I had a oil leak . Midas on pleasant view place a oil pan on my car. I didn’t know that they should have started from the top down . So needless to say my car was still leaking oil. This Midas said that it was the valve cover . And that oil was leaking onto my belt that would cause it to break . They replace the valve cover on 7/29 charged me $850 . On 8/20 my battery died causing me to need a repair man to replace it . During the repair he noticed the the valve cover had a leak at one of the bolts . They replaced the cover and I guess didn’t have the correct rubber washer for the bolt so the use some sealant 🤦🏾‍♀️. So it continued to leak onto my belt cause the belt to fray and almost break completely. So I’m here again for them to replace what they should have replaced correctly the first time . If your a woman and have little knowledge of cars don’t come here . They will trick you .

Dont trust this Midas! I went in for an oil change as well as new tires. I was told I needed new brakes as well so I opted to have those changed as well. Once the work was complete, I pulled out of the parking lot and immediately noticed an odd sound coming from my front end when I hit road bumps. I took the car back the next day and was told that it wasnt anything they did but that I need new tie rods and ball joints and they could fix it for another small fortune. I took the vehicle to an alternate tire / brake shop and was told that Midas didnt bother to tighten all the bolts when changing the brakes and even forgot to put one back. So after paying another $200 for them to fix the damage done by Midas, my front end no longer makes noises. Ill never trust them again, not even for an oil change.

Highly recommend! I had a flat tire while out of town and Darrell went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road quickly and safely.

I would highly recommend Midas to my family, friends or Church members. The store was very clean. The garbage was also clean. The staff was nice to me and answered all of my questions.

Needed a new muffler on my 1986 Camaro and went to this location. Darryl and Charlie were there to greet me and got me right in.They had to order my muffler but I was in and out in about 2 hours time.Robert was the technician and did a fabulous job of aligning my exhaust and making sure everything was level and straight on the dual exhaust.I am happy with their work and wi be coming back to have shocks, struts and alignment done as well.Thank you guys for a great experience.

Pros: price. Its around $25 for an oil change. And the employees are nice.Cons: it took 3 HOURS to get the job done. Im not sure that paying half of what the company across the street (poplar) is worth waiting that long.

I have been taking advantage of Midas oil change promotional offers for the past couple of years and have been very pleased with their service. Today I was lucky enough to have Jacob take care of both of my cars, and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you again Jacob.

I’ve been getting every vehicle I’ve owned serviced at Midas since 2012. I recently got a 2019 Hyundai Elantra and went to get an oil change which is normally around 40 dollars. I got my oil change done in a timely matter but when it was time to check out the total came out to be 100 dollars. The cashier did not discuss a price with me at all before performing the service so I was highly upset. I said I wanted oil change but I did not say give me the highest one you had. I had every intention on only paying 40 dollars for an oil change like I had been doing with them for 9 years. Since I had my 6 month old baby with me and I needed to make it to his doctors appt on time, I didn’t have time to protest. But I will not be returning because you always discuss a price before performing a service. Period.

Staff not that friendly(Original post is in front, everything after is edited due to Midas placing a comment). So to address the reasons, for staff not being that friendly at Midas on Poplar Avenue. Well its simple it comes down to one thing. Greeting upon entering your establishment, friendly smile and making your guest feel comfortable and welcome while doing business with you. An based upon that, none of these things were met. But I gave you a two-star based upon the cleanliness of the property. Front desk in particular gets frustrated, like a child would. When asked too many questions in reference to oil change. I mean you tell me, is it not fair for the customer to try to educate themselves about repairs being done on their vehicle. Or is it more of a shut up and pay situation. Nevertheless due to me being a headache apparently to the front desk staff. I respectfully took my business across the street to jiffy lubes. Who were more than willing to explain repairs, oil changes and the difference between repairs. In reference to Midas owner requesting that I go to a private server to tell him or her about my experience, I respectfully decline. Id rather keep my review in the open in public. So Stories can never get changed that way.

The circumstances that brought me to the shop were less than ideal, as I was dealing with 2 stolen catalytic converters requiring costly repair; however, working with the Brookhaven Midas, specifically with Patricia Bills, was an unexpected pleasure! She was patient, kind, professional, and communicative every step of the way, and she helped me through the process of having my car insurance provider cover the majority of the cost. If I had to do it again, I would definitely go back to Midas, and I recommend you do the same!

This place has changed for the good and bad it’s a new manager I think her name is Patricia and she’s doesn’t know anything about cars what so ever !! All 7 of my family members has came here, we had the same issues with her . I was a mechanic for 20 years that knows my car inside and out and she told me the wrong information until I spoke to Jt?! He knew what he was talking about thank God . My car is running better than ever . Thanks bud .

They wasted my time and didn’t seem to value me as a customer. I can’t recommend this location. A brake job that should have taken one hour took nearly FIVE hours (I had a 9:30 AM appointment and left after 2:00 PM), and the manager, Chris, did little to recoup me for the losses, as I had to lose an entire day of work. The issue was their part supplier was extremely late with the parts for my car, but I can understand that. What was less unreasonable is how the manager assured me that he would give a “big discount” for the extremely long wait, but he took a mere $50 off of a $600+ bill, which was already steep for back breaks, rotors, and a flush. When I questioned him about the fairness of the discount, he took a phone call and avoided the conversation. Even more, he kept assuring me that the wait would not be much longer, but fifteen minutes turned into an hour and so on.These folks did a great job on the car and provided me a comprehensive review of my vehicle’s needs, but between the long wait and the constant reassurances that I would receive a great discount for this terrible inconvenience was horrible.

Worse experience ever customer service was the worse....I need brakes bleed got 1000 question about why...which I think it should matter since Im paying....and when two midas one charge less the other was higher... overall they where very slow on services and make you wait long period of time I went to gateway on summer....lord....give me no problems and got me what I want....and cost much less then midas I recommend going to gateway for the best work and customer service....

They did such a great job replacing my brake pads and rotors! They were great with communication, fast, and affordable. Definitely check them out if you need your car serviced.

Made my appointment online for 8:00am and my car was promptly taken care of. This was my first visit for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Patricia was friendly and informative. I will be back!

My husband and I took our car to the Southhaven location first for a repair that cost $2400. After 1 day it began acting up again so he took it back in and they charged us additional money saying it was a new problem. Days later my husband’s car stopped on the highway. After back and forth they had us take it to a different location. My husbands car kept having the same problem & a ton of new ones so we took it to a different shop altogether to find out not only did Midas install incorrect parts some of the parts they installed were put in backwards!!! When my husband contacted the general manager the general manager was completely unprofessional and literally yelled at him refusing to provide any discounts or taking any accountability. His only solution was to have my husband take it back to Midas to correct the problem which obviously they were INCOMPETENT to do so that wasn’t a viable option. Terrible, incompetent, and unprofessional service!

I went to this location for a oil change and the Manager Patricia an her team had me in and out fast. Good Job....

I am a loyal customer of Midas but they just lost me due to poor customer service. Midas stripped my lug nuts and did not replace them. I had to contact the district manager in order for them to correct their wrong. The store manager assured me that my problem will be handled. Upon arriving my part was not in and on top of that I had to take almost 3 hrs of my weekend for them to service my vehicle. Customer service was the only reason I chose Midas but now I will make sure not to recommend anyone like I usually do. This is ridiculous.

Second time in a row coming here & leaving without an oil change. First time called, was told to come in. Arrived 5 minutes later and was told there was no availability. Second time scheduled time online, received confirmation email from an associate, showed up and was told there wasn’t availability. Poor customer service & the manager did nothing to make it right besides tell me to try another day.

3 hours to replace tires and they did not balance them. We were told to go from Memphis to the Southaven store to have them balanced. What started out as a good experience with Midas ended up poorly managed. Now we will have to make another trip to Midas to get them balanced. Very frustrating.

They were awesome as usual! They took a little longer with my car than I expected though. ( I got there at 8:00am and didn’t get my car back till 2.) But I understand because of COVID-19 everyone is a little short staffed. The gentlemen that work there are so sweet and professional!

Excellent experience. They got me in same day with their online appointment process. Pulled in my car so fast that I had to cancel my ride pickup and just waited for them to finish up. Also a great online oil change offer.

This is my 4th visit in an attempt to get my AC working properly after paying over $800 in mid June. This has become very frustrating because every time I bring it back, Im missing work. Im a Door Dasher and need my car. However, trying to work in a car with no AC is impossible. Today I came back and was told I needed to pay another $400 for something that shouldve been fixed properly the first time. Because, Ive missed work today and all last week, Im paying the extra money in hope that this will be the last visit. If it isnt, I will file a law suit and take it somewhere else.

Got a custom exhaust done here on my titan. Technician was very friendly and listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Asked all kinds of questions to make sure I was happy. Very pleased with the work.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed and brakes repaired. Dakota was great at answering all of my questions and detailing the work being done on my truck.

I have had several things done to my car at this Midas location and Joe the Manager is always kind and helpful and the mechanic I prefer is Roberto because he actually explained to me and showed me what the issue was so that I would understand. He is also the only mechanic that has looked at my car out if 3 places I have taken it for a rattle that I kept hearing. Roberto was the only one that found the actual issue and fixed it!!!! Also they back their work!I will be taking my car here from now on!

They said they would apply the diagnostic fee of 99$ to my repairs but still charged me for it and after I asked them for a refund they refused. Their quality of customer service is the lowest I’ve ever experienced. When I called to complain, they said I would get a call back from the manager. After 3 times that I called over a month, I still have not gotten a response. I definitely don’t recommend them.

This place is pretty great! Dakota, the manager noticed I was having an off day and offered me breakfast while I waited.. this was so nice of him! My oil change took about an hour which totally beat my usual 2 wait at the dealership I will be back!!! Thanks Dakota for making my day better!

I stopped by about 3 weeks ago. It was a very rainy day and I had gone through water on a street. The water pulled down the shield tray underneath my Escape and it was dragging on the street. I was very stressed and afraid it might make the car flip on my trip back to MS. Justin and Jacob were wonderful. Jacob removed the tray, inflated my tires (I also had a low tire) and they didnt charge me anything. They were my heroes that day!

This is my experience, just the facts, so the reader can make their own decision on whether they should go here, considering the number of options in Memphis: I bought an oil change with a tire rotation. My tires where not rotated, which I wasn’t told, I noticed this when I walked out to my car, when I told the manager, the mechanic came out to tell me that he didn’t think it was a good idea to rotate them. I said that I would like them rotated anyways. He said that he can’t, (up to this point, neither party had raised their voice or been rude) and at that point the mechanic turned his back and walked away while I was still talking. The manager was nice but did not have a reasonable solution to this issue.

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The tech to placed the wrong oil in my car. Told him it was wrong, per the tech it didnt matter, the car is on its last leg. Then the service manager refused to rotate my tires because he claim I needed new tires. (I purchased 6 months ago) first time customer last time visitor. Thanks for nothing.

My battery and alternator went out at the same time in a drive lane next to Midas in the rain. Robert came over with a portable battery pack and helped me get the car started so I could drive it to Midas next door. They got me back on the road and back to work before lunch. Thanks Midas.

I was there b4 the shop was open. I had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change. The first appointment of the day. I was there for an hour and a half just about. Ive never had an oil change take that long. By my observation the workers was goofing off a lot and of course that was the basic hold up. I had to pay extra money even though I had a Groupon. I feel as if they were going to run a special, all fees need to be included in the sale. As for going back, no thanks Ill stick with Valvoline.

I was a little surprised when I saw all of these bad reviews for Midas. I went to this location on a Wednesday afternoon after my car had trouble starting. I made an appointment online and arrived at that time. My car was taken in almost immediately. I got my oil changed and they replaced my battery and did a whole outline of what my car needed. I was glad that they did this, because I have had my vehicle for 4 years and I have never been given a diagnostic unless I pay for it. The prices were reasonable and no I did not get scammed into getting things done that I didnt need. They were honest and friendly. Sometimes I dont know what people expect out of a repair shop. As far as all of these bad reviews, when it comes to vehicles, you can never guarantee an exact repair time. Some things happen and end up taking more time, so yes you may have to wait a little longer than you want. They got the job done and they did it right. They are fair and I had a great experience here.

Ive never left a negative review of anything before, but I feel compelled in his case. I had good experiences with this place in the past (oil changes, etc.), until ...1. One month ago, this Midas store put new tires on my vehicle and returned the car to me with a loud, high pitch noise as I exceeded 30 mph. I took the car back the next day, they acknowledged the problem and then quoted me an additional $1,100 for wheel bearing replacements.2. After arguing about the additional $1,100 (the car was 100% excellent before the new tires), Bill reduced the cost to $650, and claimed they were doing it at cost. The parts only cost $150 total but whatever. I asked about it, and was given an explanation of overhead which is not cost but again, whatever. I just needed it fixed.3. The noise has gotten increasingly louder over the last month and now the car shakes if you drive over 30mph. Someone else drove my car today and asked me what had happened to my car, said it sounded dangerous, etc..Id ask Midas, Bill and Co. to try to make it right, but Ive done that already and they charged me an additional $650 (after I argued them down from the additional $1,100) and the problem still wasnt fixed.Ill be taking it to the dealership tomorrow. If Midas wasnt to blame, I will retract this review immediately, Im more upset about the additional charges for the attempted repair of a problem that 1) Midas caused and 2) accomplished nothing to fix the issue.

Good special price for an oil change. Whats the use of making an appointment (which was reconfirmed) if theyre an hour and a half behind? Also, I was given a list of things that needed doing; when I took the list to my trusted mechanic, my car really only half of what had been recommended by Midas. There was no oil gasket leak, as they claimed. I was spooked by being told I had only 5% left on my brake pads; my mechanic said it was more like 30-40%.

Worst and slow workers. Not committed to schedule. They waited me to wait for 5 hours just for an oil change with scheduled appointment and that too happened by multiple requests and follow-up’s. Waste of time. Definitely wold rate negative if an option was given.

The business is located in a safe environment the staff is very friendly and courteous which provides a pleasant atmosphere to be in they keep you informed on whats going on with your particular situation with your vehicle they even called me and pointed it out to me where the problem was so that I could see myself that it wasnt just some made-up thing I went on the weekend of an upcoming holiday and not only myself and family were stretched for time because of different things that we wanted to accomplish but the staff Im sure had things that they prefer to do as well however they went out of their way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and that my issue was completely resolved before leaving although it was close to the time for the establishment to close the business for the day. They could have just told me that is was time to close and come back on another day which was there right but they were concerned about resolving my dilemma. I recommend Midas to everyone.

I used this shop for 6 years while living in Memphis. I went there approximately 2-3 times per year for both repairs and preventative maintenance. They were always very honest and upfront about repairs and willing to take me into the shop to actually look at what we were talking about. There was one time where their master mechanic went above and beyond repairing my exhaust saving me literally thousands. Highly recommended for quality repairs and service.

When I took my truck in to get oil change as I have never been there, I was asked if I had an appointment. I didnt but did take half a day to get everything taken care of. They helped me out any way . I ended up getting new tires also and was well taken care of. Appreciated all the help and service from the moment I stepped in.

This Midas has always provided me excellent service. Making an appointment online is easy and convenient. When arriving for my appointment, I am always greeted by an employee and my car is quickly taken back for repair. Midas has always provided good service and never recommended unnecessary repairs.

They do good work and have good service. I just dont understand the point in having an appointment if you have to wait on your car to be pulled in due them taking a walk in when you clearly have an appointment that your on time for!!

GARBAGE. Will never take another vehicle here. I own a landscape company and have several vehicles that need regular maintenance and was looking for a place that I could trust to take them. This is not the place. I called with an issue on a 4Runner and was told it was right up there alley. Drove it up there where it sat for the next day. When it was time to pick the truck up i paid 566 dollars. Got in it same problem, so i drove it back up there where it sat for another 2 days. No phone call with updates. I had to call back and they told me it was going to be 800 for 1 injector. All 6 are 150$ i was also told that it was 3 hours for labor so that’s 650$ for 3 hours of labor which i find absolutely ridiculous. I told them that i didn’t want to spend the money and could do it myself seeing as I’ve already spent 600 and not a single change. So i go to pick up the vehicle and as I’m on my way home the truck is worse off than when i originally took it in. I had to pull over and popped the hood to find that they hadn’t even put the truck back together!! All of which is on video. Iv tried calling to get a refund and everyone just plays stupid. So if i were you DO NOT GO THERE!!

This is the second time me and my husband came to this location the first time was a horrible experience you can tell the techs doesnt know anything they are always confused . They never do a full inspection. They lie to you and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone !!

I have been doing business with this shop since Bill took over. He brought a high level of service and a very friendly attitude. Their pricing is very reasonable and the service is second to none. Bill is a great guy who is as honest a person as I have ever met.

DO NOT come here! This is the worst place to bring your car from if you want it to be fixed correctly. I have had problems with them for months with the most current one being when I brought my car in because my car brakes were squeaking (the brakes were already replaced within the last 8 months by them and were under lifetime warranty), I was told that they probably were just dusty and they sprayed them to clean then. I continued to have squeaking so I brought my car to the dealership in which they told me I needed NEW BRAKES. When I brought it back to Midas I got told the whole run around about what it probably was after waiting for nearly 3 hours. I still dont have the problem fixed but upon leaving to go to work I asked for a corporate phone number to contact and was told to look it up online.

DONT COME HERE. I bought the synthetic package and after changing the oil, my car that has less than 10,000 miles started making a very loud noise. I came back since something mustve happened and the guy there who was extremely rude told me that I had to pay 2500 dollars to fix it. I asked what they could do since my car was perfectly fine before this and he started to yell at me. I asked for the owners number and he proceeded to grab ALL of the business cards and stick them behind the desk. I have never been more mistreated in my life. He was so rude I wanted to cry. I was nothing but nice and just asked what he could do to fix it. My car is now messed up and they didnt have the audacity to let me talk to the owner about the guys behavior. He said he was manager but the way he acted, he should never deal with customers. I told him about all the reviews on Google where a LOT of people had the same problem as I did when they came in for a simple oil change and he said they were bad customers like me. This is a warning, do not come here. They dont care about customers and just want to scam you so you can spend more money at their company. I hope to never be as mistreated as I was. I have never been yelled at so much and I hope that he takes anger management classes. Never again.

I went to Midas on Poplar Saturday morning around 8 am. I young man greeted me and let me into the shop. he informed me that the Technicians wound not get in until 8:15. I said that fine. He started the process and got my information along with the coupon. The coupon said 19.99 oil change with an tire rotation. He did know what kind of oil my car need but he said he would find out. The other guy comes in on his cell talking loud not acknowledging the customers in the store. After he decided to get off the phone finally he started person conversion with the other guy at the counter. Long story short. He tell me that i need synthetic oil and it would cost me 64 dollars with the coupon. I asked for my keys and took my car to Nissan and paid 40 dollars. Thanks but no thanks. I hate to be deceived.the one star is for the first guy and the counter.

I will never give Midas my business again. I tried getting an oil change at the Pleasant View location yesterday. I had a 4:45 appointment. It was past 6pm and they still hadnt gotten to me so I left. I decided to go to the E Brookhaven site today. I waited 2 hours with a newborn baby for an oil change. I came in around 9am and I was the only one in the waiting room. The 2 Techs were barely working. Making videos with their phone and looking at magazines and just talking all in all without multitasking.The manager came in and stated they didnt have my oil filter even though the system said it was in stock. He called and was having someone bring some for my vehicle. Im patiently waiting... The techs eventually disappeared for around 30 mins inside a tool truck parked on the street and when the manager finally noticed after I asked if they had drained my oil (I was about to decide to leave) he came out of his office and finished my oil change himself. He claimed my oil filter was back there the whole time. So I had basically been waiting for no reason. The 2 men eventually showed back up, and the manager came and stated my car was ready. I asked if they had rotated my tires, which I knew they hadnt because Ive been watching them. He replied they better have as long of a time the car was in the air. They hadnt rotated my tires, so it had to go back in the air. I had a Groupon for $24.99 for semi synthetic oil. The manager told me I didnt have to buy the Groupon and he would price match. I would have only been charged $24.99 on Groupon... nothing else. In the end I was charged an extra $6.50 in shop fees that I would not have been charged via the app. I checked the details in the app and it stated what additional things I could possibly be charged extra for and shop fees wasnt one of them. My total was a little over $31. I didnt argue with the manager. I politely paid and made a mental note that I would never give Midas my business again. I will go to Take 5 to get my oil change where I can stay in the car and Ill be done a lot quicker for $24.99 via coupon on their site. The value isnt there for me at Midas for the price, wait, and customer service experience.

DO NOT COME HERE...I came in for a brake job, they sold me on brakes and rotors. They let me drive out with all my lug nuts loose on my front tires!!! My cars wheels wobbled on the interstate and I almost had a wreck. I had to pull over and have my car towed to the dealership (which fixed it for free!!). I called the manager and district manager. They would not reimburse me for the day I had to take off work because I was stranded due to their negligence. I told them I could have died because of their mistake. Their answer? But you didnt. They will sell you on repairs you dont need. They do not take ownership of their mistakes. DO NOT COME HERE. BUYER BE WARE

I was worried I wouldnt be able to make it home to my family that evening but Kim managed to get me in and taken care of VERY quickly. They did great work and were very reasonably priced. I dont live in the area so I probably (hopefully) wont be back, but if you are around there give them a shot!

They want fix a problem that they employee mess up on....the man is rude i want be going back to that lacation again. I been there several times n the last 6 months getting my car down spending my money n they want fix a problem that they employee did

I have never been to this Midas before and felt that their care of me was outstanding. I called first and asked if I could arrive at a certain time and was told yes. Not the person I initially spoke with, but Anthony (another employee) addressed me by name when I walked in. That amazed me. I then dealt with Kenny, the regional manager who did all he could to make this expensive repair a fair and professionally handled experience. I was totally left with the feeling that this Midas wants the long term relationship and has integrity.

I was traveling to Memphis for the thanksgiving holiday .my air pressure gauge came on fifty miles out of Memphis.checked the tires they all seemed fine. the next morning i went to midas which was near my hotel. they said 2 of my sensors were out and it would cost. around $450.00 . i refused the service & was charged $31.00 for the check. Went down the street to one of there competitors just to get a second opinion. They checked all of my tires including the spare.and filled them with the proper psi. Drove it around the parking lot and gauge light went out. Was not charged a penny. The repair man said It must have been the spare tire. Happy Thanksgiving & enjoy your stay in Memphis .

HORRIBLE customer service. They also tried to charge me a $1000 to change my brakes/rotors. Extremely rude & didn’t communicate key issues effectively. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO SERVICE!!!

Dont waste your money and TIME, most importantly. Oil change took well over 3hrs, even with a scheduled appointment and they did not honor the promo code/coupon I had. I questioned the wait after a few hours had passed and they said that a spot had JUST opened up, they were taking my car in. Pay a few bucks more but go to a reputable place instead.

Made an appointment online to bring in the car for muffler repairs. Arrived the next day for the appointment, and they had no record of the appointment. I even showed them the emailed confirmation. Anyway, they informed me that they do not have a welder. ??? So, what do I do with that information? They go on to explain that my car may be the type that needs welding or bolt-on, but they wont know until its inspected. They can only handle bolt-on repairs. They take the car, and call the next afternoon at 2:40pm to inform me what repairs the muffler needs and that they cant perform them. This is Midas, and they cant do muffler repairs! They stated the other Midas locations can do the repairs, since they have welders. Dont waste your time or your sanity.

I bought a Groupon and made an appointment a few days ahead of time. They were so hospitable and friendly when I came in. I felt welcome and that my business was appreciated. I had to leave the location due to an unexpected emergency and was able to pick it up soon after my oil change and tire rotation was completed. Im very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of service. I look forward to coming back in the future!

I was pushed for time and the manager, Brain worked with me to get me done! Its hard to find a shop that cares.. fast service.. These guys are great!!

Wasted my time after I was assured when making an appointment that they had the diagnostic equipment to fix my vehicle which wasnt the case, and told me it was fixed. I turned around not even a red light from their store went back in and they had my money in there hand as if they knew they had lied to me. but the manager loaned me his lighter for my cigarette. theres one positive thing.

Very nice people. I only went for oil change but, informed me of what other services I needed. They even inspected my tires and pressure. Really helpful.

Made an appointment for 1:30 today. Waited 30 minutes and my car hadnt moved. They werent particularly nice about it so I asked for my key and dont plan on trying that shop again.Drove across the street to Jiffy Lube.Got in immediately, tires have already been rotated and oil change should was complete by 2:15 and they are pulling the car out now. 1/2 the time spent waiting on the appointment across the street.
