Love this Sallys!! I shopped here this morning and the manager was so helpful and friendly. Ive seen him in other stores and he is always a joy to speak with! All the ladies are so wonderful here too! I feel so welcome each and every time I come in. I always get the help I need. And the store is always so clean and organized. Keep up the great service!

Hello I just left Sally’s and I tried to ask for help and the guy worker was so rude he was asking me if I actually spoke English and I do he made fun of my accent and I even showed him the picture of what I need he was discriminating me i asked him for his name and he said his name was john smith that is obviously not his name if you want to lose clients then keep him but he is terrible you guys will go bank rupt If you keep him. So rude and he was treating other people of different color rude as well and they left and said they were going to write a review as well terrible and I am a customer that comes in frequently. Terrible service ever! Don’t go to this Sally’s

Shop was unattended and locked during business hours with a brb sign. Typically a decent store but that was frustrating. Especially less than an hour before closing. I have to go out of my way to go to this store so i wasted a trip

Chaz (I hope I spelled that right) was the highlight of my week. I have always wanted to try going blonde, and Ive always been talked out of it. Chaz took the time to go shopping with me, explained the process, and warned me away from all the potential mistakes I might make. He was extremely clear about the risk I was taking if I didnt do things right, and I SO appreciated that! He also was honest about the level of upkeep it would take. He was so professional and so friendly, I wish I could have sat down right there and paid him to do the job himself.

I shop at this location all the time because its close to my home. The ladies working here are very friendly and helpful EVERY time I go. Its hard to find a store with consistent customer service. Highly recommend this store!

Fabulous! The store manager walked me through and found me everything I needed that was exactly what I was looking for, she found me a great deal where I got an extra item free then at checkout used another coupon to save me more money! She was very helpful and also had a great relationship with her staff... Very good expierence and will be doing my shopping here from now on! Thank you ladies!!

I just want to start out by saying the ladies at this store are absolutely amazing and could not have been more helpful! This review is about the GoodDyeYoung product Poser Paste.The other day I went in to buy some Poser Paste and I’m sad to say the product was terrible... The application was messy and the paste ended up staining some parts of my counter and my hairbrush, the paste was the texture of Play-doh and had a disturbing smell to it, and when it dried it was stiff and kinda sticky. The worst part was after it dried and I went to brush it my hair started coming out with it. It left a rather unpleasant texture on my hair that took 3 shampoos and 2 conditionings before my hair felt clean.

Manager is very rude !! Very big headed and rude so just don’t talk to him .

Stopped in on a Saturday morning. The general attitude of the two girls there, was that anyone who came thru the door was bothering them... except for the boyfriend who went in the stockroom.If you need product advice, go to a different store. Completely unhelpful.

Love shopping here, find my hair color and supplies. I also find other beauty items, most times I have a coupon or theres a sales going on which helps me save money.

No a good place to shop for beauty products, if you need to do some returns, Manager is No! profecional at all,also she is rude!.I am a hairstylist,and the sold me a bad color product,it was expired. When I was going to used it same day I got it, I found out was bad, I took it back,and the woman manager told the girl, no to exchange for me, even those i have the recited. Be aware! And know,Sallys Beauty Supply has a money back guaranty.This woman think! she own the store,but she dont!.
