for another battery. ($84) plus get a rental car ($400) because my car was there for 7 days. Every time I called for the service agent I could never talk to her. Had to go to this place 3 times. Its ridiculous how bad the service is. This is the second time this has happened to me. No way will I recommend this place of business.
Its always a pleasure doing business with Mr. Kinsey. I can trust that he going to be honest with any recommendations of services needed for my vehicle. I think that when you make an appt to have something done like an oil change it should be done in a timely manner. Even if you have an oil change & tires rotated as I did, it doesnt take 2 1/2 hrs. My appt was for 10:30am.- I was there but it took time to see a representative, do paper work etc., before my car was taken back & didnt leave there until after 12:30pm. My customer service rep Donna Williamswas very help in explaining everything. Im very glad I didnt have another appointment that I had to be at because I wouldve missed it.
On 6/28/21 I took my 2019 Chevrolet Trax to Chuck Hutton service department because something was going wrong in the drive train. Its still under warranty, thats why I took it to a dealer. On 7/29/21 my Service Rep Joe finally told me my car would be going up on the rack on Friday 7/30/21 and that he would update me on Monday 8/2/21. Well, today is Wednesday 8/4/21 and still no update. Not even the usual excuses. I understand that the pandemic has interrupted the supply chain for everyone but 37 days without a vehicle or even a diagnosis is just too long. 37 days and its still in the shop !

I left my truck for warranty repair. A window leak on brand new trucks is absurd. 55k truck and leaks. Shame on you GM. I dropped off the 2nd time and left my truck there, they did not fix the problem. They had tar and grease all splattered on my white truck. I had to argue with the service manager and they still insisted that they were not responsible. I received poor service quality. I had to spend literally 3 hours removing all the tar/grease from my paint. God forbid if I had a black truck I would not have known. Do not make same mistake and leave your vehicle here to drop off. They did not fix my truck, it is still leaking. Good luck trying to call the service department, no one answers or returns calls. Very horrible experience and will not return. Worst dealership i have ever been.

We were Traveling back to Raleigh NC and our car broke down. We had it towed to the service dept. It was about 1:00 Sat and the service closes at 4. There was a long line of customers there. They told us they would do their best to find out what was wrong, they are aware of broken down customers and the stress it caused. And they did! There was not enough time to fix it. We flew home and they kept in contact with me the next about what was needed and the progress. I let them know I needed to pick the car up on Saturday and they worked to get the car fixed/working. I am sure other places treat people well, BUT this is the place I was treated WELL and they understood being broken down out of town. Special thanks to Josh who was our Rep at the Service Dept. He did a GREAT job explaining what they were going to do and could done and then kept me informed while I was back in Raleigh. The Service Manager on duty Saturday (the 10th) was VERY helpful and very willing to help us out and calm our nerves. I am glad I have the chance to let you know. Please let them know I appreciated them and they did a good job at Customer Service.
Had an appt at 230 to get an oil change and Im still here as of 450pm. Hell I could have went n got GM certified and done it myself. This ridiculous service. It was easier process buying the vehicle. UNREAL!!

Did the appointment online but didnt know I needed to choose a associate to see when I arrived but the lady who assisted me answered all my questions and check me the wait wasnt that long there was coffee clean waiting room they text you to let you know your vehicle was ready didnt really know after or where to go when I got the message but the employees showed me everything.. thanks again

They had my car 34days before they test drove it and then says nothing wrong with it after i been in a rental all that time so warranties didnt cover it if nothing was wrong so i had to psy for a rental a month i didnt need if they wouldve trst drove my car!! The manager Darell will flat out lie too you not cover anything!!!

Everything was easy, but I get frustrated that free services are always “not working.” Whenever I request that my vehicle be run through the wash, something is wrong with the machine. There is a sign that advertises “free sanitation” with service but it’s $29.99 without it. Of course, it was “not working” when I inquired about it.
My experience was quick and easy, everyone was very helpful and professional. The customer service was A1 which is one thing thats the most important to me. Let me also add I got exactly what I wanted so Im very happy.

My air conditioner is still not working. i brought my car in for the radio and air conditioner not working. My car was at the dealership for a week. Just to get it back and still have one of the issues I brought it in for. The air work for 2 days and went back out. It was still blowing out hot air when it was working.
My experience was nice and staff was nice and professional to have a casual conversation with my experience was pleasant.
My service advisor was excellent and oil change and tire rotation with extra 21 point check all went smoothly and gives me peace of mind and what to look forward to for my upcoming checks.
Actually, No Stars. I waited at Chuck Hutton 6 hours under the impression my truck was being repaired. The diagnostic test was complete 8:09am and I gave and immediate green light for them to proceed with the repairs. After 6 hours it was brought to my attention that the service technician hadn’t even started on my vehicle. I was one of the first vehicles to arrive for service at 7am on June 19, 2021. To be told at 12:30pm that I would still have to bring my truck back another day is unacceptable. I spent one half of a work day there. A total mismanagement of my time. And on top of that, I still had to pay the diagnostic just to get my keys back. I will not refer anyone to the dealership. The costumer service is horrible.
I requested a Buyers Order for the purchase of a new Equinox...after I waited a few days for the delivery of a vehicle to the Dealership. I was ready to come sign papers and drive off with the new vehicle on Saturday...and heard nothing. In addition, I was already pre-qualified through GMAC for financing...yet...not one, but TWO hard inquiries were performed on my Credit Rating.
I had a great experience at Chuck Hutton during this visit, but I noticed my invoice stated that the rotation of my tires could not be rotated because there was no wheel lock presented. The person I met that day was Calvin because Greg was running late and Calvin asked for the wheel lock and remote. I told Calvin I left the remote and wheel lock in the driver door, so Im not sure why the rotation wasnt done. This is now the second time my tires have not been rotated, but 27 point inspection is to be performed on all vehicles that Chuck Hutton services. Im not sure how they always miss the rotation, but that is one of the requirements when getting an oil change right??
I dropped my car off more that 10 days prior to pick up. I had to call for them to finally check to tell me a wire was loose. Then I had to pay over $461 in labor for them to plug something back in. My complete total was $612 but I did get oil change also. I was told that they would change out wires & fuses but that was not on invoice. I feel like I was completely ripped off and that is sad. I have said nothing but good things about your company and sent referrals. I have got 3 cars for you company and used the Service Dept for 16+ years. I don’t feel taken care of as a customer & I am very disappointed and upset with my treatment.
ZERO STARS!! Only have one star because I had to!!This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I made an appointment to have active recalls done and my ABS module programmed. I get there and CALVIN BARNES has me wait over an hour, then tells me that there is no one available to work on my vehicle! Why wasn’t this told to me before the appointment was made and my time was wasted?? Mr. Barnes didn’t seem concerned that this error was made nor did he attempt to take any corrective action to rectify the mistake that was made by the company he represents! This is bad business and I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment to anyone looking fo maintenance done to their vehicle!!

Times are tough for employees right now but,5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Well the tires didnt get it, because the same low tire indicator was still on the rear driver side. I just shook my head. After this Walmart isnt so bad after all. TRUTH 😔

My car has literally been at the Mt Moriah location in Memphis for a month. My ticket has been paid-a little over $1000 and still no resolve to why my car is still sitting on the lot. I will now go pick my car up before closing today 6/19/2021 due to poor communication, service and I have to get rid of my car because it has not been serviced just a bunch of lies for weeks. I have been in 3 rentals and have taken Lyft rides back and forth to work in between turning in my rentals. I have been called to pick up my car and then having it stop on me the same day with the same issue showing on my dash and having to have it towed twice in 1 month. I went to pick up the last time after my throttle bottle was to be replaced and they brought my car out with the check engine light on and now I just want to retrieve my car that is just sitting in slot 97 on the yard with the keys on the seat. The disrespect is real at Chuck Hutton Chevrolet Memphis- Mt Moriah location.
1) Sale team was cooperative, finance was simply paperwork as I paid cash for vehicle, follow up on missing documentation from titling department to tag vehicle needs much improvement as I called several times in one day and still waiting on call back.2) Additional items were charged totaling $200 and never installed on my vehicle. After been promised a refund check, three weeks later I’m still waiting and getting aggravated. I cannot give a good rating to this dealership. Too many others would be grateful to earn your business.
The oil change took over 3 hours. I drive a long way to get it done which really takes a lot of time out of my day for just an oil change. Very inconvenient!

I spent four hours at this dealership yesterday and left with the perfect vehicle with a pretty decent price! I bought a pre owned vehicle, and let me tell you between Mr. Fred and Mr. Terrell, I had some awesome folks to take care of me. I’m a college student and I was really not planning on selling my car or buying a new one just yet, but they made me feel so comfortable and made buying a car fun. Thank you so much to this dealership and I will be sending all of my friends here, might be back for an upgrade after I graduate!
The service manager was very friendly and helpful at getting my car scheduled and the parts ordered in a timely fashion to get the car back to me quickly. The service was done accurately and was done in one day.
The whole experience was HORRIBLE. I was lied to about how long the process was going to be, I went two weeks without transportation due to the dealership not having any rental cars available while they so called serviced my car, which happen to only been a oil change and a canister purge valve replacement. Overcharged for labor and parts as well. I am not a satisfied customer at all and most definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to get serviced there or look for any type of business.
Service department is unprofessional. No one answers the phone so that you can inquire about your car yet they still will charge you for their services. I dropped my car off Monday and I talked to Mr. Kinsey once since then. This is ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend taking your car to this location. I still don’t have my car and it’s Friday. Ive left several voicemails. No one cares essentially. I would give them zero stars if I could.
I told the svc advisor that I had reward points but wasn’t able to use them. Also every time I come in I ask for the complimentary car wash and never get it. This time I asked again and still didn’t get one. Honestly I’m not even sure if my oil was changed or if my tires were rotated bc it wasn’t clear on my receipt. It was such a terrible experience even down to the customer seating area being extremely dirty with food left in the seating area without anyone coming to clean up the area. I hope that this letter reach someone of importance that can make this a better experience the next time since I’m forced to come back to this location. I arrived at 7:40 am. I requested a oil change on my new Chevy Spark that I bought from Chuck Hutton. This was the first oil change and may be last I get done at Chuck Hutton. I was told they were short handed on service technicians. If so I can understand. My keys were handed back to me at 11:50 am. A oil change should never take over 4 hours. I never received my complimentary exterior car was like the sign in service department says. I was not satisfied with how long it took.
My purse was stolen with my keys and I needed to get new key made upon inquiring I found out I had to get 2 keys made to program my vehicle I explained when I bought the car I wS only giving 1key. I asked the salesman to look up my paperwork which I purchased vehicle there and he replied he didnt see it. It was only in 2018 I purchased vehicle at same lot. I was unhappy about paying for extra key and paying for gm code and all the taxes.
Fernando and Curley went above and beyond to find the right first vehicle for my daughter - exactly what she wanted down to the color and trim package. They were responsive and transparent during the sales process - I would highly recommend them both! Best thing? They had other Sparks on the lot (wrong color and wrong trim package) and even though they pointed them out and offered to sell them to us, once we said we really wanted a specific car, they did not push us to reconsider but just set about finding that car for us.
My issue wasn’t addressed. My name is Jevard Hoskins. Iam a cash paying customer which obviously means nothing. I brought my truck in for a shop foreman to ride along to hear this metal cling noise. He heard it. I scheduled to bring my vehicle in and switch to a rental on July 1 st. They keep my truck 12 days and told me the couldn’t duplicate the problem. When I pick my truck up on the 13th of July before I got home I heard the same noise. My issue is if I can hear the problem and the shop foreman heard the issue why wasn’t my 2020 Chevy Silverado fixed. I’m still having the same issues and have to wait til July 30 th to bring it back to the shop for diagnostic. This is disappointing to say the least

Great service and a quick process.
I order all weather floor mats and cargo mat for our 2021 Chevy Suburban purchased in November. Because of the newness of the vehicle, the mats were not ready upon purchase, so they were ordered. When the first oil change was due, I called to make sure that the mats were in, and I was told yes. When I got up there, the only ones you had were the front and 2nd seats - the 3rd row seat was the wrong size. So I was told they would be reordered. This week when I came in for my 2nd oil change, the 3rd row seat was in but not the cargo mat. So its now over 6 months since purchasing the vehicle, and I still do not have a cargo mat. You guys tell me its in now, but I have to make a 30 minute trip to your dealership to have it put on. Thats taking time out of my schedule for something that shouldve been resolved on my first trip in.For my specific visit last week, my appointment was at 10am. I got there at 9am. I needed an oil change and my mats put in. When my mats were put in the first time, you guys didnt vacuum out the vehicle at all - you simply installed the mats on top of the dirt that was in the vehicle. Why? Wouldnt it make sense to clean the vehicle first and put the mats down on clean carpet instead of the dirt? Anyway, you guys said you would clean and detail it for me. Around 12 noon, Hannah left for lunch and found me in the waiting area. She told me that my car was just taken to be cleaned and detailed, and that I should go back into the area around 12:30 to pick up my car. She said I could speak with her colleague (I forget her name) if Hannah wasnt back by then. At 12:30, I go to the service area to speak with the colleague - she was incredibly rude. I stood by her desk for 15 minutes while she was on the phone, and she did not one time acknowledge me. I took me saying excuse me before she looked up, and when I told her what Hannah said, she patched into the back to ask about the suburban and asked me to wait outside. It wasnt until Hannah came back from her lunch that I got an update. My car was not ready until 2:30.The customer service at this dealership has not been impressive since we purchased the vehicle. I still do not have a cargo mat, and the promised times that Ive been given have been wildly inaccurate. These floor mats have been an absolute fiasco, and I dread coming up there. The manager did waive the fee for my oil change, so all I had to pay for was the washing and detailing. But its like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing, and its incredibly frustrating when I go inside to have to repeat my issues over and over and not have them addressed.

The only reason I give 5 stars is because of Josh the service advisor, Dan the technician, and the car rental department. I added a detail while my car was being fixed and the detail was not what was expected. I still have the same stuff between my seats and middle console, there are some kind of white liquid drip spots on my leather seats, and honestly my car now smells like rotten milk. The dash where controls are also still has smudge marks that were there before the detail. The car is clean, but it was not detailed. I will not be getting another detail after this experience.
I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I pulled in without an appt and was seen and back on the road in under a hour. I was very pleased with my experience. Especially with the weather being bad and they were still open and ready to help.
Needed an oil change. Got the appointment the same day. Asked Josh if I could use rewards points towards any maintenance as well. Got great service advice that would have cost me 200.00 or more for only 20.12 out of pocket. This made my day..I love it when people give you good info instead of lying to the customer for company gain. Thanks to Josh Mt. Mariah Servicing Dept.
Greg Kinsey, my service advisor, knew we had a surgeons appointment we had to keep. When he knew we were nearing the time we would have to leave in order to make that appointment, he went to service area to make sure all service requests were finished on time. Even though Chuck Hutton is not as convenient as some other Chevy dealerships, we will continue to come here for all our needs for our 2020 Traverse Premier.

I love Angela Collins, she was so nice and friendly, knowledgeable . She was great. She was very attentive and her customer service was outstanding. I will schedule with her from now on. I have to say, my first experience was not that great and I was dreading this visit. But Angela made me feel so much better and again I will always schedule with her.Keep her forever Chuck Hutton!!!!
I went for a routine oil change and also have them look at my driver side front tire. I wanted to know if I was leaking air at the valve stem. It took 5 hours for them to do the oil change and check for the air leak. I was there from 10:00 am, which was my scheduled time to 4:00 pm. No one tried to help me or tell me any updates and people came after me and left hours before me. I am very unsatisfied with the service I had.

My experience was terrible from start to finish. The director of service tried to help soften the blow, but in the end it was not effective. The problem I had with the truck I still have right now though my truck was there for almost three weeks. I am one unhappy customer.
My service consultant, Greg Kinsey, was his usual self - friendly and professional. He got me in and out for an oil change even though it was a holiday and the service center was extremely busy. Greg is a car guy, like me, and I enjoy meeting with him.Kerry Melson, the man who helped me so much to make the purchase on my Corvette saw me, and we spoke for a few minutes. I know he is a busy guy, but he took the time to single me out for a brief chat.These people make me feel welcome, and that is very important to me as a customer.
My dealer representative was great and everything he did was to insure that this experience was a great one. Me and my wife are absolutely satisfied.
I had two cars serviced. The service consultant was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The time was within reasonable length. The advice of additional service was much appreciated and the need understandable.
