We blew a tire on our travel trailer on our way to Memphis. Since the tires were about 6 years old, I decided to replace all 4 tires. Steepleton Tire did a great job for us. They got us in quickly and replaced all 4 tires while we waited. The cost was reasonable.

Got there @ 7:00am with one vehicle in front of me that finished up in 30 mins. Its was 2 and a half hrs before the tech( white tall guy) that stood around talking to the tech (foreign guy) while this older foreign guy worked. I didnt leave till 11 oclock when it should have been at the latest 930. Great place with nice people but Service is starting to really lack. I hate it too. I love Steepleton.

I met Chris when I bought my truck from Tag. He gave me a great deal on 8 used drives. I just purchased 10 brand new tires for another great price. Steepleton is my tire company as long as I own 18 wheelers.

In Memphis from out of town, our Jeep tire developed a slow leak. When my husband tried to change the tire, one of the lug nuts got stripped. We went to Steepleton Tire, and they were able to get the nut off after much difficulty (all the lug nuts were torqued too tightly.) They were professional, helpful, pleasant to talk with, and they charged us almost nothing considering how important this was to us! I’d recommend them to everyone fortunate enough to live locally. Great job by great people!

If you need tires or an alignment this is the place to go. Also they can balance your tires on your truck instead of a on a machine which make it more accurate. The earlier you show up the better it gets pretty busy at times .....I guess the secrets out about their service.

We live in our RV and are always thrilled to find service places that do the work you pay for and do it well. From providing us directions (the map didnt show the low overpass on my route) over the phone to the friendliness of everyone, we dealt with we would have been happy. But the best part is that our rig drives better than it ever has since Steepleton Tire aligned and balanced our wheels. We had this done several times but never has the difference been as noticeable and well done.

This family owned local company (been in business since 1945) has outstanding customer service and prompt quality work! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will always shoot you straight. I would highly recommend Steepleton Tire to anyone and will continue to use them for all of my cars needs, not just tires.

Would have been nice to be able to use their services. They only offer roadside tire service to people who have been there before. I am in the market to purchase new tires but I had a shredded tire that I needed to replace. Well I definitely would be a future customer but I guess Ill go with someone else.

I called all over Memphis to have my wheels balanced on my 1941 Dodge Military Truck and no one wanted to do it. I took it to Steepleton and Philip and his crew did it! I was traveling to Nashville and was 4 hours from home. I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. They were able to order me a tire & had it there within the hour. They were super nice and had excellent service! They are even cheaper than Arkansas! I hope to not have tire problems again, but if I do I would definitely go back!!

They fixed my problem

Horrible service department. While I was watching, they bent two of my rims and then denied doing it. They refused to correct the damage that their technician did to my truck! Over priced tires, shoddy, poor workmanship, and overall the management, especially Carroll the Service Manager is a liar, thief and definitely not a man of his word. If you need tires, GO ANYWHERE BUT NOT HERE!! They refuse to accept blame, refuse to repair the damage they did to my truck, and are just a bunch of Liars, Thieves, and Losers! It cost me over $750.00 to repair the damage they did and to date refuse to fix it! Go ANYWHERE>.. JUST NOT HERE!!!
