Not sure about the service at physical location, but my aesthetician introduced me to the skincare line and I love the products!! I have sensitive acne prone skin which leads to dark spots once the acne is gone. Imagine my frustration when all the acne treatments in stores either dried my skin out or made me break out in hives....this product is balancing my skin, fading my dark spots and healing my acne....I have absolutely no allergic reaction to this line of products and the elasticity and moisture in my skin is amazing!! I will be reordering. Thank you for making quality products :)
