Manager Ivone absolutely rude and immature!! Talks about customers with other customers because she was inconvenienced due to my coupon not loading. Her inexperience and true colors showed through perfectly!

Drove all the way from Palm bay to this location because the website said they were the only ones that had what my family needed in stock. This store had nothing available and when asking for help everyone is clueless. I know inventory is a pain but keeping things updated will help customers in the long run.

I like Walgreens it I always a pleasure shopping here. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE CALLED AND THEY SAID ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE READY, THEN ONCE I COME, ONE MEDICATION IS MISSING, OR THEY ARENT EVEN READY AT ALL, JUST TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 25-40MIN MORE UNTIL THEY ARE READY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS HERE AGAIN.

This review is for ONE person. Frankie. The friendliest, most helpful pharm tech I have ever met. If this guy ever needed a job I have one for him in a heartbeat. I had a bad experience at 192s rude pharmacy so I went out of my way to this walgreens and Frankie turned my whole day around. Walgreens is lucky to have someone who cares so much about customer satisfaction.

Left some photos there for at least 2 weeks before noticing they were missing. They held onto them and kept them safe until we returned for them. Those photos were irreplaceable and they understood that and are amazing. Always friendly staff when I go in there. 10,000 stars!!!! You guys rock!!!

Pharmacy is actually really wonderful. They remind me of Rockledge Discount or a small place like that. Really kind staff, they truly truly care about the patients. I wish i could remember everyones names to give them credit but the head pharmacist is a very nice man, always in a good mood even when they are super packed with patients to serve. Other guy with curly brown long hair, hes another incredibly nice staff member. They know I dont have insurance and always try to give cheapest option, and they dont discriminate about my medication. I give them 5 stars!! Also store itself is very nice and clean. Staff there are also super nice and helpful and cheerful. Love this place

Honestly needs new management as a customer who shops there 3-4 times a week I drive 3 miles out of my way just to go to another store I’ll spend the gas the cashiers are so rude and only one in management I can stand is John and brittney everyone else needs new people customer service sucks I’ll take the drive over dealing with them

If, as a pharmacy, you advertise being open 24 hours, the pharmacy should be open 24 hours. What a horrible thing to do to someone who is sick, only open the merchandise part of the store and keep the pharmacy closed.

The 24 hr pharmacy is great. The ladies there are the best! They are always doing 110%. Any times I have discrepancies with my insurance or doctors office they always go the extra mile to make sure Im taken care of.

This is a good Walgreens, centrally located, although it can be a bit difficult to get into at times, especially during rush hour. The staff is friendly. The pharmacy technicians are efficient and know their jobs, and the head pharmacist goes out of his way to save me a few dollars whenever he can. AND its open 24 hours! -- Its a little out of the way for me, but I think the drive time and distance are worth the trouble.Update 01/27/18: the pharmacy is no longer open 24 hours. New hours are 8:00 AM - Midnight daily. The store itself is still open 24 hours.UPDATE March 2019: The store is no longer open 24 hours. Hours are now 6:00 AM - Midnight daily.

This wal greens is fantastic. Keely was very helpful in locating our insurance information when I didnt have the pharmacy card and Trenton was very polite! Great customer service.

I was at the Walgreens drive through when a pharmacy Tech told me it would be 45 minutes to fill a 9 pill script.. (never had this issue) he continued to yell at me saying I could not sit in drive through although there was no one behind me, he continued to scream as his face got red and told me he would call the cops to remove me from the drive through ! Most disgraceful customer service I’ve ever had through Walgreens in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to use this Walgreens. Sad excuse for good quality service

Evening staff is pretty rude. And definitely doesnt want to be there. Or doesnt want customers to return for that matter.

*ATTENTION TO MANAGEMENT*Im on my way to talk to corporate for this issue and next time I will pull my camera out and send it to corporate some of the employees have attitude problems and my mother is racially profiled sometimes she has questions and she feels very mistreated and we have been coming to this Walgreens for several years. She didnt tell me to post this but I am sick and tired because Every time she comes in the store shes scared because she will never come forward but when employees see me with her all the sudden they act different. Management address this issue or I will. Thank you very much.

On SEVERAL occasions I’ve dropped medications for my 70 year old mother off and been told an hour or soo. To come back 3 hours later and it NOT even be processed. I find there is ALWAYS an issue here, they never have their system straight nor do they pay attention. Should you need medication in a timely fashion do yourself a favor and DO NOT fill at WALGREENS!

Im retracting my bad review after my last experience. The last time I went there, the pharmacist went out of his way to look up my dads out of state insurance information and saved him hundreds of dollars. He was very helpful and caring.

To the jerk bald guy with the awkward shaped head, serial dork glasses and ucf lanyard working the pharmacy. Your customer service sucks and you are an idiot. If the walgreens recording says my prescription will be ready at 11am and i show up at 1145, my expectation is it should have been ready. You dropped the ball, dont tell me i put in my order too late the day before. Your recording gives a time for pick up, follow it! He is a prime example why this location has so many 1 star ratings. Young dumb and doesnt care. This is my one and only visit to this location, will take my business elsewhere. He has a future in a call center. What a jerk. Own up to your mistakes esepcially when you drop the ball!

I am not sure what to think of this store. On one hand it is good that there is a friendly staff at the drug store, but on the other hand they are rather slow in their work.

I dont like the changes in the hours! It used to be at 24 hour pharmacy and store, if Im not mistaken, but lately it changed and I cannot keep up with the changes.

How pointless is a 24 hour drug store without a 24 hour pharmacy, right next to a 24 hour walmart. This place used to have 24 hour pharmacy, honestly theres either cvs or walgreens every 2-5 miles, but not a single one has a 24 hour pharmacy you have to cocoa beach for 24 a hour pharmacy. Seriously on every dang corner in this area, like why does this many stores exists if they cant bother to run a 24 hour pharmacy why?!

Pharmacy is crap here. Never has anything ready, and is very rude to customers. I had to wait 30 min for antibiotics after being called for pickup. Also telling customers that not there problem is very unprofessional

This pharmacy is brilliant. They had my meds ready on time every time AND told me my problem is their problem.

Terrible cashier. She looked bored and uninviting. You would ask her questions and she would vaguely answer them, if she even answered them at all. She did this to me twice. Never going back there if this store hires people like this.

Didnt carry my insurance and didnt care to tell me. The automated updates kept saying they were still working on it and to check back in an hour. 2.5 hours later they said oh yea we arent contracted with that company.

Dropped off my prescription and insurance information and they said it would be done in a half hour I said thank and she responded thank you went back to pick up my prescription they had to find my insurance card and then the woman told me next time dont drop it off and leave I said I had a conversation with you she said no you didnt so basically called me a liar with a nasty attitude complete idiots there dont ever use those dirt bags

I used to go here cuz they were open 24 hours, I just went by there and theyre not open 24 hours anymore. Thats the only reason I used to go there. Thankfully Walmarts open.
