Jessica and Delilah are so welcoming and amazing employees!!! I didn’t get the name of the other employee I came across one day but everyone there is just so helpful and great! Literally every time I go in it’s a pleasant experience. This Sephora is out of my way and a bit of a drive but I’ll gladly come here because of the customer service. Thank you!

My Mother always cataloged shopped so naturally i was familiar with store stores like Sears and JCPenney growing up and as an adult I continued to see the benefit of getting products and brand names when and where I wanted. The best thing about going into JCPenney for me is Sephora, The one stop shop for many of the most popular Beauty Brands. Most recently Brow Zings got my attention, after a Sephora Beauty Consultant used the product on my brows. I feel great when my preen styling my brows neatly and because of the awesome packaging I feel like a Superwoman with this product in my makeup bag. Add it to yours!

I purchased a foundation from there about a week ago and noticed a couple days after using it that the bottle was expired. I called them that day and let them know that they were selling expired makeup. The girl was kind on the phone and told me I could come in whenever to replace the foundation. I went in to get my new foundation when I had time off of work only to find out that the new one I was trying to purchase was also expired. Point in case, this Sephora is selling expired make up. I already gave them a heads up about it & no one did anything. I understand everything is crazy with the virus right now but they knew that that specific foundation was expired on the shelves and still chose to do nothing about it. Pretty disappointed and probably will not be shopping here anymore.

Debora helped me with samples of a product no questions asked, I have sensitive skin and she understood why I wanted to test before I made a purchase. I will definitely be back to buy a product. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and organized. Had a great experience!

I don’t always review places, but I love giving great credit where it is due. I Went in this evening, busiest season of Christmas, to take my daughter for some eyeshadow. Customer service was by far great as no one hovered over me and basic questions were answered with full attention. I decided to see what my options were as far as getting simple foundation coverage that can be applied in less than 10-15 min. Alex was a complete gem! She did my color IQ and helped with application tips. She made very helpful suggestions and gave no pressure to purchase items. My daughter was curious about color matching but Alex was tied up after me. That’s when Marina came in to save the day! She was able to match my daughter and give her helpful tips as well. Alex and Marina are great assets to this store in store. Will gladly go back! And I’ll definitely look for them on my return. Just gained 2 new customers!

Autumn was AMAZING! I dont normally wear make-up so was completely clueless as to what I needed and what would work for my skin tone/type. She took the time to walk me around and help me find things that felt right on my skin as well as find a perfect color match. Super customer service and the selection is astounding.

Highly unresponsive staff. Worst experience ever in this store. They, quite purposefully, ignored me as I waited for assistance, first standing for 30 minutes at the desk after talking to an attendant, and an additional 10 minute wait as I sat on a chair after not being addressed.The store was not crowded, they literally served 3 other people before me, who came in after, despite me asking a second time for help matching a foundation. After getting irritated, the manager asks if I need something I explained that I had waited a good minute for service. She responds that another will see to me, as she signals for a new customer to sit in her chair. I am not invisible, last I checked, at least.

In my opinion this place is way overpriced. I have to agree with what some of the other reviewers were talking about with not having enough staff and also people being very pushy. The other thing that really bothers me is the fact that anybody and everybody can try the products and that is kind of disgusting because it doesnt look like they clean anything or have anything insight for people to be cleaner. The girl that I saw was rather pushy. I have oily skin in one thing that I dont like to do is put layers and layers and layers of stuff on my skin for the day. She kept on pushing me to use a moisturizer and try to explain why I should and I said every time that I get anything done in here they always put the moisturizer on and within five minutes we walking out I always wipe it off because I feel like I am caked-on. But looking at the girl that was talking to me she really did not have makeup that made sense she had Foundation that was for Shades at least way to light. To each their own on all of that but dont be pushy to try and sell products that you know your customer does not want. If I say that I dont like something dont pressure me into trying to grab it and also listen to what I want not listen to what you are trying to describe. Products were in the wrong place with pricing being Incorrect and I wouldnt honor the price even though all the products were in the wrong spot. I worked in retail for a very long time and thats what should be done is if you have all the products in the wrong spot with the wrong price you should honor what price it is with. Needless to say I honestly dont think Im going to come back here I dont like pressured sales.

I visit this store after getting some amazing make up from their Orlando location. I got a sample looking stain kit and was looking for the full version of my favorite color. The staff at this store are very rude. I asked the sales person at the counter to help me find the make up at she waved me to one side of the store instead of walking two feet where they were. I had to go back to her and ask her to come over and point it out to me. She gave me a nasty attitude and yelled at me saying here it is. I got the feeling that because I was African American she felt like I had no money. I will never purchase from this location. They need to teach their staff how to treat guests. At the Orlando locations they greeted me as soon as I entered the building and asked if I needed help finding anything. I had to chase down someone at this location just to spend money. I dont think so!!!!!😡

I’ve seen some reviews that people have been ignored. I haven’t experienced that at all! On the contrary, the Sephora Reps have always been kind even during returns. They don’t carry most of the products I use but I’ve discovered some new ones (New to me) that I’ve loved. It’s the only SEPHORA in this area and I have to “blind” order some products. Most of the products I order are keepers but occasionally I shop there for some basics and some (not many) returns. Yes, sometimes they are short-staffed but I’m patient. I’ve always been treated with respect and I know to book an appointment for any makeup look or brand I want to try. Thanks to all the Ladies at SEPHORA

I m a rouge member so it means that I shop regularly at Sephora. But today they refused a return at the store without any reason. Not only she refused my return that was from a purchase a week ago and the product was in its original condition. Not only she did not accept but her tone was like I was a criminal! I will never shop at Sephora again!! Very angry

RICHIE did a great job recommending a make up primer for me. A few months back another employee recommended a primer that wasnt good for my oily complexion. Unfortunately that primer clogged my pores. Richie knew exactly what would work for my skin and the product is great. Thank you!

They have great products and their found in a good location. I havent really gone to any Sephoras before, but when I checked this place out it was quite enticing, and was even able to find some good items for purchasing. Although, it can heir on the expensive side depending on what it is youre looking to purchase.

I went in looking for help with foundation matches. The customer service was lacking. She questioned why I brought my online purchase in to the store for a return stating I should have returned it online. I explained I was in the area and it was more convenient to visit the store. Usually great people work here but this girl was obviously not happy to assist when I needed help finding a good foundation match. Not impressed with this store visit. Maybe she had a bad day?Update: I went again to the Sephora in JC Penney to exchange an online purchase. Exchanging in store should NOT be such an endeavor! I had to locate my email receipt, even though I had the actual online receipt. I got the same girl from my last visit. Unfortunately the same bad experience with her. Lesson learned...I will mail my returns if I need to in the future. I did have a pleasant experience with the make up girl. She didn’t seem to be annoyed with her job.

How about hire some people with actual makeup skills. Also teach them to ask their customers if they want their money back on their card or if they would like to exchange their item instead of just assuming. Also won’t be coming back ulta is way better and respects their customers.

I went in here for the first time expecting amazing customer service being that, sephora is expensive. I didnt get it. I was shopping for foundation powder. The first girl didnt even act like she wanted to help me, as she passed me onto someone else. The second girl also blah in customer service, tried 3 or 4 different shades on my neck...(neck?) before sending me home with a color I later found didnt match me at all. The sephora girl assured me that this color was a very close match. Well, I look like I put tanning lotion on my face and thats it. Ill be returning this shade and that will be the last sephora sees of me. Expensive for noooo reason! Ive had better experiences with makeup at drug stores.

Wow! I was blown away! Today was my first time visiting a Sephora. And it was a fantastic experience! I was nervous to walk in here because Ive had bad experiences at the Ulta i go to in palm bay. But let me tell you, this was the nicest store Ive ever been in. The workers went ABOVE AND BEYOND! And even most of the customers were nice and talkative and smiled back at me. Graylyn and Jess gave 110% I want to give a special shout out to Graylyn though. She worked with me for so long and was so patient. She was professional, knowledgeable, and beyond sweet. I actually gave her a hug before i left! The only drawback was that they were understaffed. A third girl eventually came in, but even with that, every girl was so overworked. I waited patiently my turn, and she felt so guilty that i had to wait. But it wasnt her fault at all! She was helping literally dozens of people fastly and kindly. And each person of course had multiple questions. She multitasked like a superhero. This girl was literally superwomen in there and worked with a smile! I honestly saw that she was being overworked and i felt bad. They just need more people in there so the girls arent pushed so hard. She helped me so much, and Sephora is the kind of store where you really need an employees help. But they are only human and can only do so much. Remember that when you come in, and be patient! I saw alot of people being impatient with her and thats horrible. She matched me beautifully and gave me all the take home samples i needed. She was definatly an employee who knows the products she works with, and gave me a complete answer to every single detailed question i had. She even patiently went through everything on my receipt with me when i asked. Also, Jess was so hilarious and down to earth. They are both great at what they do. I can honestly say that these girls have to be the nicest Ive ever met! I left with a huge smile on my face. Thankyou girls!!! Xoxoxo

Me and my girlfriend walked in and walked around looking at some things for about 5 mins and three different associates stared us down from behind the counter while they continued their conversations. Guess they didnt want our money. It was 8/15 at about 6:30pm. Went to another Sephora near by and purchased almost $200 worth of stuff together.Wont be coming back to this Sephora.✌🏼️✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

I visited this location a couple of weeks ago for the first time. Was a small purchase that was about $24. I was offered the JC Penny credit card. I took the sales person up on the offer. It was not made clear to me that my purchase was going put on the card. I was very supprised to get a bill. I called the credit card number they basically said that they woud send me a letter that I wasnt going to be held liable. (I cancelled the card). Wrong. I received a notice something was new on my credit report. I called the store manager. I was told to come in but I was on vacation at the time I couldnt get to a store. Im not sure what can be done now because its been reported. So not only did I pay instore for something (cash) but then I got a bill. Then when I refused to repay for something. I get a bad mark on my credit. I am not pleased.

The Bare minerals makeover is a waste of time and just a color match sales pitch for their products. They didnt apply makeup to my face just a test portion and wiped it off. I can do that anytime and not have to sign up for that in advance. If you want good makeup service go to a real Sephora like the one in Orlando instead.

The dirtiest sephora I’ve been to. All of the sample make up it put in the wrong spots and is all broken and dirty looking. They are always out of stock on the same items too.
