I have used Fox Plaza for tires and service for many years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I’ve always been happy with the service. (I bring a pillow if I am waiting because the chairs could be softer.) They have quick turn-around and I always leave a satisfied customer!

A different mechanic told me I needed a head gasket and possibly a new engine! Fox Plaza has a great reputation and they do this kind of work, so I had the car towed to them. Turned out my thermostat was stuck, I needed a manifold cover and I needed to have the coolant system flushed. They saved me SO much money and got me back on the road quickly. They kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent service!!! I am thrilled with my Fox Plaza experience!

This place and the people that work there are incredible! I was driving from Nashville to Dallas and had to stop in Memphis for a problem with my car. They got me in quickly, checked out everything for my trip and repaired problems that the previous mechanic had messed up. They all understood I was driving long distance and were so happy to help me get back on the road safely and in a timely manner. I met the owner and multiple employees including Patrick who was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and kind and wrote everything down for me. My car worked perfectly all the way to Dallas and I made it safely without any issues. Very thankful for them in a time that was very stressful for me since I was driving so far. Could not recommend this place more!

I feel as though I was overcharged for tie rod replacement and alignment. $481.12. I read it should be about $300 at the most. Disappointed, will not use them again.

I would highly recommend this particular location. Ive brought my car in for years and have always been treated fairly. Just today, I brought my car in for an annoying turn signal issue. The mechanic resolved it quickly--at no charge!!

The first time I went was because warranty company sent me. Now they’re the only automotive repair/maintenance shop I will go to, even if it is on the other side of town. One of the best automotive experiences I’ve ever had.

A pothole busted my tire on the way home from work and I live 37 miles away. I limped in to Fox Plaza 15 minutes before they closed and they not only helped me but were more friendly than I could have hoped for. I know they were all preparing to leave for the day but they did not want to leave me stranded. I’ve used this place several times over many years and have always received this level of customer service. This place rocks!!!!!

I have been to Fox Plaza twice, with two different trucks. The first time I was at the end of my rope. I had changed a ton of parts and my truck was just sputtering. Turns out there was an issue with the soldering/wiring on the ECU that was keeping some sensors from grounding. Never would have figured that out on my own. They diagnosed the issue quickly and kept me updated the whole time. The replaced part was new, not remanufactured and the labor cost was very reasonable. My second visit was last week, they fixed a belt-related squeal. I thought my water pump might be going bad, but it turns out the belt I got new from Autozone was pretty dried out. They put a new belt on and changed a worn idler pulley for good measure. Same experience, they are really quick and cost was reasonable. Havent had any issues with their repair work. Cant recommend Fox Plaza enough, its the perfect balance between backwoods mechanic and dealership. You get the resources of a bigger place but the honesty and communication of a smaller place.

Everything went smooth and Tracey was GREAT and FRIENDLY, which is very hard to find these days in customer service.

We brought our mini van here after a long fiasco with Christian Brothers Automotive who had our van 3 times and never once hooked it to an odb2 reader or wanted to take the time to diagnose our problem. The van was completely shutting down on us in mid-traffic. It was a very scary situation with my children in the car and not knowing when it was going to shut down. My husband dealt with Patrick and he was great and very professional! He communicated with us well and took the time to actually diagnose what the problem was. He hooked it up to the reader and saw the same codes we did and tested all the wiring. He determined that the ECM was bad so he ordered it and had it replaced for us in just a couple of days. It has been two weeks now and we have had no problems with the car at all. I would definitely recommend Fox Plaza for any of your car repairs. My family is very grateful to you for your excellent service!

I was referred here by another company who did not do alignments to tires. I came for a second opinion. I recently purchased new tires at Firestone. Every time I go to Firestone, I leave with my car with additional maintenance and procedures more than I initially wanted or needed. I started to lose confidence in Firestone and questioned their intentions. Firestone lures you in with a tire sale only to increase the prices elsewhereI went in to Fox Plaza and paid for an assessment fee. They were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule and offered me their opinion.They assessed the car and also tested my tires and alignment . They said I did not need the alignment. I appreciated their honest input. They were thorough and explained why I did not need the alignment unlike the other place that kept pressuring the consumer to do it or else

Fix Plaza Automotive diagnosed and replaced a defective O2 sensor. The truck was dropped off a little after 7am. The diagnosis and replacement were completed before noon. The counter staff and technician were very professional.

I take all my cars here. I just recently took my car in because my a/c stop blowing. I called Mrs. Tracy and told her about it she got me in and by the end of the business day my a/c was back working. They do good work and I always get my car back at a reasonable time and when they say it will be ready. If you are having trouble with your car call Mrs. Tracy she will take care of you.

Recommended by a friend after I took my car to Goodyear Tire and they lied and told me I needed something I didnt (and quoted me a ridiculous price). Not only were they honest, they told me I had a completely different issue that needed addressing and they were very quick once I booked my appointment. I have been going to Fox Plaza Tire and Auto for over 20 years. The service on my cars has been excellent from the routine maintenance every 3 to 4 months on my cars, to advising on whether to purchase a vehicle, even restoring a 23 year old truck engine for my son’s first vehicle that had been sitting in a garage for 4 years. The best part about Fox Plaza is the people. I have recommended them when asked because they are honest and you can trust that the suggested repairs are needed. Trust is something you can’t put a dollar amount on. From the people in the reception area to the mechanics in the garage, I have a confidence that my car’s are being treated like they would want their cars treated. And that they gained her loyalty.So when I had trouble with my car, she said the only place that she will trust her car is with Fox Plaza- that they are honest and don’t try to sale you on things but will tell you what you need fixed immediately and what you can fix later. I sat there and laughed with their reps - and watch movies. I did work on my computer with their WiFi. The atmosphere was great. They kept wiping everything down and keeping the place clean. And my car is running great & great value!! Mom always knows best:)

Recently I took my 97 Blazer to Fox Plaza Automotive to have several issues checked out.. The techs actually went over my vehicle from bumper to bumper and even corrected some things I did not mention .One of which Id been advised by other places could not becorrected.Because of my vehicles age I did not expect such detailed attention. However, l have no question that it was given the same level of service as would be given a later model ..Their honest advice AND reasonable pricesmake them worthy of five stars ➕.Additioally each employee I spoke with was pleasant and seemed happpy to see customers.I will be referring Fox Plaza Automotive at every opportunity.

After a horrible experience at another body shop I had my car towed to Fox Plaza. Tracy recommended a great tow company who quickly retrieved my vehicle and took it to Fox. The customer service I received was so awesome in comparison to how I was treated at the prior body shop. Tracey made me feel so valued and kept in communication every step of process. I manage a customer service department so I know what great service should look like and Tracey exceeded my expectations. I have used Fox in the past to repair my cars. They were great then and nothing has changed. The biggest mistake I made was trying to use a body shop closer to my home in lieu of just taking it to Fox first. I learned a valuable lesson and Fox will regain my business going forward. My repairs were significantly less than the astronomical price I was quoted by the other body shop near my home. Tracey is indeed an asset to your company and is wonderful at what she does. She is passionate, genuine and really makes you feel that your business is valued.
