Meh. I get a coupon in the mail for a free body care item. Then when I went to check out, nothing qualified except the travel lotion. Still nice to get a free travel lotion, just annoyed the coupon wasnt clearer and I held up the line while they told me to get other items that still didnt work.

Nice shopping center with plenty of stores and plenty of storefront parking. Employees were visible and greeted us. Store had a good selection and was clean. Lots of hand sanitizer choices (and carrier options, too... from cheap jelly plastic to cutesy dogs and mermaids for kids to practical carabiner models to nurse/dr themed).

They had my forever red fragrance. Beautiful shop will go there again soon!

They are 100 percent Covid practicing. All employees are PROPERLY masked...not like the fools with them under their noses.They disinfect all areas.Only allow a few in at a time.Kudos... happy to spend money there.

Twice I have visited this Bath and Body Works store and on both visits the staff was rude and unwilling to help me locate the items I wished to purchase. I am so thankful that my home store is professional and helpful. While visiting Viera, I will order online!!

Horrible service, would not honor 1 day late coupon with large purchase. When ask about it they ignored about your needs and gave a corporate answer with a smirk on their FACE. Other store location would happily honor it. I will never come back to the store.

All the goodies as expected.the only real difference between stores is the parking and the staff. Parking was curbside. Great. Cashier was a tad bit rude. Not so great. Maybe she was having a hectic day.

Website says store opens at 10:00 on Sundays, however store is closed until Noon. Would be nice is the information was uniform.

The manager here is awesome!! My son cracked my candle when we got home & she let me do an exchange. Super understanding!! Highly recommend this location.

Me and my fiance would love to leave there thats been in less than $50 but you cant help it it was get great deals top of the line products never disappointed anything that we buy from there I got stuff I bought from there two years ago still working there was enough to change things up every couple of months so you never know what youre going to find when you go in there they got some of the most knowledgeable people you can have in a business to help you out any way possible

The store was very nice, clean and organized. The sale bins were stocked, the staff was friendly and very helpful. All of the sale signs were clearly marked and showed your savings. The line of people to check out was long but, the staff was efficient and got us all through.I enjoyed this store and location.

Very friendly store with extremely nice sales associates willing to help you out. Large selection in well lit store that changes decor according to upcoming holidays. Just like Kohls and other similar stores that run sales all the time, best to go in when theres an n for n (e.g. 5 for $23) AND you have a coupon for like 20% off (or $10 off, etc.). Its not likely that youll get the best deal impulse shopping. Plan accordingly and happy smelling!

Great! Right now the have their semi-annual sale going on. The lotions and bath gels that you normally cant find throughout the year are brought back just for this sale. Now is the time to load up

This Bath&Body Works was bad and unhelpful service.Their was one lady who was mean who would not go to the back even know my mom was in back. When my grandpa knock she won’t let him in and called my mom and sister to no buy anything. Dear furtrue customers I would not recommend go to this place. If you want to go to Bath&Body go to the one in the Melbourne mall.
