To begin, they allow people to wait in the drive-through line for their prescriptions that are being filled. I know this for sure because I waited 15 minutes for one person ahead of me. Second the only good thing about them is their customer service is second to none in the front.

They helped me right at closing time which I know is super annoying especially in customer service stuff so I appreciate it.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT THE PHARMACY! DO NOT GO HERE!! Never answer their phones after 1 hour waiting. Went in twice for my one year old to get medication for her and was told that she’s no more important than the rest of the prescriptions they need to fill. I asked them to make a special circumstance request since they closed in a couple of hours and the pharmacist named Wildy threatened me and refused to fill my daughters prescriptions all while throwing around pills in the back making banging noises and huffing under his breath. Seriously don’t go here for your pharmaceutical needs!

I thought this would be the most convenient CVS to go to since it was closest to me. Wow, I was wrong. The time I saved not having to drive somewhere else was spent on the phone, which they never pick up until you’re about 15-20 minutes in. They treat prescriptions that you’ve had filled there countless times as if they’re brand new - which usually involves a phone call. Multiple phone calls. Seriously, save yourself some time and use a different CVS.

Absolutely terrible! On hold for 20 minutes then hung up on, called again. On hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on, called again... So this happened 4 times in a row. The pharmacists working there are understaffed and overworked and no one cares. This is the worst CVS I have ever dealt with. I feel badly for their employees.

Been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get in touch with someone in the pharmacy. I understand places are short staff, but this is ridiculous. Its like this every time I have to call.

Poor customer service on the pharmacy. I showed up to pick up meds 2 hrs after dropping the prescription off like they instructed. Medications were not ready and they told me to come back in an hour winch I didn’t have a problem with that but after I left 5 minutes later I received the text telling me that the prescription was ready to pick up. Why they don’t use common sense and tell me to wait for 10 or 15 min?

Made an appointment for a vaccine. Pharmacy cant honor because they used all the packs for today. They have additonal packs but dont want to open one for us because it would waste vials. Sounds like poor planning by the pharmacy department.

I understand they are doing the best they can, but the pharmacy is seriously unstaffed. They rarely pick up the phone which makes it impossible to communicate conveniently.

This CVS is one of the worst that Ive been when your medication is ready they do not notify you at all the pharmacist they look so tired it doesnt feel Pleasant to visit in there at all

My Dad is 86 and he went to this store for supplies for himself and my mother (same age). Stage there was very helpful. Sanitized cart, helped him shop, helped him with getting bags in car and all the while kept social distancing. Thank you CVS for employing such terrific people!

Pharmacy never answers their phone. Walgreens is WAY better, but because of my prescription plan I am forced to use CVS.

So I’m sitting here trying to pick up a prescription, 4 cars in front of me. 10 minutes per car, literally! Seriously this is ridiculous I have nothing better to do. Sick family members just wait it’s gonna be awhile!

Pharmacy is HORRIBLE, staff is rude and act like they hate their jobs! Complain they are overworked and under staffed - MANAGEMENT doesnt care. SAME DAY SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE! My RX was filled wrong and everyone passed the blame. LAST RESORT PHARMACY!

Go to drive thru to pick up prescription. Have to wait about 30 minutes as there is only one person working in the pharmacy. This is getting to be the norm anymore. They never have people working in the pharmacy.

This is a good CVS to go to. Theres hardly anyone ever there and the employees have been helpful whenever I needed assistance. The pharmacy is a little rude though. Overall, its a good store to get in and get out with some necessities.

The havent been terrible in the past but the last two times I have come in they are out of Lunesta, a very common sleeping med. When I go inside, there are three employees working like a sweat shop back there. When I call I get put on long hold times. They didnt get the med today like they said they would. Just seems like a bad way to run a business. CVS should do the right thing and put another employee or two in the pharmacy. You know they are making a killing off the drugs.

Fantastic Staff always friendly, Ive been a customer mostly of the Pharmacy for 7 years and my opinion is Mina,Ann really are caring and compassionate people who have a staff of help that remembers me by name and treat me with dignity, something that society as a whole has lost its sense of value ...A true pleasure to have them in my corner.

Literally the WORST pharmacy I have ever been too. I’m STILL standing now as I write this and it is like this EVERY TIME I come in and I should just switch pharmacies but I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. As I stand here I still hear “one pharmacy call” which explains why you can never get a person to answer the phone to prevent coming in to this disaster to begin with. This will be the last time I come here

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. My daughters doctor sent breathing medicine over two weeks ago and still claims its being processed. Pharmacist are rude and never answer the phone calls. I will be going anywhere but there.

Hire more people so they can answer that thing called a telephone instead of ignoring it!!!Consideration of your customers time!!!

Go in the mens restroom...this will tell you everything you need to know. Cleaner bathrooms have been found at carnivals and concerts. Yuck. Yuck. Vomit.
