I have went to this shop maybe 3 times. Each time ive went, i asked them to check everything so i could get it fixed all at once. it seems as if Mr. Derrick knows that im financially able to keep coming back so does not tell me what else i need serviced until completing some of the service. the last visit i spent $1500 on control arms, shocks & ball joint replacement which is fine but why is my car still driving the same & tires still angled?

Ive had Expert Automotive to service my vehicle several times. From oil changes, brakes and rotors to engine repair. They have done an EXCELLENT JOB. They call and remind me its time for an oil change. I can call with a problem and they work with me to fit me in so they can see whats going on. They are very friendly and the service is fast. They keep their word on the price and the length of the time it will take to do the service. I have found Darryl to be upfront and honest, he has not lied or deceived me, from day one.

Best place ever! I wish I would known about these guys when I bought my first car. They’re very Professional and will let you know exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle. Most mechanic shops will try to over charge you and act like something is wrong with your car, but not these guys. I highly recommend for any vehicle problems. The prices are reasonable and the staff is perfect.

Expert Automotive provides outstanding car care services. I tried them for the first time about 2 years ago during one of the Tuesday Ladies oil change specials. I was so pleased with the owners outstanding customer service that I now bring all three of my vehicles to this shop.They have a very clean facility and comfortable space to wait in while your car is being worked on. They are honest about their schedule of work and are great about scheduling appointments to have your car serviced.One of my vehicles is a hybrid and they do all of the mechanical work on it. While they do not do any of the electrical work for this vehicle, I always bring it them first for direction about how to get it serviced.Expert Automotive is part of my inner circle that helps me with all of my transportation. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

I had a very positive experience with Expert Automotive! And I WILL use Expert Automotive again... I have a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse which started giving me trouble in March of this year. I noticed small amounts of anti-freeze leakage in my garage. I took the car to a Chevrolet Service Dept where I had an oil change and a radiator flush & fill. I told the service rep about the leak and asked how much it would cost to repair. When my vehicle was READY, the service rep did NOT have an answer about the actual cost to repair the leak. He said they were not sure where the leak was coming from, but that my vehicle had several issues. He estimated I had $2500 worth of work that needed to be done, but provided no details of the problems and no details of specific costs for parts and labor... HOW CAN YOU GIVE ME SUCH A DEFINITE PRICE IF YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS? Needless to say I did NOT authorize them to tinker around for $2500. Within a few days of being serviced, my car started leaking more and running hot... I could not go back to the Chevrolet Service Dept... the TRUST was gone!I heard the commercial for Expert Automotive on the radio, and decided to try their service since it was close to my home. I called to make sure they worked on my type of vehicle. I spoke with Derrick Kendall. He assured me they did. I had my vehicle towed to the shop to avoid causing damage from it overheating. This was on March 15, 2017. Two days later, my car was repaired for about $2000 less than what the Chevrolet Service Department estimated! It was primarily a busted water pump. Also, Expert Automotive provided me with a list of things my vehicle WILL need to continue operating properly WITH the cost to do the jobs (still less than the OTHER Service Departments ESTIMATE to tinker under my hood & allowing one service at a time as needed). Now, I have driven my vehicle for about a month and a half with NO LEAKAGE and NO PROBLEMS! Expert Automotive provided excellent service at a reasonable price! I will use them again.

Not satisfied at all. I had some front end work done. I specifically asked for my front brakes to be fixed. The company,im at gave these ppl 1,500 to work on my car,absolutely no brakes what so ever. I took it back,and was told there was air in my tires for the scrubbing sound.(lie) I have a warranty!!!!! I called again,as to get some assistance and was told.. Well maybe your brake line is leaking. No!!!! U simply didnt fix what i asked,and they took Maximus payment with no problem. Ive contacted my company and I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.😁
